Really needed my car back and they worked on it all night until it was ready. Always has done all my body work and no complaints!!

Friendly people with poor execution and less than ideal business practices. I was misquoted for a job I was told would take one week that turned into three weeks of the owner saying the car will be ready today, sorry something happened itll be ready another day, so on an so forth. The story I got was he had to let his painter go (twice). On pickup I inquired about the scratches and blemishes on my newly painted bumper (which was brand new and painted before taking it to West Texas Collision), and I was told, Thats just the kind of thing that happens when youre moving car parts around, ya know?. When I mentioned that he could of let me know itd be this long so I could have taken it to another shop I was told thats on me and I could have let him know and taken it somewhere else. I was informed at multiple points in the repair process that he had started work on things or finished repairs that he actually hadnt. Case in point, one of the numerous days he told me the entire car would be complete and ready for pickup at a specific time. When the time came I went to the shop and his workers had my front bumper off, still trying to figure out how the support braces went on. This sort of thing went on forever. With him showing me multiple times how he ordered the wrong parts and it would take more time to reorder and he didnt know what to look for, etc. Maybe my time spent elsewhere prior to being stationed at Dyess AFB spoiled me in regards to how a customers vehicle should be taken care of but I have no faith in any local small business or mom and pop shop in Abilene, Texas after this fiasco. To top it all off, after not being able to pickup my vehicle because the shop hadnt reinstalled my fog lights properly and failed to check (Thank God I checked before leaving with the vehicle), I received a call after five pm informing me they do not take card and to bring cash or a check. The timing couldnt have been worse. I do not have the words to describe my disappoint with West Texas Collision and would not recommend anyone conduct business with this shop. Friendly people are not a substitute for poor workmanship and less than stellar business practices.

This Place dose terrible work! I took my truck to them and had to send it back twice due to them just painting over rock chips. It looked horrible, after the second time it was still really bad, had to take the truck and pay someone else to fix all there mistakes. They didnt send my bumper trim piece back with the truck and it took 2 weeks to get ahold to them to get it back and it still looks terrible had to take that somewhere else too. I will never recommend this shop to anyone

They have no word. They keep money that is not theirs. And they do not do a good job. They do not finish the jobs and when you complain they are not cordial with the clients. I do not recommend it.
