I took my Tahoe to Maaco in Aberdeen to repair the P-side rocker-panel that was completely rusted through. The job they did was amazing, exceeding my expectations. Even when looking closely, you cannot tell that it was repaired. The paintwork is a perfect match! My point of contact was Kyle and he was awesome! I highly recommend Maaco in Aberdeen to anyone who needs body work done!

UPDATE 07/09/21Just had the fender well fallout on the other side. Im not paying for this one. I will be calling corporate on this branch. Furthermore, I will take taking my car to the dealership to have all of their work inspected and I will take appropriate action from there. Dont use these people for collision, they are a joke!!! Macco will never touch any vehicle of mine ever again!! Pathetic!!Pictures speek louder than words, Left picture is 10 after I picked up my car. They didnt secure the fender well to anything so it fell out and took a chip in the paint with it. The right picture is one month after the new paint job. All of this is for a factory level paint job.

Our 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was hit due to a freak accident and Maaco was our first phone call for repair. We have used this location in the past and have always been pleased.The body work and repairs they did to our truck makes the truck look brand new again, we just now have to get the rest of the truck painted so it is beautiful all over.Kyle and his team did a great job of keeping us updated with what was going on with our insurance. Maaco had the truck for about 20 days only because of what was going on with the pandemic and having a hard time getting parts shipped. Again, Kyle would check in with us at least twice a week so we knew what was going on.Five stars out of five from us!!!

Our car suffered cosmetic problems and a broken headlight, but was otherwise running fine after a slow impact fender bender in a traffic circle. It now looks better, but drives worse, after almost TWO MONTHS of waiting. Original estimate was under $3,000. Weeks later, with no work done, the estimate was revised to over $5,000 and the manager demanded payment in full BEFORE any work was done - unethical, and illegal. Nevertheless, after already waiting two weeks, we talked them down to allowing us to pay one half up front. We then waited several more weeks with every excuse under the sun given to us. When tempers finally became short, they miraculously found whatever paint/piece/etc. they were looking for. The car now grinds when turning. We suspect they welded a piece that should have been bolted, but there is no way we will return here to get it fixed. Were going to have to eat this one, and find a better mechanic. Do not use this company unless you have plenty of time and money to waste, as well as a second car back up.

I brought my new 2021 Subaru Forester to fix the scratch/scuffed on my front bumper to Maaco in Aberdeen and I was immediately greeted by the staff Ryan. He was extremely nice and professional. He offered to fix the scratch on my car without any cost and asked if I could provide a google review of the service. Without any hesitation I said yes. Cory one of their staff was nice also and he did a great job in fixing my front bumper and got rid of the scratch/scuffed. I was so thankful for the services they gave me meanwhile they helped me saved hundreds of dollars for a paint job that I really didn’t need.Also, I want to thank their front desk staff whom I knew before and it was nice catching up with her as well. They really treated me as part of their family and I would certainly come back.

My CR-V needed a paint job, so I took it in for an estimate after getting a recommendation from a neighbor whod used their services. Not only was the estimate reasonable, but they were able to schedule me right away, plus they finished the job when promised. The staff is polite and professional. Highly recommended. The photos are before and after shots of an area that needed extra care.

These guys are amazing! I scratched the hood of my car with a ice scrapper and was able to come in the next day and they buffed out the scratches for free!! Exceptional customer service! I will definitely be using them again!

Staff was very knowledgeable, polite and responsive. Our old beat up weekend truck looked fantastic and the medium sized dent that had been there for 15 years was perfectly repaired. Service was completed in the quoted time and price did not change from original estimate. This was our 1st time using Maaco and we were very satisfied with the experience.

I had my car repainted by the Aberdeen Macao and it looks brand new! Besides it looking amazing, I was only without my car for a short time- they were very timely with painting it and getting it back to me. Their hours were very convenient for dropping it off and picking it up. Everyone that I talked to there was so friendly and helpful, they answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with them and would absolutely use them again!

I took my car in to Maaco just to get a fender painted, although the bumper around the fender had scratches and paint marks in addition to the fender that needed tending to, but I was not at all expecting Maaco to take care of that. When I picked up the car, not only was the fender beautifully painted but the staff took care of the scratches for no extra cost. Front desk staff was very kind. I highly recommend Maaco - excellent work. Very Professional.

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate for fixing a surface scratch caused by a gate arm coming down on my vehicle. Kyle looked at it and said that it only needed to be buffed-out, which would take less than 30 minutes and that he would do it free-of-charge. I was expecting to pay between $100-$200 for the repair and he was up-front, honest, and kind. This is the second repair Ive have done on my vehicles at Maaco, and they are truly great! I would highly recommend them for their honesty, kindness, and candidness!

