Consumer Warning. ⚠️ SecurCare Self StorageMOLD.Watch out when using SecurCare Self Strorage in Zionsville.I left all my furniture in there while we moved homes and I came back to this.Everything had to be thrown away and I am out of thousands of dollars in furniture.Of course the insurance they sell you will deny any claim and say the loss can’t be proved. 🙄

I experienced the very BEST customer service of all time from The Secure Storage team in Zionsville IN,A week ago I rented a storage unit to ensure proper care of my belongings while in the transition of moving. I looked online and found many storage options an had been drawn to this specific location due to the reviews! During my search for a unit I was told I would receive one month free if I did go with their storage units, it was a hard deal to pass up with such a great location in Zionsville Indiana however some how my account did not get credited the 1 month free I called the location an was told they are no longer offering that special and they apologized for the listing online as it was no longer accurate... Upset was an understatement for sure. I was feeling like I had been lied to by the initial lady who had helped reserve my unit. I decided to reach out to the local Management team (Patty & Scott) and I cant even explain how impactful their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and problem solving skills were! They represented among the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. The help they provided during our move was ideal. Their resolution to my issue was turned around very fast and they honored the original offer I was told I would receive even though it was no longer an option. They will forever have my business and anyone I know who is looking for a great clean affordable storage facility with superb customer service!! 5 stars is not even enough for the world class service they provided to our family!

I love my 10 x 30 unit and plan to stay long term. It serves as my back up storage off my property for my business and is only 1 mile from my home. The front office gal from (P), Is very polite and seems very efficient while enjoying her work. I look forward to visiting my unit regularly. Arthur

Tried to go view spaces in person on a Saturday. Website says they are open. No one is there. Doors are locked, with signage advertising they are open. Call the corporate number-yeah. We have that they are closed. The good news is they open back up on Monday!. Thats not good news. Terrible response, disappointing experience without even renting.

Customer Service at call center are very friendly and helpful. The low rating is the fact when you call doesnt go straight to store and that they are never there when Ive gone during open hours. They dont remove their lock even when current.

I had great service when I went. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. She assured me that she would help make my move easy and she did just that. A lot of people dont realize that she does everything at that location.

This place is awful. No one is EVER there. I was there today, a Monday, at 2:30. Three people were waiting there - all saying the same thing -No one is EVER here. Im not sure if you are actually paying someone to be in that office or not, but you might want to check up on what is actually happening. Im trying to give move-out notice on the two units I have there and I cant even do that. Beware, consumers. On-site service does not exist here. Find a different place to store.

This place is absolutely awful under new management! Prices raised by $40 in 1 month. No contact information to have a conversation with a manager! No serious interest in customer service! Never had any issues for the last 6-8 months prior to the takeover in management! Do NOT store your things here!!!!

Im paying $75 a month for a 5x8 storage unit. I was in a hang gliding accident 1/2 and taken by Lifeline to the hospital with ten broken bones including my spine, six ribs, hip and arm in two places. I was in critical care and spent two weeks in the hospital. I was unable to do anything for five days. As soon as I was able I had my computer brought to the hospital and began contacting vendors to explain and pay my bills. Every one of them except Store Here Anson was very responsive, understanding and removed all late fees and penalties. After an email, six phone calls and over a week Jennifer finally returned my call. She said she would check with Corporate about having my outlandish $11.75 late fee removed and call me back. That was over a week ago. I called back again today and Jennifer flatly and unsympathetically stated the late fee would not be removed. I will now find any means possible to have my belongings removed from this storage unit and while Im laid up in a body cast the next several weeks I have the worthwhile mission of making sure every prospective future customer is aware of their terrible business practices. Ive been a small business owner for many years and dont believe Ive ever encountered worse.Update: After posting this review....I logged on today to pay my bill and found they added insurance to my account I didnt authorize and increased my monthly bills from $75 to $96 without explanation. I have a contract for $75 a month. This appears to be vindictive. When I call no one answers the phone. Ive called, sent two emails and a facebook message but yet to receive any response. The website doesnt allow you to pay a different amount. If you dont pay the amount they show due it accesses an outlandish late fee which you cant get refunded. Also, if you dont pay the amount due they lock you out of you Storage Unit within 5 days. Im going to be forced to contact my attorney.

Signed up for a storage unit. Come moving day was unable to access my storage unit due to my sign up paper work not being completed. This meant I could not open the front gate to get to my storage unit. This all occurred while I had movers onsite to unload a truck. In speaking with the company I was unable to get a refund from them nor was I compensated for the 420.00 extra dollars in moving expense I incurred. I called the number of the business hoping to talk to some one but was not able to get in touch. This all occurred on a Saturday during their normal operating hours, but no one was working.
