Let me just tel you how great of a buying experience we had with Matt and Alan at Five a star. My husband called Matt and he started working on a deal for us and he was even on vacation! They were able to get me the car I wanted at the price we were happy with and find us as many rebates as possible so I didnβt have too much negative equity rolling over! The payment was exactly what we told them also! They didnβt have the Chevy bolt that I wanted here so they found the exact one I wanted and drove to Monroe to pick it up for me. By the time I got off work and made it to the dealership the car was clean and charged and ready to go for me. These guys are the best! The signing did not take forever either so that was wonderful! If you want a good deal at a great price donβt hesitate come on down to fine star and ask for Matt!
I took my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 3.0 Duramax in for its first oil change today. As always Victor and Brad in the Service Department recognized me and greeted me just like old friends, and Tim, Matt, Jason, David, and Brant all were quick to greet me and treat my mom like family when we made it into the front Sales area. One of the best things I like about the crew here at Five Star Chevrolet and Toyota is that they are always treating us like family. While I was leaving, I noticed on the paperwork that it showed the incorrect oil was used for my engine. Though the Service Department was certain the proper oil was used and that the incorrect oil was accidentally noted on the records, it was decided that the best course of action was to drain the oil and filter and replace making sure that it was the correct oil again and correct oil documented. In my opinion that was going above and beyond to ensure that my new Duramax engine is protected by the correct fluids. Actions like this, seeing how even when mom doesnt come to the dealership everyone still asks about her and how she is doing, are just part of the reason why I continue to come to Five Star Motors for vehicle purchases and service, and why I continue to recommend them to family and friends. A huge thank you as always to Victor, Brad, Matt, Brant, Tim, Jason, and Allen. I do appreciate all you guys do.
Just bought a new Chevy Trailblazer. The sales person (Travis) was great. He was so helpful and had all the needed information. The sales manager and the finance department were all very nice and helpful. The whole process was comfortable. I would recommend buying a car from these guys to everyone. I would also recommend calling and asking for Travis. I have bought many cars over the years and he was great!
Took my husbands truck in for a complete detail. TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN DOLLARS & EIGHTY-OME CENTS later when I picked it up the detailer pointed out to me that he took some paint off the inside if the gas cap door while doing the cleaning. Not sure if it will rust or not is the response I got. The bed of the pickup had not been touched.......oh, thats not included in the complete detail. We charge an extra $50 bucks for that. Will I be a repeat customer.....no!
What a great experience, Matt was very kind and knowledgeable on the truck we purchased. He was able to go through all of components inside the truck and show us how to use them. Matt has a great personality, he is really good with people. Allen was also great to work with, we couldnβt have had a better experience, we will definitely come back to buy our next car.

We have worked With Allen Erikson at this dealership for almost 10 years. He has always treated us with a Five Star experience. Our daughter has said that she wishes Allen had the same last name as ours. We love working with everyone at this dealership and couldnt imagine working with anyone anywhere else. Sales--The sales team is great. Ive bought two Chevrolet vehicles from them and both times I got a fair deal without a lot of BS. They are quick, friendly, and it seems that they will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. Its the reason I keep going back to them.Service Dept--not as good here. One time I bought a vehicle from Five Star but it had a bad vibration and something was obviously wrong. I took it in to the service department and a mechanic rode with me and told me its normal, you are just feeling the road. I took the car to an independent tire shop where they discovered the wrong size wheel had been put on the car and it was mismatched. Five star did pay that bill for me. Another time, I needed some very minor body work done on that same car, due to a factory defect. I was assured that it would be covered under warranty. They got me the part and painted it. When I came in to have it installed, the Service Dept manager was rude to me and told me Id have to pay out of pocket for it. When I told him I had already been told it was covered under warranty he acted like he was irritated and told me to go talk to the sales guys. It seems to me like the service guys are over-worked and chronically stressed, and sometimes it comes out with the customers. I dont blame them personally, I know it can be annoying operating a GM service department. However, sometimes I think they just need to take a step back and say, Okay, this job kind of sucks but Im going to be nice to the person in front of me because its the right thing to do.
While on vacation passing through the Olympics my truck went into limp mode, but Brad in Service saved the day with a quick on the spot fix and got me on my way. Kudos to Brad!
We drove an hour and a half to look at a used car on their lot and when we tried to negotiate a price the would do 0 negotiating. Like we we literally told they would not come down on their price $1. Like seriously, itβs a used car. Now I am receiving emails every day at 6:08am from obviously an automated mail chimp and the never respond to my response to their emails. Totally disappointed in their operation of things. Not worth the time!
Shane went out of his way to provide me with excellent service on the purchase of my beautiful 2015 tahoe. He made the transactions seamless and was able to handle the negotiations for me via text, which was very convenient. When I arrived I was greated kindly and the sales manager Mark was fantastic at completing my paperwork. I got a great deal on the car and I love it. Staff was very nice and cordial, however oversold repairs and took no responsibility for a repair that failed despite the βwarrantyβ. They replaced the intake manifold gasket set on my car for 1000$, when it continued leaking oil/coolant I took it back and got quoted 3200$ for head gaskets and other repairs. Took the car to two other mechanics who confirmed the intake was still leaking from a failed intake reassembly from the gasket repair. Snake oil salesmen, wonβt go back. Avoid the service dept if you value your paycheck.
Lots of vehicles to choose from! New and used of course. Mike Flanigan was the salesman I talked to. This guy knows A Lot about what he is selling. Thats always appreciative when ya go to a car lot and the person you talk to can answer all your questions. Ill go back FoSho.

Terrible. Bought a vehicle from them and instantly started having trouble... Then there was a dent in the bumper that they said I put into it.... Roof leaked as well. Will I go back? No. Worth the drive to Olympia..

Update:09/18/2018You be the judge DEF tank heat and sensor replaced. And as a result the DEF pump stopped functioning . Does it seem related to you?well not to them i need to pay for it the will not take reΒ·sponΒ·siΒ·bilΒ·iΒ·tydo you want to go there?Thay are nice $120 to check if anything wrong with the vehicle unable to find it youll have to find it yourself and still play. And the price is the highest by far.... 2400 $for changing the three breaks components I want some of the repair places in town 1300-1500$So maybe you can think about it as less services for more money. Aka if its not under warranty maybe we should go elsewhere

We are from Arkansas and both times we have been in Aberdeen we seem to have vehicle problems. We had to get our truck worked on and Gale in the service dept is the greatest.