Blown away by my experiences here. I have used them 3 times now. 1. To get my wholeCar painted 2. To get my spoiler painted and installed 3. To get my side scoops painted and installed. All three looked perfect. The paint match was perfect and they were installed better than I every could have done it. The staff is so Friendly. Took my Audi to the Aberdeen, MD Maaco because it was recommend to me by a close friend. I was greeted with a smile and in less than three minutes I was outside with Sid going over my car in the rain with what I wanted to have repaired. As we walked around the car identifying things to repair Sid was offering recommendations to either repair or wait. I received my quote which was more than reasonable for the work I wanted done and set a drop off date. After getting home I realized I had miss one spot that I definitely wanted to get repaired. I called and spoke to Kyle and explained what I forgot to show Sid during the walk arround and he said, no problem sounds like we can take care of that without any additional charges, but we will call you and let you know before we start the work. I received the call as stated and was kept inform of the progress of my repairs until my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my car I was highly impressed with the quality of the work and will definitely be taking my BMW back there for some scratch and dent repairs. I highly recommend this Maaco to anyone who want quality work from an honest team. There was things that I wanted done to my car and Sid could have easily taken my money but she recommended that I wait and gave me a logical reason why I should wait, saving me several hundred dollars. I recently dropped of my Nissan Pathfinder for a paint job. Sid and Kyle were excellent at communicating updates with the vehicle all through the process. They also have a Military/Veteran discount they offer, just ask. The job was flawless and they also above all were honest. There was a spot on the vehicle which I thought was a scratch. They informed me that it was not a scratch and just the road guard plastic and that they wanted to let me know. Their honesty above all is what has made me a customer for life. Give Kyle and Sid a call for any paint needs.

Kyle did a great job on my 1984 crew cab dually He also did a great job on my 1988 f150 I have a 1996 f250 going in the shop in the next month and a 1990 silverado Kyle does a great job .

We sublet all of our paintwork and body work to Maaco in Aberdeen and we are beyond satisfied. These guys are really good on deadlines and that means a lot to us. Although they are cheap in price, their work is worth every penny. They even paint commercial trucks, food trucks and heavy equipment. Kyle and the crew are great to work with and we will continue making the one hour drive every time to do business with them.

Here is the problem with Maaco ! You get a pretty good paint job for 18 months. They dont prep the vehicle properly for paint and dont use quality paints . I dont care how much you pay, your going to get the same trash. But if you want cheap paint to sell your car quickly? Go Maaco. You understand that these reviews are 90% freshly painted vehicle that customers have not been thru 4 seasons

Aberdeen Maaco did a good job for the price. I have realistic expectations. There are small flaws here and there, but it looks great from a few feet away and no one is gonna put there nose up to my 2009 Honda fit.

Fair price

I love these guys. They painted 2 cars for me + new headlights, an old collectible looks new! And price, they are more than competitive. They share various levels of paint and options on each, and I went for the cheapest w no options... looks freakin fantastic, even 4 years later. They volunteered minor repairs and prep anyway. I just got sideswiped and all I wanted was the drivers door handle replaced. Of course I got quoted door replacement, the entire side done like new, but I stuck to my minimum and they did an OUTSTANDING job dirt cheap (and volunteered tightening the loose mirror). They are very professional, courteous, and you get more than you EXPECT. I love these guys! (had to tip the mechanic :))

Great customer sevice

I noticed a plastic piece was hanging off my front bumper. So I stopped by Maaco to see if they could give me an estimate on fixing it. Kyle went out to take a look at it and said it was just a splash shield missing a plastic clip (probably from parking too close to a curb) he had his body guy Cory pull it into the shop and had it fixed in less then 10 minutes free of charge. It’s nice to see great customer service does exist. I will recommend people to Maaco in Aberdeen for sure!

I have a 12 year old commuter car with low miles that runs great and is fun to drive. My problem was that the clear coat was peeling off the hood, roof and trunk. After debating whether to get a new car (and a car payment) or keep the car I still like to drive I decided to paint it. Maaco Aberdeen did a great job on it, the car looks good again. When I called them about a little problem on the drivers door two months later it was no problem, they had it fixed in two days. Doing a good job is one thing but I like to judge a company by how they handle a problem and Maaco Aberdeen did well on both.

Walked in with a small scratch in my paint, and they did a quick 5 minute touch up job for free since it was such a quick fix. While they offered to do a full like new paint job if I wanted it, the touch up looked fine and sealed the scratch. Very happy with how it turned out after seeing the scratch!

After another place of business quoted me almost $800 to fix my passenger side door, I took it to Maaco for a second opinion. The gentleman at Maaco said it looked to only be a paint transfer and he believe he can buff it off. Well he did just that! In 10 mins it looked like my door never had any damages. Best thing is, he did not charge me! Today they showed me that some businesses are still honest and is not out to only take money from people. That other shop should be blasted but I wont. Instead I will praise Maaco. Thank you guys very much. The two gentleman that was working and the female receptionist were very friendly with great customer service. Kudos to them today.

I thought I wasnt gonna get my truck back at exact date, they told me it was gonna be ready. Do to my mistake by not ordering all the parts that I needed. But they take care of that for me. Staff was not very friendly, and they didn’t even give my dad and I the chance to ask questions without being rudely interrupted. I heard good things about this place which is why I chose to come here for my front hood and bumper to be repainted. Not only were they very rude to us, but the price they gave me just doesn’t make sense. Over 700$ just for 2 areas seems unrealistic to me, I was asked how much did I have to spend on it but why even ask me that if you’re going to give me a price like that? I did not feel welcomed, and I left very disappointed with how my visit went. Front receptionist doesn’t seem to know much and she’s not professional at all.
