Small shop but does have a great selection of supplies. Great for any budget. Prices vary. Highly recommended.

I went in to get bleach and dye, a lady with green and blue hair was working (didnt catch her name). I wanted manic panic green, but yall were out so she helped me pick out a different brand. I couldnt be happier!! The color is SO bright, and I actually prefer it over manic panic! She also helped me find a different bleach that was in a small package so I didnt have to spend a bunch just to do my bangs! Her and the other employee were amazing and made me feel super confident about what I was planning! I wish I could go in and show them the finished product but the weather wont let me lol. Will definitely continue going here!!!

Went to the store to look for hair dye and found what we need but as we where checking out and asking about shipments for other colors the cashier went from talking about dyes to telling us how she feels about politics me and my cousin did not comment but felt very uncomfortable do to we did not go in there to talk about politics and just wanted to know stuff about the dyes we where buying.

I went to get things to bleach my hair one of the ladies with blonde hair was working in the aisle, and I asked for help first impression she was very rude in the sense of didn’t smile Wasn’t very nice handed me products Without explaining why that product how it’s good without even looking at me or my hair to give me her honest opinion NOTHING she just wasn’t very helpful AT ALL I asked If I had everything she proceeded to say yes then I went to pay and I told the lady at the register again what I wanted to do with my hair and asked if I had everything I needed she said yes ! I get home look up exactly what I needed to do and I needed developer And some kind of oil treatment after bleaching it and I’m so upset considering the nearest store to me Is 2 hours away . I’m a certified makeup artist and I always give my customers the best service even on bad days and If I could give 0 stars I would that was just a terrible experience honestly ... it happened 3/15/20 @ 4:30pm

I have went in twice and the first time I wanted a dark teal and a lady gave me a color and my hair turned out a lime green today I went to get bleach developer and red hair dye and she said I didn’t need the bleach and it didn’t even turn out I wasted my money and didn’t get what I was looking for

Went in 2 separate times during the same day (12-10-19) with a lot of questions and money to spend. First sales rep was very helpful with everything I had questions on, walked out very satisfied. Second lady was the exact same, very professional and helpful. Haven’t been to a Sally’s in years. Both experiences and interactions with reps were great. I will be a recurring customer. Thanks ladies.

I love sallys they always help me find anything I need and always make sure I leave completely satisfied. And if you dont usually dye your hair they will give you tips as well.

Stuff that was suppose to be on sale was not. Did not like the polish I purchased at all. Miserable cant even see it. Watch while you are rung up because they dont always give you the sale price that its marked.

The staff was very helpful

Cashier friendly, Like the product, never really goe to Sallys but did not like hearing the whole time of a worker or was it a customer not sure, it was in the aile where she was getting aggravated kind of yelling at her toddler for throwing stuff around and it was the whole time I was there like a whole 15 minutes.

Wonderful service, though -- as is the case with the other Sally Beauty Supply in Abilene -- the store feels a bit cramped, especially when two people are in the same aisle trying to move by one another.
