These guys were absolutely amazing!!!! My friend and I were on a trip from Idaho to Washington just us two and 5 kids and they heard what was going on with our car and got us right in and fixed it and didn’t charge us. Which helped immensely!!! Seriously amazing!!! Thank you so much for this simple act of kindness that made our day and made our few dollars we had for the trip stretch further!!!

I paid them to do a oil change, and the didnt screw the oil filter on and all the oil leaked out. Did find out until I drove home the Everett from Aberdeen. Maybe its cool for people that live there, but for anybody that doesnt DO NOT GO THERE.

Quick friendly service. I took one of my riding mowers tires in, for a leaking valve. Fifteen minutes later I was out the door, with a new valve stem, no charge.

Would not recommend going to this shop. I went to them to put my new tail lights on. I originally asked to setup an appointment. I was told I didn’t need one and to just come in. I brought my car in the following Saturday and after it sitting for 2 hours I came back and nothing was done. I was told I needed to schedule an appointment with no explanation as to why. When I left the shop that day they also left my car lights on. Today I go in, they do their work, I check out the tail lights and I leave. I looked at my tail lights but made the mistake of not opening my trunk and look at all of the work. More than halfway home I start to hear a rattle coming from the back of my car. I get home, open my trunk and find the terrible job they did at putting my car back together. I will not go back to this shop as I just cannot understand how someone would think it’s okay to be this careless and not finish their job correctly and with quality. It makes me wonder about the work they do that people cannot easily see.

The service was great and they managed to find a tire very close to the 5 even they the original tires are no longer available.

Not sure why its only called Earley Tire? They do almost everything on our cars! Timing belts, brakes, steering racks, suspension parts, and so on. Chris, Mark and the guys have always been helpful, and respectful of our budget. With the age of our vehicles, we cant make every repair that is needed, and so they make sure that our vehicles are safe, and try to find affordable solutions when surprise issues pop up. Theyve never tried to convince us to make repairs that werent needed. As a matter of fact, when Ive been told elsewhere that repairs were needed, Earley Tire has many times found that those repairs were not needed, and the solution was much simpler and cheaper. Honest guys, and reasonable prices. What more could you want?

Really happy. It wasnt looking good for my driveline on my f250. Come to find out it was discontinued. None the less I was prepared to spend atleast 1000 dollars if not more, I even told them as much. Picked my truck up today under 500 idk how but those guys made it work and saved me money in the process. Needless to say they earned themselves a loyal customer. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Went to get my brakes inspected and had great customer service. The only thing I would have appreciated more is the mechanic to actually talk to me about whats wrong. Instead I saw the mechanic hand a paper to the customer service person and he basically read the two things on the paper. But I guess I should have a asked to speak with him.

Great service. Just changed my front break pads and was told after only a few hundred miles. Which is typical shop inspection I guess but my pads are brand new but other than that they weighted and balanced my tires beautifully.

I was told they did great work and they absolutely surpassed the expectations I had. I needed some spark plugs replaced (my car required a ton of labor) and I was pleasantly surprised at the overall cost. The gentlemen working behind the counters and on our cars do great. I’m looking forward to having my car maintenance done with you guys again.

On a roadtrip and called them at 5:20 they closed at 6. They got a flat tire patched super fast. They dont charge for flat tire repair! They are super nice! Highly recommend.

Today I went in t see if I could get a slow leak repaired in my drivers side front tire. Previously a local New Car Dealer said they could NOT fix the leak due to the location of the pin hole on the tread.Early Tire Point S examined the pin hole and determined that it was indeed repairable and had the tire repaired in quick order. These guys are great! I will be back even though I pass by several other dealers and repair shops on the way.Be sure to check them out and give em a shot with your auto and tire repair needs!

Went to take my car in for a replacement of the rear trailing arms as suggested by Sears Auto in Lacey after getting new tires from them (where I was going to have this work done, but I decided to shop around and it turned out that Point S/Earley Tire had a better estimate than Sears).However, once my car was on the rack, I was told by the mechanic a few minutes later that no trailing arm or bushing was needed and that a few things just needed tightened up to be in alignment. I was prepared to pay hundreds for a problem that didnt even exist and was a misdiagnosis by Sears Auto. Thanks to their honesty and knowing cars beyond a wild guess, I only paid for the alignment.I will be using Point S from now on. It seems to be a really popular place as it was pretty busy on the early morning that I brought my car there, so they definitely treat their customers right and know their stuff.

If I could give negative stars I would I was quoted over the phone for a simple spark plug change about an hour plus parts 5 hours and 500 dollars later no one said this is going to take longer than u were quoted or hey you have an extra 400 dollars

Went today to install a tire for my quad and was there for less than 15 min. The staff was very nice. Definitely will do business with them again.

Spoke with them on the phone. They said we would have to come in. We drove 80 miles to get there. They looked at a number clearly printed on our canopy and told us they didnt have the right part to fix our canopy. When we expressed our upset that they hadnt told us to tell them this number, and save us the trip, the manager abruptly disappeared. The counter person told us that they would not fix our canopy, even if we bought the part from them. Do not go here if your are a woman. Evidently they only want women customers who will not complain when they do things wrong.

I have yet to spend any money in this wonderfully kind and generous tire retailer, but they have twice repaired tires that we didnt buy there. I know when we are in need of tires where we will go!!!!
