If youre looking for a fun Texas themed store in Abilene, give this shop a shot! They have everything from shot glasses, to koozies, candles, books about Texas/Abilene, postcards, bumper stickers, and Johnny Cash Cds. The staff is super nice and always helpful. Definitely a highlight of downtown Abilene. And, its right next to Cypress Street so you could have a great meal before or after your shopping experience.Solid store for sure!

This place has pretty much all you need for your Texas-themed needs! There are a lot of locally made or Texas made products. Prices are better than I originally expected, and the shop owners are very friendly and helpful. The carefully curated selection of products is large and includes a lot of things that just make you smile!

In the difficult times of covid it is nice just to be able to get out and to a safe place to enjoy the sites and pleasantries of things. This store has some of the finer things that Texas has to offer in gift selection. Nostalgia breathes that air. I am a writer. My name is Roger Browning and during this difficult time my signings have been halted. I reached out to the owner of this store and they did not hesitate to meet with me and ask for my book to be housed at their store. I so appreciated that. So now my first published novel, the Reckoning of Rance, is being carried along with other known authors upon their shelves as well as on Amazon. I personally took home a autographed Elmer Kelton, that day of our visit. There you will find a most unique gift idea I am certain, from kids toys to fine wares. Take in a Dublin soft drink and enjoy some flavored pecans. I wanted to say thank you to Texas Star Trading Co, for taking on my novel Rance I certainly appreciate that and for those out there reading this it is well worth the visit if traveling, or while living the great city of Abilene and I cannot wait to get back there for another visit myself.

Oh this place is a must for anyone looking for unique gifts. I recently flew down to Texas to see family and I wanted gifts to take back home. I am a person that tries my best to support local businesses and this place is a gem.

We love this little shop! Perfect for finding gifts for friends and family out of town. We love that they keep a good stock of Texas-themed postcards and Dublin drinks! If they kept some little bags of peanuts at the counter to buy for a snack(we like them in our coke!), thatd be pretty winning!

This place is so awesome and the staff is really friendly! I love downtown Abilene and my family and I always stop by here when we come through on vacation!!! I especially love the pecan pralines and the Dr.Pepper Twizzlers!!
