UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE. I despise buying vehicles just as much as the next guy but Morgan and Chris made the process a breeze. I showed up to look at a vehicle for my wife at 3:30 on a Friday and they negotiated my trade, financing, and the new car price within an hour and a half. I was out of the dealership by 5. I recently purchased a work truck from Morgan Knight at 4M Autoplex in Abilene. I am from San Angelo so most of the process was handled over the phone. Morgan made the process very smooth for me. He answered the phone almost every time I called. Whenever I did leave a message, he called back promptly which I appreciated. The truck market has gone kind of crazy and I needed some specific features for the truck. Morgan found a vehicle that fit everything I needed and he did it pretty quick. Whenever I went to Abilene to pick the truck up I was greeted by the staff at 4M (not swarmed which was nice) and the entire process took about 30 minutes before I was driving away with the truck. After many days of reading reviews from various dealerships, i was pretty confident these were the people i wanted to do business with. During the polar vortex we experienced early in the year, i decided to swing by and lay eyes on a a truck i had been reading about on their website. It being extremely cold i figured i wouldnt get much attention from the dealership since most businesses were closed because of the weather. This proved to not be the case. Not long after arriving i was greeted by Morgan Knight. He patiently endured the cold and answered all my questions. He listened to all my concerns and at that moment i knew i found the place i would be purchasing my next vehicle. Im a pretty good judge of character and i felt like i had been taken seriously, and not just another sale. Once we started the purchasing process, i was introduced to Chris Tollet. Another good guy that came in with reassurances we would be treated well. I am very pleased with the experience and i know i will be doing business with these guys, years to come.

Went to look at a car.Drove up there from out of town, they didnt have it on sight because they had loaned it out.So we waited a week they said they would get ahold of us and call when it came in and they would hold it for us.They called and said it was back so we drove back up there from out of town.When we arrived we saw it driving off the lot and they had just sold it.Literally gave us a run around for a week took off work just for the salesman Donnie to sell it out from under us I dont like snakey business!

I bought a used F550 right off the bat I had to take it to the mechanic to get all the wiring fixed to be able to pull a trailer then a couple months later I’m stuck here paying the Ford house $14,000 to put a new motor. I’ve spent as much fixing this truck as I bought it for. And they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’d put zero stars if possible long story short I got bent over hard.

I have never gotten in and out of a dealership so fast. I did majority of the process of buying from my office at work while a super salesman Reggie did literally everything for me. not only that but he filled it up with gas AND washed it when it was time to pick it up, I have never in my 33 years had a better experience with a car dealership. Dont even get me started on how frickin amazing my new car is! And came complete with full free carfax, financed through teachers and I had been to seven other dealerships before I found them and this was the only one who was able to get me the great deal that I truly needed. I highly, highly recommend this place AND Reggie, if a dealership like this exists, why would anybody ever shop anywhere else?? I can see why the ratings are so high, 5 star all the way!! This car is newer and nicer than everything I looked at elsewhere, and I got it for $1000s less. I will be telling EVERYONE where I got my new car from!

I had a great no pressure experience at 4m. Worked with Chris and I feel like he worked with me and gave a fair and honest deal on the truck.The best part was that there were no games or gimmicks of running back and forth to the “finance manger”. I would do business with them again in the future.

I could not have chosen a better place to do business! One word: Integrity! Update 3-24-2021. I lost my job Oct 2020. 4M ran a card I paid with one time without authorization which bounced my rent check and nearly caused me to get evicted. Then sold my account to a 3rd party when I complained. I was a month behind, paid it on the next due date (3.15.21) It is now the 24th, and Im 9 days late. My daughter calls from school and says the car is gone. So I call the finance company and they say 4M wouldnt supply the title but 4M says they forced them to buy back the car. 4M Finance says theyre liars. Not once did the new finance company send me a letter or leave a voice-mail that I was at risk of repossession.

Bought a 2012 mustang gt from them ran great priced amazingly. No complaints I recommend buying from them.

The folks here are amazing to say the least. Reggie went out of his way to make sure everything was ready to take care of as soon as I arrived. He even helped change a flat tire that I got on my way out to Abilene. Nothing but great things to say about these folks! God bless!

The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I live in Childress, Texas which is about a 2.5 hour drive from Abilene, but it is well worth the trip. It is refreshing to know there are still businesses that pride themselves on outstanding customer service and providing a great product. Without a question, I WILL return to purchase my next vehicle. We now limit all of our vehicle searches to 4M; no longer look at any other dealer. If you have a specific vehicle in mind, and they dont have it on their lot, theyll find it for you. Weve purchased four vehicles from them. Each experience was fast, fair, and pleasant. They dont complete a transaction and move on to the next; they follow up repeatedly - days, weeks, and months after the same to make sure youre happy with your purchase.Theyve shared with me their goal is not to maximize profit on each sale, but to build a customer base who want to return.And return, we will.

Bought a GMC Yukon from Page Patterson. Great looking and running vehicle! I had to go out of town and 2 days later my wife called me around 9 pm and told me the lights werent working and she was basically stuck in Abilene. I texted Page and he came out and brought her a loaner vehicle immediately and she was able to get home (60 miles to house)!Thats what I call customer service, not sure how many used car dealers would do that but it was a first for me and was a great service after the sale!

Purchasing a vehicle long distance can be a very intimidating process, but Andy and 4M made it SUPER easy. Shipping from Texas to the Northeast was incredibly easy, reasonable and FAST, and the paperwork was handled with the local DMV with the utmost attention. It is rare these days to find a dealership that takes pride in their vehicles, their customers and the dealership itself, but you will find all of that and more at 4M. Thank you again Andy! Bought a ram 2500 from them today. What a great experience. Andy was very helpful and straight forward. I felt that both parties reached a fair deal not to mention he is very dedicated and stayed in contact while I sold my old truck to buy this one. Icing on the cake... he helped me load the car I came in on a uhaul dolly so I could go home. If thats not customer service....Update: 2 years ago I bought the truck mentioned above. I have spent around $4k since owning it on suspicious things going wrong for example the rear axle seals were both blown and had been leaking fo who knows how long. The driver side headlight never lone up correctly but it didnt really bother me. Pull the front fender off today and realize this truck has been in a pretty serious wreck. None of this was disclosed to me. Ill have to look up lemon law statutes.
