The gentlemen helping us out with the balloons for our daughters birthday was an absolute model employee. I cant remember his name but did ask the kind woman in customer service to submit a compliment for him.

Trader Joe’s doesn’t even attempt to source organic oranges. I’d be surprised if Fresh Market has any and both Whole Foods and Sprouts are telling me than have been out for a few weeks and could be out for a few more weeks or months. What’s completely mind boggling insane is that this is Florida!!! Some of these stores are telling me they have to import from Mexico and Peru. I’m all about supporting the third world and fair trade.For Pete’s Sake I wish more real food that hasn’t been saturated with harmful chemicals designed to kill insects (but is somehow safe for us) was readily available in the U.S. Thanks for doing you part to hold it down Publix. Much appreciated. I encouraged to keep sourcing for more organic options. I promise their is a strong consumer demand for this, especially one a store gains a good reputation for having such things.

Very nice clean store. All employees very friendly and helpful. They didnt have all the products i was looking for but had nice substitutes. If never been to Publix you should try it because you will probably stop shopping at your old grocery store and start shopping there. They also have a pharmacy so you can have one stop shop with them. You can get your medicine and food in one place which makes life easier only having to go one place for all your food and pharmacy needs.

Its always a pleasure to see such a clean well stocked store. No stock people in our way, nice big isles. I always find what I am looking for. Its a high end store so you may pay a little more, but so worth it.

Very friendly and a very clean store. Well stocked with average prices.The ladies at the pharmacy are great. Had my prescriptions for me and Michael took care of transferring them from my other pharmacy so I could get my medicine where Im at now.Thanks to all for the superb service🙂

Amazing cut fresh fruit Everytime! Love the apron ready to bake feta and spinach chicken..its the best! And the deli and bakery are always on point! Never disappointing

Great supper market. Freshness is a must. A they meant my standards most of the time. This is my go to super market. I do like Walmart and Win Dixie and Sam too.

New self checj outs means fewer cashier. Now I had to wait in line almost as long as Walmart.

Let me tell you, I had a not so good morning until Bob in the produce department brighten my day and only if he knew... I wish the world was filled with more kind, generous people .

We enjoy shopping. Getting more selection of foods. Needs to have a larger fish department. Meats and fish should be better displayed. Not like Wegmans yet. Getting close.

Im a native Floridian so Publix to me is great. A little pricey but the quality is worth it 🙂 Stuffed potatoes at the bakery are delicious . The variety of sandwiches made to order in the deli are as well😋

4 stars because-They always have everything we needbutThe baggers need to go back to school. When I worked for Publix 25 yrs ago there was a bagging class that all baggers had to take. It is obvious that this is no longer the case.... no matter how we put our groceries on the belt ( cold with cold, and etc) it still ends up with frozen and non perishable together or 1 item per bag or the exact opposite so much in the bag it almost breaks. Also the cashiers could learn to be a bit quicker in checking people out. In all honesty I would rather bag my own groceries than have half the baggers do it ( at least I know it will be right)I know times have changed but one thing that should never change is the quality of service .

Most polite people ever. They ate pricey but worth it. And the music is alway loud and cold inside but like it

This grocery store makes you feel like they want you as a customer. You can ask for help and they dont treat you like you are an inconvenience.. Clean. Good music. Knowledge people. Bright. Not crowded isles.

Even though its close to Dade City, its a whole different vibe. I personally prefer Dade City...they are much more friendly...not saying zhills is worse just less outgoing customer service.

Been in this store 5 times since moving back to Zephyrhills. Their deli has to be the worse. When one older lady is trying to take care if the customers to get deli meat while others just stand and talk while making customers wait is completely BS.The Publix in Dade city is so much better.

Its a Publix so of course its clean and organized. Check out was efficient. Was not however offered assistance with my cart to my vehicle which Im almost always offered at other Publix.

The line for fresh sandwiches blocks the soup stations, ( poor planning) theres a shortage of staff to assist the handicapped customers reach products.I was left with the impression that it was a yuppie store. From parking to soup it was a hassle for the handicapped.I gave 3 stars for cleanliness and for having enough open cashiers so check-out was fast and painless.

My favorite grocery store, always clean, organized and well staffed.

The seafood department is excellent! What makes it so good was the way my shrimp was handled, steamed shrimp if its not iced down will over cook and be ruined. The folks there realize a $20 plus dollar purchase should be handled with the care needed to make dinner an event rather just something to eat. The difference here is the service!

Poor bagging PLUS I was robbed of about $60 of groceries I purchased. When I went back with my receipt & the items missing the manager tried to make me sound like a liar & thief...also refused to let me see the video of the bagging. I will DOUBLE check all items against my receipt before leaving from now on. I live on a very limited & fixed budget...I just wanted what I paid for. She wouldnt even deal with various overcharges on my receipt. EXTREMELY unpleasant & wrong to be treated so poorly!!!

Always have an enjoyable shopping experience. Their store brand yogurt is the best, also their deli, fruit/vegetables is where I always like to go when there. Customer service is pretty good as well. Give it a shot, go visit.

Bought some deviled eggs from the deli. They looked real good. Looks can be deceiving. I like a little mustard in my deviled eggs but these tasted like MUSTARD. couldn’t taste the egg. Just the mustard. They need to take another look at that recipe. I won’t buy any more.

Very clean store, employees always nice &courteous. Their prices are out of sight. For having as many stores in the south as they do, I would think their prices would be much cheaper. Their meat especially is very expensive.We have a chain up in Michigan, that has 256 stores in 7 northern states & Kentucky. And they are much, cheaper than Publix. Their meat prices are 1 to 2 dollars a pound cheaper.

Its big its well stocked with an upscale vibe .i actually prefer the smaller one in dade city as it carries more of the products i like .but both have awesome staff who seem to truly enjoy working there .always polite helpful and friendly
