Received great service and pointers. Needed to color match paint for a car part. Tried several other places that were unable to match the color.And to make things even easier they put the paint in a spray can.I recommend this place to everyone

I called Andy Reeder at NAPA “Abilene Paint and Color” a day ahead to make arrangements for Andy to personally mix my paint as he had done previously. The next morning as I left Brownwood I called Andy to remind him and tell him that I would be there at 10 o’clock. Upon arrival only Alicia was there and we left our airplane cowling and told Alicia we have an appointment and would have to leave Abilene by 1 o’clock. Alicia assured me that would be plenty of time and so we left and came back at 12:30 only to find Alicia eating a hamburger with no regard for the fact that we were on the schedule. Nothing was ready and Alicia continued eating a hamburger and only when someone else came in did they continue working on our paint order.Andy finally showed up and when we finally left about 130 I knew that we were likely to have paint that would not match because Andy did not do the matching as we had requested. I was warned several times by customers to not allow Alicia to mix the paint as it was never right when she mixed it . Sure enough when we tried the paint it was not even close.I called the manager in Odessa Wayland Webb in order to get this resolved and have asked him to refund me everything I’ve spent and for some of the time that I wasted on that day when they were supposed to mix the paint properly and he has refused to do so. Wayland has no consideration for my totally wasted day and all the hours and time that I have spent and I wanted to share this on Google reviews to warn other people that NAPA as well as Andy Reeder have no regard for other customers when they don’t properly take care of those customers especially when those customers made a concerted effort to be properly cared for. My effort on this Google review is to allow other customers to know that NAPA does not have any personal care for their customers and are not willing to step up and refund those customers properly when they obviously dropped the ball and messed up.As a last resort I went back to Napa in Brownwood in order to see if they could possibly match the paint. TJ made an effort but again the paint did not match. I was previously warned by Wayland Webb that Brownwood likely would not be able to match the paint either and he was right and once again another wasted day and several hours of my time. I would suggest going to O’Reilly and from what I’ve heard you will likely get better results and better taken care of.
They have a creative eye for mixing every colors I know.
I received prompt and friendly service, with good information also to make informed choice of paint for my project.
I am confident they can mix any friggin color on Earth.
