Loved going in to see the flower boss, she recently moved, and the last I was in, the owner of 23 was super rude. She wasnt very kind to her staff as well..Reply:You say you have never been rude to customers, but according to other reviews that is not the case, and your replies seem very TACKY. I was not attacking a business, I was giving my review. I guess maybe not rude, but you sure behaved like my daughter and I were an inconvenience. Your repugnant replies to other poor reviews on here are very unprofessional as well. If you cant handle negative criticism, or act in a professional manner, then maybe you shouldnt own a business. A failing one at that. 🤷‍♀️

My daughter and I came in and made tees with custom vinyl. So much fun and so cool and unique. The staff and owner are always sweet and knowledgeable and the addition of vinyl with the chalk couture is a fun alternative.

Loved the experience of making a craft with my child. The price was very affordable. My only minus was the stencil I really wanted to use was not useable. Will return for more events like this. Hoping they have the Volkswagen wan stencil available.

I dont even recommend walking in this store. My daughter and I visited the store to find a present for my wifes birthday. The woman who owns the business is extremely rude. She acted like our being in her store was an inconvenience. No problem! We shop at Knob & Brush now. The staff at Knob & Brush are always nice!

I learned last week that this store is in the business of tearing other businesses down to build themselves up. I witnessed first hand the gossipy nature of the individuals working here. If what was being said wasnt bad enough, they were speaking with customers present. The unprofessionalism is mindblowing. I will never support this business again and I suggest anyone spending their money on local business, avoid gossip and drama among small business owners.

Ive been in this shop several times. They are very creative, and have lots of unique items, from jewelry to furniture. The place looks different every time I visit there. The people are very friendly.

Were where disrespeced, of our time and person.Got told all sorts of stories as to why they didnt bother to meet commitments. The owner just throws her staff under the bus. Rude. I am so sorry 2 hours of my life was wasted in here, by their poor management and neglect. I was with a group, or I would have walked out. Still sorry I didnt.I have learned, the owner reached out to our host, and returned the money we put toward our palate, and gave her a gift card for a future visit. I am very grateful she reached out.

I have loved this store since my sons & I found them at the original location. Great prices, great items... with so many vendors theres something for everyone!!! They even have a man cave.

They sell old and new items and are starting up art classes. Nice place to go and look around. I enjoy the people and the atmosphere.

Loveeeee the variety of items and DIY classes at 23 Junk Street! My 4 year old daughter can be a handful at times and even she LOVES going to 23 Junk Street. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the owner and vendors of that store. Continue to shop there myself and will always recommend before many other local businesses.

Thought I registered for a Cricut class with proceeds going to Alzheimer’s foundation. Showed up and it was the wrong day. They won’t return my money. I was told you have connect through Facebook to figure out which day they have classes. I have a receipt that doesn’t state they don’t give refunds. Be careful when purchasing from them and double check their Facebook account- if you choose to do business through them.Owner is rude and blames everything on her employees. There were other multiple complaints the day I was in the store.

OWNER was unprofessional. It seem like I was a inconvenience to her......NEVER order a custom shirt with them. I put a custom order in on 1 shirt on September 20 today is Oct 10 and unplease with the shirt. Owner seem mad, slamming things down and couldnt even find record of my order I had to pull up my bank statement.....I will do business else where!
