I pulled in and went to park mycar but was immediately told to pull in line. I explained that I had my wife picking me up to go to breakfast so I didnt have to wait in store. The worker said that was no problem and to park in line and that I would shortly have my info taken down so I could and have breakfast. I left my key in my car and went inside. 15 minutes goes by and my wife calls and asks whats going on and I reply I dont know, they told me I could drop my car off and leave. The guy at the counter immediately (obviously after hearing my conversation) snaps and tells me he cant take me ahead of anyone else. I tried to explain that I just wanted to d t op my car off and get breakfast but he would not listen to me. I will never go back but everyone else was extremely nice

Good customer service, the manager that was on duty seems more like a salesman. People want to be informed about their vehicles but dont want to feel like their car is damaged. I came in for an oil change and seem like my car needed an overhaul. I thought he was going to try and sell me an engine. Overall service is good.

While in a road trip our windshield wiper came off. It was a dreary day and repair/replacement could not wait. We frequent Jiffylube in Catonsville but were too far away. So we used the navigation to locate the nearest location. The Aberdeen location on BeardsHill popped up. Upon arrival the attendant was pleasant. We inquired about replacing the wiper. The gentleman talked to a coworker inside of the bay for assistance. He came out to assist. After assessing the situation the gentleman took the blade reattached it and sent us on our way. I don’t usually write reviews. It was nice to be treated kindly and to not be taken advantage of. Thank you for saving our road trip!

Went to the Aberdeen location for service and had to wait quite awhile before someone looked at my vehicle. Jiffy lube is known for topping of the fluids, vacuum and cleaning the exterior windows. I seen the technician check the left side tires but not the right other side of the vehicle. I seen the Manager and told him and he stated that I must have missed thetechnician doing in. When I got in the vehicle they didnt vacuum or clean the windows. I asked the technician why they didnot do it and he said that they are short so they suspended that service. I guess I should have suspended paying them.

What an amazing location! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. From the initial phone call inquiring about services offered to the moment I waved goodbye. Such a great place! Very upfront and super helpful as well.

Always super fast and very professional, friendly staff. Usually can find a coupon for my oil change so it’s reasonably priced. I drive out of my way to go to this location.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and kept me informed. Lynn especially went out of her way to see that I understood the work being done and was very pleasant.

Found out a month after my oil change there $(80) that they never replaced my oil filter! They left the same one in it, and used cheap oil when I paid for synthetic. To top it off, they left my air box cover off and unplugged which caused me to go through gas like crazy. Now my cars tapping and we took it to the dealership. They found the reused filter and open air box. I have contacted an attorney and will be suing the place. Do not go to Aberdeen jiffy lube!!!

This is an awesome place. Very friendly and thorough. I pulled in after a cross country trip from Texas to MD 2500 miles in my Roadtrek 01D190V. I requested a roadtrip check for my travel back west. They topped off the oil and antifreeze, checked the air pressure to mfg specs. No charge. Airhugs to all. I feel confident in heading onto the backroads again.

Went in for an oil change in my brand new chevy cruze, after they serviced my car, the check engine light came on, $100 in diagnostic fees later i was made aware that they failed to put the oil cap on correctly causing our engine to seize and oil to splatter all over our new engine, we asked them to fix the situation and they agreed they would reimburse us but 2 months later, they never even reported the problem to cooperate so we had to start the process ourselves, dont go there! Save money in the long run and let your dealership do it CORRECTLY

Prices are a little high and car was finished it took 20 more mins just to pay someone

Went in the have an oil change, ended up getting new brakes as well. Two weeks later my van started leaking oil out of no where. I took it somewhere else and long story short I ended up spending an additional $500 to fix everything they messed up. Will never go here again.

Fast oil change. Showed me my wipers were bad, I said replace the rear, and they accidentally broke it. Said they would get another by the afternoon but I was leaving for vacation. Found it cheaper at the dealer.

