I was always skepit about going to a mechanic until I went to Advance automotive, the mechanics are well informed of all cars very knowledgeable and effencient. There service is fast and thorough they show care for there clients, when I take my van in for a repair its always less than the estimate was. Im on a fixed income and there very good to me and dont charge an arm and leg to keep my van running. There always respectful and curtious, Ive made this place my home for my car care needs. We brought in our GMC Sierra when the check engine light went on, they did diagnostics, repair, we were out the door with a fixed truck quickly. Every step the staff was communicating our options and cost estimates- while always friendly and smiling. I recommend them to anyone, we were in and out quickly- on top of that we found out our truck warranty was slim coverage. The shop ate any costs not covered by our warranty- we did not pay a dime for an over $700 bill.

Last month my wife and I were at the beach from Seattle when our car quit running. We called Advanced Automotive and they came and towed our car to their shop. The rate was very reasonable. We had a major problem we had a blown head gasket expensive repair and a long process. The owner arranged us a ride home and we did the repairs there. The owner was great and so were his employees. We got the car back about 5 days later and it has been great every since. I would recommend this to locals as well as travelers. Thanks Advanced Automotive

They do good work for a very affordable price!

Great experience here. I was traveling and needed some place to look at it asap. This was the only shop willing to look at it that day. It was a simple fix and they had me in and out in about an hour for a very reasonable price.

Recently I had my starter fail on my car. It was towed to Advanced Automotive for repair which went swiftly. They had it ready early the next business day which was impressive. However, immediately upon leaving the lot my battery light came on. I thought it may be due to trying too many times to start the car and it just needed to charge but it turned out my alternator was fried.I decided not to take it back to Advanced Automotive because the whole place just felt sort of shady and unprofessional. Instead I ended up taking it into the dealership to be looked at and they revealed to me that the starter was not installed properly and a loose wire likely caused my alternator and a battery cell to fail. They had it fixed and working fine in no time.Also, the mechanic tore off and destroyed the steering wheel cover we had, and when we picked up our car the windows were open (not good considering it rains here all the time) and there was a stray cat sleeping in the back seat when we got the car.I would highly recommend going to B & B Automotive in Aberdeen instead, they are in an entirely different class of professionalism and integrity.

Went to them to get an iid installed . mainly cuz they only ones in county who do it. long story short it took 3 times longer than supposed to and now I need new stereo cuz they ruined mine somehow. then when I call them to discuss fixing it I get no answer. great fun. unfortunately I have to go back every 60 days for a year
