Plenty of things, easy to get lost in the store... most definitely a big boy toy store, with a little bit of everything. This is my new favorite store. It takes tractor supply company mixes it with harbor freight, Ace hardware, and ties it in with the Columbia sportswear outlet. This place has great prices, and baby chickens and ducks, guns fishing equipment, tractors oh my God this is heaven. I also highly suggest getting some of the beef jerky they have its the best Ive had in a long time and they give free popcorn out!

Went there to pick up a gun I had ordered.As usual they had one person working the gun desk on a weekend?A simple gun transaction took me over 2 hours!!!All of us waiting on gun services wondered- why dont they two people dedicated to the gun area on weekends when many people go there then??They sold guns all day long... that should justify a second dedicated person.You may save $15 to $40 on a gun purchase... the time and frustration involved is not worth it.Ill probably purchase future guns at a local gun shop where you can make a timely transaction.

I thought this was a fun place to walk around. Think a mix of Lowes, Walmart and your local no-name hardware store. Tons of jeans, t-shirts, candy, baby chicks, ducks and bunnies, so much more! The employees were super sweet and helpful. Loved it. We will be back!

This is a farm supply store. It’s messy, and kind of strode, but their prices are pretty darn good and I can’t ask too much of a store that sells both clothes, and live birds. Expect waits in the check out though, this store is very popular in this town and you will be waiting typically to purchase your stuff. I feel like if you walk in here, you are in here with a purpose and not just curious, in which case you know what you are getting into. Good prices on work boots though.

I bought a pistol on Nov 2 it shipped on the 6th. It gave a 10 day delivery time to make it Nov 16th for delivery date. Its now Nov 19th and sitting in Ohio. Its suppose to be delivered in Florida yet it went north and over 2 states. Never will I ever even think about spending another penny in a rural king.

Went to pick up a gun I ordered and paid for 2 months ago. 1.5hr drive. Fl law is extremely clear 3 day wait period is from the day money exchanged hands til day of delivery. Its been 2 months since I paid for the gun. Rural king is only place that starts the 3 days period from the time you come in a fill out paperwork so you have to go there 2 times to pick up a gun. The law is very specific and other gun shop follow the law not a silly policy. Not buying from Rk again.

The employees are very helpful. Its also fun to look around because you never know what you will find.

I have 6 hens that are almost a year old that I bought for here. They are healthy chickens who make good eggs. Theres always a nice variety of chickens to pick from. All the supplies can be bought from here. I really like that you guys sell such a variety of things rural king is a one stop shop

Treat you like youre stealing when you buy all your feed for 2 weeks but dont bother taking the bags off to check. Hate shopping here because of that but i dont want to switch my feed.

1st time going to a Rual King store. Reminded me of an old Kmart. Wasnt as clean looking as I would have expected. Not filthy, just doesnt appear as if the have a dedicated cleaning crew.I had ordered a firearm from their online store, and had to go to this store to pick up my item. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only real complaint that I have, is that on line, I could follow my purchase as it was being shipped, with updates as to the progress of the shipment. I was given a deliver to the store date, letting me know when I could expect to pick it up. Problem was, the shipment details stopped and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks before I could pick it up. The store was not updating the tracking info.Otherwise, I would probably order similar items again, if it werent so far away (75 miles one way). Turns out, I could have had my item shipped to another retailer near me, and the difference in cost would have worked out the same. Having my merchandise sent to RK saved me a $35 FFL fee, but Im sure the time I lost waiting, and the gas it took to make the round trip was more than this savings....

First time in a rural king but it is an awesome store its huge so I didnt get to see everything like I wanted to but what I did see was awesome where else can you get wrangler jeans for $10 I will be going back when I have more time to actually look around

The store overall clean and well kept.How ever that is where praise stops. I went to The gun Barn to pick up a weapon that I had purchased online, I stood in line for 1 hour and 45 minutes and still was not able to leave with my weapon that I had purchased. I found their willingness in handling my problem at best sorely lacking in customer service. They have no customer service back in the Ggun Barn. So I will never again purchase a weapon or ammunition for that fact, from that store again. From now on I will give someone else my business.

