Im an Instacart shopper & say this Kroger is AMAZING! Micah & people in Bakery are always so helpful. I love Bob, Carr, and Don in Produce & Mel, Drew & Don in Meats! They always go above and beyond! Kim & the helpful people in Deli are great too! The sweet gal in the special cheese is always there to answer all my questions.. Terry Barker, Zane, Owen, Cameron, Alicia, Teresa, Bonnie, Mimi, and all the cashiers are awesome! And Lydia makes the best Sushi, fresh everyday!

I ordered a 2 piece with 2 sides chicken dinner for lunch. It was delicious. I would most definitely recommend this dinner. Also, The deli was very clean too.

Huge Kroger compared to New Lexington location lol. Maybe they are all like that idk seemed almost as big as Athens location and its the biggest. Should have whatever your looking for other then hard liquor. Nice wine selection as well.

If I could give zero Stars I would this pharmacy is completely incompetent they misplaced my prescription for a controlled substance by putting it in someone elses bag I waited for a long time while they tried to find it and finally left and they said they will call me when I got back to pick it up they had restocked it because it took me too long to pick it up but it was because they lost it that I didnt get it in the first place also they filled my prescription by thirds supposed to have 90 pills in the prescription with one refill they filled it 30 pills at a time just so they could get more money Im sure and now they wont fill the final 30 I would say go anywhere anywhere anywhere else

Great Kroger Store!Clean, friendly staff, and well managed.Operates smoothly, front end is efficient, and easy to navigate. Parking lot, even if a bit small, is nice, as its back off the main stretch and easy to get in and out while converging onto Maple Avenue.Easily one of the best locations in the entire city to get your groceries. We often would drive from South Zanesville to specifically shop at this location, while, bypassing many other options for groceries.

Terrible Customer Service. Clerks & managers are indifferent too customer needs/ concerns. Dirty place... smells like poverty & dirty human flesh like dirty feet. Poor selection of products, especially cleaning products. Worst hours ever. Least favorite place too goin the entire world. DO NOT GO TOO THIS STORE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY & then ask yourself if you really need too still go because this place is a nightmare.

I absolutely love Kroger, the best produce around, high quality meats and seafoods the employees are always helpful with a 😃 smile upon their faces.

I understand everything is crazy right now and retail employees are tired but when you ask a simple question and get your head chewed off with the employee saying you get what you get if you dont see it in the meat coolers. Things are disorganized and I wasnt sure if they had things moved around. I think until further notice I will be visiting my local butchers in Mount Vernon, Ohio they appreciate the business.

Asked for assistance from clerk and she stopped to direct me to the appropriate lane.Did not have to wait in line to check out..plenty of open lanes. Friendly helpful staff. Clean store. Easy to locate items. Nice flow to walk thru the store.

Kroger always has a clean store and the best selection of foods aside from niche specialty shops. You can find things for basic household needs, such as furnace and AC filters, as well as several aisles dedicated to healthy eating and ethnic foods. The bakery and deli are the most diverse in town and you can even get sushi thats freshly made and pretty good. Overall, they are hard to beat, but I wish theyd just discount the prices as opposed to having a loyalty system. I never remember to grab my card!

The place was clean everyone was socially distant although it was crowded there was still a little space to move around the cashiers were very friendly and courteous and the carts were clean

Kroger has the best produce! Also I love their floral department. They have the most beautiful flowers that live for sometimes two weeks. Overall Kroger is the grocery store I prefer to shop.

Krogers is awesome! Its by far the best grocery store we have in or around the Zanesville area. Its super clean and they have almost everything you would ever want. The staff is always really nice.

Busy ! Great buys, but have to jump through hoops to get best deals. Only wish they would limit qualities that you have to buy to two or three. Making you buy five to get the best price is a bit much. My opinion.

Good grocery store. I walked in,and was immediately greeted by a man in a trench coat. He offered me a drink, and next thing I know Im in an ice bath with my kidney gone. 9/10 would come again (only one point deducted because the cleanliness of the scalpel next to me was less than stellar)

Produce is always fresh. Friendly workers. Get cashed out pretty quick. Prices are great; especially when grapes are $0.88 a lbs.

My favorite grocery store

Im so impressed with this Kroger. I eat a plant based whole foods diet so finding grocers that have a banging produce section is important. This Krogers produce section is so diverse and it has a sizeable organic section. Specialty items that are staples to my cooking are available and if you have any dietary restrictions Kroger has many options so you can find what you are looking for to not be left wanting. I found everything I needed. On top of that the staff are super friendly and helpful! Thanks Kroger!

Wonderfully organized store and they keep everything in stock and fresh! My favorite part is the fresh produce and meat! Lots of friendly employees too!

I shop at Kroger due to the customer service. we all know that its not the prices that keep us coming back. So with that being said I find it absolutely ridiculous that the cashier makes a customer wait after theyve loaded their groceries on to the belt. He was too busy talking to the young ladies at the customer service desk and cutting up with two other customers. to top it all off, I had to bag my own groceries. It wasnt until I was almost done that he came and bagged them.

Love Kroger! Prices can be high but I always take advantage of my reward card and make use of sales. Has a good selection of organic products.

This Kroger is always clean and everyone is go friendly. My only complaint is that its never well stocked. However, theres so much variety, you can generally find something similar. I guess theyre just super busy! :)

I love Kroger for the variety of products and the best prices. The main complaint I have is the poor stocking of items there. For example I was there today and they were completely out of Kroger brand white bread. This is a problem that happens regularly.

Good deals on food. They have a variety of healthy eating brands as well. Only problem i have is parking. They need a bigger lot.

They are always buffing floors around the self scan registers in the morning shortly before 6. It is so loud you cannot hear yourself. Maybe start there and finish at the back of the store or get quieter machines.

If the store opens up at 6am to let people shop they should have one cash register opened for customers.an dont have a customer servixe rep tell you we dont open until 7. its total BS! customer service rep first name is Tammy.i called her when i got home,an she changed her story.i had over 100.00 dollars of grocery, with produce that is hell trying to ring out on a self check out.i been a kroger shopper for over 30 plus years.had enough.

It was good for a brief shopping trip. I couldnt find prego light Alfredo sauce. I noticed there was just a few ice creams that stated no sugar added. I am a Weight Watcher and need to watch my intake of sugary foods. I wanted to make Kroger my one stop shopping place, but I guess I have to use WalMart. Other than that, my trip shopping was fine.

When you have a sale it would be nice if you could keep things in stocked. Otherwise its a clean and nice store.

Too small... cant carry some of the sale items. Too hard to maneuver in the small iles. And theres no room for us who are disabled to ride an electric cart that they dont even have for disabled. So I usually have to drive to another store.

There is a vast variety of products here, staff are friendly and helpful, would give 5 stars but there are times sale items arent in stock, they do give rain checks, but I prefer not to mess with that.

So I just want to update. For the fourth week in a row I had to stand in line at customer service for almost an hour for a single transaction. The service is utterly terrible.Horrible service. Not enough lanes open. Staff blatantly ignore waiting customers. Stood in line for customer service for almost 40 minutes and there were only 4 people in line.