Replaced low beam bulb-----I was having trouble doing it----done in 15 minutes---------Busy day for me so this helped

I called before I came and they were able to get me in 7 min before they closed and completed my oil change in under 10 minutes. They did a horrible job vacuuming my car and doing my windows thats the only reason Im not giving them 5 stars. But I will say the facility is always clean, the coffee bar is always stocked and they provide amazing customer service. (I would prefer my floor vacuumed properly over coffee)

Try to rip you off, if you ask for a oil change, be careful they do other things without permission, and hit you with a large charge...

I have my fleet vehicle serviced here all the time. They are efficient with a pleasant staff. Good for a quick oil change, air filter replace, etc.

Dont waste your money, find a better shop. Our fluids werent even topped off & chances are they put different oil in our vehicle than what we asked for. We had overheating problems after getting a change & somehow ALL of our fluids magically ended up being empty about a month later.

There is no reason to go here for anything. Every other shop in aberdeen is so much better. Do not waste your time. Just set an appointment with the other shops. Jiffy lube charges a higher price for a oil change than all the places, and even a dealer would, and the oil change might not even be done right. The other shops are always in demand because they do the job correctly and professionally for the same price that you would pay at jiffy lube. I walked out with the “what just happened” feeling. They are only interested in servicing your vehicle in a hurry, but not correctly. The idea of convenience is a trap. The upsale is a joke. Please read the other reviews below...

I called to get an idea of when I should take my Fiat in for an oil change and the person talked over to tell me its first come first serve. Thats all he could convey. I get there and some loud person chased me off telling me they dont do Fiats and that I need to go to Bel Air. As if. Jeff - if you still own this place we need to talk.

My experience at this location about 6 months ago was awful and I said I would never go back. But, because of convenience, I went back today. Everyone was so friendly, fast, and extremely helpful! I’m glad I went!!!

Ruin my motor had just got this car soon as I get a oil change hear my motor is done oil is everywhere they didnt put the cap on all the way. Not even a whole day later my car broke down Im only telling you dont go here because I dont wish nobody having to pay thousand of dollars for a motor like I just had to.

They mechanic who broke in my car broke my gas line n did Not tell me. They let me go on my way leaking gasoline.The manager however, made things right, after I went to the mechanic n pay for the diagnosis and showed her. She knew about it when I told her! Smh

Nice mechanics and the service is quick but I always end up paying way more than I wanted to.

They talked me into a tire rotation and put one of the tires too close to the front brake rotor, which created a grinding sensation under the drivers seat. Not cool. Brought the car back and they fixed the problem but I was very disappointed with the fact that their slapdash work created the problem in the first place. Id rather have the job done right and wait an extra ten minutes than have them try to rush your car through in record time. Now I drive to the Bel Air Jiffy Lube on Tollgate, which is a lot farther away but a better operation. Skip the Aberdeen location!

These guys work fast and are customer service driven.

They over-inflated all of my tires by 15 psi (60 vs 44 max), they didnt vacuum but rudely insisted that they did, and they didnt put a sticker in the windshield. So many mistakes - you gotta wonder if theyre using the right oil or even pouring it in the right place.

I went in for a oil change the were reasonable and knew exactly what I needed they rotated my tires topped off fluids and vacuumed and wiped my car down for 60 something i was very satisfied and have told everyone about this thanks jiffy lube will be back

I rolled into Jiffy Lube (my 1st experience and was quite hesitant), as a last minute decision before taking a long road trip. They were pretty busy but told me they could do it and the wait would be 45 min. They were right on the money with wait time, no surprises with my quote, and very curtious service. I even left forgetting my cell phone and although I returned 30 min. later in a panic because they were now closed (cant take an 850 mile road trip without a cell phone) the kind manager Chico let me in with cell phone in hand hoping for my return so he could finally close up shop.It may have been my 1st experience but certainly not my last. Thank you Chico, thank you Jiffy Lube!

Didnt tighten my oil filter. Had to go back. I usually do my own oil changes, but time was working against me. When they said that filter is hard to get to. I knew something was wrong.

20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation...plus multiple checks and interior vacuum and exterior window cleaning.

I have a deal with the car place im buying my van from (J.D byrider) and i get 10 dollar oil changes for as long as im paying on it and they did not honor it like they are supposed to, i even told the guy when i first pulled up that i had the certificate!!!! I will NEVER go back again!
