Melissa took damn good care of me when it came to my insurance claim. Not only did she play interference to confirm any issues I had with my insurance. She called to make sure everything was correct with information that was being told to her. Overall this shop is extremely friendly and helpful too. The work alone and professionalism is beyond great!

State Farm recommended Caliber after my car door was dented by an uninsured driver. The work they did was excellent. Car looks new, again, paint matches perfectly. Was ready quicker than expected. Staff was friendly and professional and they worked directly with State Farm so the only thing I had to pay was my deductible.

Melissa Tamayo and her staff were accurate in their quotes, the work was of a craftsman quality, and they got my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion. I give them five stars and recommend you go with company, and forgo using their many competitors up and down the rout 40 corridor. Polite and friendly, completed repair on my truck in a timely manner

I was in an accident May 24th my insurance recommended this company, my car took two months to get fixed an when I picked my car up it sounds horrible, my check engine light is on also my keep battery is dead an the oil light is on. For almost $9000 all of things should have been done. I have an appointment with my dealership next week to see what’s wrong with my car that I just picked up less then a week ago. Very disappointed an dissatisfied.

My car was taken there for damage to the entire passenger side. It was finished up pretty fast, but the paint had uneven coverage at first. They got it back into the shop and made it perfect!

As of now I havent gotten my car back from Caliber but they do keep the lines of communication open while they have the vehicle. Very nice and informative people at this location.

I took my Honda Pilot in for some minor damage to my fender from a rogue shopping cart in the grocery store parking lot. They were customer oriented, reasonably priced, and the person who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that he didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to (as a woman, I have had this experience when I’ve had service to my vehicle done elsewhere). They were also quick to get my estimate to me, as well as quick to complete repairs to my satisfaction.

After being hit in a parking lot by someone who didn’t hang around, upon the advice of my insurance company I had my front bumper and quarter panel repaired by Caliber Collision. They were super nice and made my car look like new.And their facility was extremely nice. You would never know you were in a car repair shop :-)
