They do nothing but lie to you. They have given me 4 different delivery days so far. still no tractor. took two days off of work to wait for them. still no tractor. every time I call they tell me it is on the truck. Yeah right. Just a bunch of liars at the Zanesville location. I doubt that I will ever buy anything else there.

Hate this place! Service/Parts Counter are about the rudest people Ive ever had to deal with! On multiple occasions Ive had to go in this place stand at the counter and be looked at like I wasnt even there while they all continue to talk amongst themselves. Then spoke to like they had better things to do. Ive given them VIN numbers and they still cant order the right parts! If your going to work in customer service and with the public, at least treat your customers with some respect! Id give them a zero star if I could!

I wanted the manager Cody know that Jeff Drake, went above and beyond to make sure that I got the mower I wanted, traveling several hours away to pick it up and bring back to Zanesville Store. He answered my phone calls and returned my texts promptly.He then delivered it in pouring rain and took time to explain how to operate it correctly. He is an asset to your company and appreciate good service.I would have given 5 stars but didnt get Jeff at first and felt like my business wasnt important and till I was fortunate to speak with Jeff🙂👍 Thank you Jeff Drake for making me a Happy and Satisfied Customer!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy anyting. I had to order my mower online because the lady at the store did not want to deal with me. They have had my mower for over 2 weeks and did not let me know. They finally delivered it today but failed to notify me that they were coming they just dropped it off did not get a signature or anything. The mower was outside for about two hours in the pouring down rain. I will never purchase anything from this location again. They have lost a customer forever. Very poor customer service.

Ag-Pro had the parts we needed for our JD deck. It was a quick in and out with the parts. Time enough to put the parts on and mow the hole yard before dark.

Our family has farmed for generations and until the last few years we have been brand loyal to John Deere. Ag pro has changed that for our farm. Their customer service, employee support, and over all business practices are beyond disappointing. Their parts dept is an absolute joke!!! Good luck getting support and getting what you need. No one takes accountability or cares to help you . I grew up going to the local family owned Deere dealership where the employees were knowledgeable and took pride in their jobs. I now dred having to call for parts and service as time and time again it has only led to frustration and disapointment.

Great job to this team. Had an older John Deere 855 diesel that required and entire engine rebuild. Ryan Geiger and his service team diagnosed the issue quickly and got to work. I can say that my machine is running better than ever and would highly recommend them to anyone for service. Very fair price for the skilled labor you need for this job. I will now be going there to make any future purchases as well. Not everything is green only the best especially at this location.

The technician didnt know how to change the oil and had to Google how to service them. At $99.50 an hour I would hope that a boss plow dealer wouldnt have to google this information. I asked for an estimate and would come back at a later date after they figured up exactly what I would need. This was a time sensitive job that I needed done. It took them over a month to get back to me. I just assumed I wouldnt get an estimate so I went to another boss plow dealer that completed the work the same day. After three months I received a bill for $900 to service two plows. It took them a little over an hour to service. When I refused to pay they were going to send me to collections. I just saw they are a dealer for mean green mowers. I was considering buying a couple not anymore. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ag-pro. Went here with my grandfather and wifes looking for lawn tractor for the both of them. Ended up talking with a woman sales person and she was very knowledgeable on her tractors. Ill give her that. But other then that we looked outside for 20 minutes with no one coming out to help us. Mind you they were right outside the main big windows. Another customer ended up giving us info on a tractor he owned and help us lol. After I had to go into building to get help and talked with the above mentioned sales rep. So she showed us the smaller lawn tractor they had and said she could discount it since they scratch it up a little offloading it. The headlight and hood had scratches from about middle of hood to from on drivers side. Guess how much of a discount?? $100!!!! Thats it. I asked ok well how much is this headlight? $75 she said lol. Ok, so then I tried to ask if thats the case they deliver free if we purchase? No. Thats extra! Now if I spend $2000 on not one but 2 tractors one would think they would waive the delivery even if not free and the fact she only wanted to discount a brand new tractor with over $200 damage to hood and headlight $100!!!! So no we did not buy and John Deere really oughta review this stores policys. Green And yellow isnt a must. And the way your treated matters. This place didnt seem to much worried bout making a sale. Good luck if your planning on visiting.

Bought a new 1025r, Got a good deal salesman was friendly. Waited a week on the tractor, would have been longer if I didnt pick it up. I got it home and the mower quick connect brackets were on wrong. I only found this out after the quick connect bar fell off one side. They were fast at comming out to fix it. But something that simple should have been done right the first time. Also ordered a rear blade. Itll be a month before I see that. All that said, I think there a good dealer. Just slow down double check your product before it leaves the shop. And there is no reason you should have to wait a month, for something as simple as a rear blade. Greg

This place is your farm and garden mega store. They carry everything from full size tractors to lawn and garden equipment. They also carry all the parts you need to keep your equipment running its best along with the mechanics to get it done.

I live 30 miles from this dealer and dropped off a Gator utility vehicle for service on Saturday 08/10/19; got a call on my cell phone 08/14/19 that is was ready. I just happened to be in Zanesville at the time so I drove by, paid for the service work and told them to leave it outside and I would pick it up after hours, as I needed to go home and get my truck and trailer. I went back that evening and as I approached the vehicle I noticed something protruding from a rear tire, I thought someone had driven over chewing gum and it was stuck to the tire. When I pulled it onto my trailer and began to strap it down, my wife said we have a problem. She also noticed this thing right away and we since have verified it is a rope tire plug about the size of a golf ball. (I did buy this vehicle used, but Ive owned it for over two years, I work with it all the time, Ive washed it and detailed it many times. This tire plug was not there before I dropped it off at Ag Pro Zanesville). I called first thing in the morning to see what happened to the tire and was told Nothing, it must have been like that. I sent pictures and called several times, I talked to Kristen, in service and Brandon in Parts, sent Brandon pictures, he said that looks old and dismissed me. I asked for the store manager, but was told he was At the Fair, Brandon assured me he would have the manager (Michael Sweeney) call me the next day. Ive waited a week, still no call. In the future I will be going to Belmont County for anything related to John Deere. Stay away from this dealership. There is absolutely no way Ive owned this gator for over two years with a giant tire patch the size of a golf ball in one of the tires, and never noticed it at all. But my wife and I each saw it within 30 seconds of each other when it was sitting on the Ag Pro parking lot. Im also sure its easy enough to make something Look Old especially when its sitting in the rain in a muddy parking lot.***Update***After posting the original review and receiving the response (below) the store manager finally called me; he said the reason he hadnt called me for a week was that he thought it had been resolved (I have no idea what could have given him that idea). Im fairly certain that only reason I received a call was due to posting a negative review. He did ask how he could resolve the situation but stated matter-of-factly that he was not going to replace the tire (even though Ive never asked for a new tire). I was once again made to feel like an idiot who somehow just didnt know that the gigantic tire plug was in my vehicle all along. Think twice before you leave any of your equipment at Zanesville Ag-Pro.
