Worst experience Ive ever had from a family run establishment. For being a family run establishment they sure dont care about their customers children. Warning! If you have children younger than 4 years old do not bring them into the establishment. I was scolded for not controlling my 3 year old WHO GOD FORBID IS A CHILD. Employee told me that they were trying to do business yet the whole reason my children were there was to drop off a 15,000 dollar check to their business. Manager backed his employee who was extremely rude to me and told me to control my child I Dont recommend anyone shopping at this establishment.

Always good service

I have been doing business with Lawrence Hall of Abilene for almost 20 years . My sales representative was always BOB KIRKWOOD, the Guy With The Hat. He was like family to us, between myself, a daughter and a sister we have purchased 11 cars and trucks . Not ever one problem and always treated like we were family . Bob is no longer there, he is taking care of his wife at home now. I still refer friends to this dealership. Sure miss seeing that hat in the parking lot though !

The service department has grate customer service, they are all ways willing to help .

Wow what a great experience... this was the first time for my husband and I to be looking for a car at a dealership. I found one we wanted but it had already sold. But Patrick, my sales guy, found me another truck I fell in love with.. asked him if we could do a deal for a set amount and two hours later he messaged me and said yes. So we drove the 1 and 30 minutes to get it. Thank you Patrick. We (I) love my truck

I had such a great experience in the service department. From the day i walked in with minor issues about my vehicle i was treated in a professional manner. I spoke with Jacob and he provided the most exceptional customer service. I never had to speak with anyone else, only him. He always had a vehicle waiting for me when i needed to drop off my car. With a toddler running everywhere it’s hard to be in one place for x amount of hours. But i never had that issue because i was always in and out. Thanks Jacob!

Adam Keidl was my sales assistant. He was very professional; knowledgeable about the Navigator; helpful with negotiating a reasonable price; assisted with expediting the sales paper work and the delivery of the vehicle. He also was a great dog sitter with my beagle, Buddy. Buddy enjoyed meeting the friendly staff at the dealership; especially the ladies!

Rude and disrespectful would be a passive way to describe the level of disrespect that was displayed to me and my wife. We went into see about possibly buying out our current lease. The manager burst into our meeting and was trying to get us to look at new Lincoln’s to test drive. When we told him no thank you he rolled his eyes and propped open the door to the office and informed us that the finance officer had two other people waiting and that he suggested that we leave. We had made an appointment and were in the middle of getting all the details about our lease. We will contacting Lincoln directly and informing them of how unprofessional and disrespectful the General manager bob jones was.

We are glad we found this place! No Hassel, easy to work with. Cole went above and beyond to make sure we were getting a good deal on a used vehicle. After shopping vehicles around Midland and Odessa I am so glad we found this place. We will be checking with them first when we get ready to buy again.