What is there not to like? They have guns, ammunition (very little right now), camping gear, farming stuff, clothes, food and lots of other unique things. Check it out - not because you need something but because its basically a redneck paradise! You can find interesting things to look at, interesting people to look at, or just get some free popcorn. Seriously, go!

I moved to Florida from Indiana about 7 years ago. Rural King was one of the stores I missed the most. I was thrilled when Rural King opened stores in Florida. They have amazing prices and great selection. Its just a fun store to shop at plus free popcorn to munch on while shopping.

Good place to get stuff but it is pretty pricey

Not impressed. Knew from previous visits that waiting in line for at least an half an hour per customer was usual but after 1st visit they couldnt locate my weapon and after 2nd visit was told my I.D. wasnt acceptable. Will reconsider another purchase at this store anyway.

I hate the fact that they are one of few places you can still get reasonably priced ammo. I appreciate that. But two box minimum on shotgun shells!! 3-4 guys want to shoot a round of sporting clays you have to start buying a week before, makes no sense!! Raise the limit to 4 boxes on shotgun shells!! My first ti.e in any RK store and only came due to a firearm that I purchased online. I actually like the store, HOWEVER the firearm department needs more training/better customer service. There were 9 of us back there and only 2 men actually helping people and 3-4 other workers were standing in back or around just talking. After helping the people that were at the counter, noone seem to know what to do and even gets an attitude when asking questions. It was just complete chaos, very unorganized and unprofessional. I had to track a guy down that wasnt even his department to get my firearm in the back THENNNN thats when one of the other men came to help HIM, not me. I would probably never come back gere because of that experience.

I looked through the feed area and I had to hunt down an associate for help on cracked corn. He pointed to the feed area and said its over there. So I found another associate and he went to the backroom and got me 4 bags. Glad he was there, otherwise I would have had to leave without it. Im bad with names but I can definitely remember their face looking for the good ones next time.

This location has gone to hell. Its always hard to find any help and the help is often lacking in help they can provide. They charge tax on feed, which the state of Florida does not!!!!

Got up to the front counter to pay and sticker must have fallen off, she looked at me as if I was lying about the price and acted like she had to walk a mile to go and find it. I told her Id save her the trouble and Id go elsewhere; very disappointed.

I was just at the Zephyrhills Rural Kings customer service desk and while waiting I watched two GIANT RATS walk around like they owned the place. These were not mice they were rats so big they had to duck down to get under a wooden skid. I am calling the Pasco County health department and I will never return to this store. I do not want to give any stars to this rat infested shole

You can find kayaks, fishing gear, tools, garden supplies, pet care and outdoor clothing at discount prices. Brands like Stihl, Guy Harvey and Yeti are sold here. Lots of parking with spaces for large trucks/trailers. Disabled parking and wheelchair accessible entrance. Can be seen easily from street.

I went to this store to buy tires for my ATV utility trailer. I picked the box that contained two tires for $15 bucks. But I opened the box first to make sure they would fit my axle. They fit! So I took the opened box up front to pay for it and the cashier Tammy instead of scanning the bar code on the outside of the box scanned each individual tire and wanted to charge me $30 instead of $15. When I explained to her that no, I had opened the box and she should be only scanning the box not each individual tire she refused to correct her error

Good selection and good prices. Very reminiscent of walmart in the way of staffing. Usually only two lines open so if you are going on a weekend be sure and allow time to wait in line. Usually 10-15 minute wait for checkout.

DONT EVER order animals from their rural king website. I ordered 10 ducks. They were dead on arrival. It’s been nothing but a hassle to get my ducks replaced. Rural king took my name and number and was supposed to call me when they got ducks now 2 months later and they say they are not responsible to replace ducks, but you told me you were going to replace them. Now they tell me I have to go through the hatchery. The hatchery says RK has to call them since I ordered from their website. They won’t do anything. I’m out 90.00 basically. They literally took my money and refuse to do anything about it. Iv called the hatchery several times and they tell me the same thing. RK has to call, but they won’t. Screw them! I shop there almost daily due to the farm I have but they lost a good customer that buys everything there

Rich in the gun barn is knowledgeable and efficient. He is doing the work of 3 people on his own, yet stays calm and friendly. He answers all questions and is one of the most knowledgeable firearms sales people in the area. The other areas in this store are OK. There are some excellent deals and some items that are overpriced. I always walk out with something though.
