Normally it is a good experience here at JCPenney. Todays visit was very upsetting. A customer service employee was very rude to my granddaughter and should NOT have addressed a little 7 year old about her behavior (she was simply playing around few feet from me while I tried on shoes but was not disrupting anyone or making any mess), it upset my granddaughter and made me very upset! She couldve addressed her issue with me politely and professionally, NOT a 7 year old, scolding her in a mean tone. I told 2 other attendants of Chyllis rude conduct and to notify their manager about it. This wasnt the first time Ive encountered her behavior. She was rude to me and my daughter earlier this year and I told her she was not to talk to us rudely. Management needs to know of her behavior and corrective actions should be enforced. We do not shop here for a bad nor rude experience. Also earlier this year, friends and I shopped here and she was rude to them. Her tone is unacceptable. Ive not experienced bad behaviors like this from other staff members or Customer Service Employees, just Chyllis. We are not happy with our experience here today.

First time here for two years. It is difficult finding my size clothing. I am a larger woman and if I find my size there are much smaller sizes mixed in. Wont be going back due to reasons stated plus I am disabled and dont care to find someone to push my wheelchair. Ill stick w stores tat offer electric scooters.

Black Friday sale - everything was well organized and tidy, clearly labeled what was on sale. And the sales were really great! $100 coat for $13 after the sale + coupons. Definitely recommend.

My daughter took my granddaughter there for a trim. Her hair is long full and very curly. She needs to be able to pull it up for cheer and the stylist was told this. She totally ignored what my daughter told her she wanted. The stylist said she specialized in curly hair and she knew what she was doing. She then proceeded to cut not trim my granddaughters hair. I’m not doubting her abilities but ignoring what the paying customer wants is unacceptable and unprofessional!!! Needless to say my daughter will continue to go there but will never allow that particular stylist to touch my granddaughters hair!!!

Overall it was good. It seemed I had to ask one of the clerks to help me at the jewelry counter for help, who it could be interpreted their awareness did not appear very keen.

Terrible selection of rose gold jewelry. Not as big as years ago. Lady over counter very nice!

Pretty large store with a large selection of products. There is also the hair saloon as part of the store.Had lots of holiday sales on clothing, shoes, and cosmetics.

The store had most of what we needed my husband is big and tall so they did not have the shirt color and size he needed (black), but they did have a white one in his size and color, also the store had no air conditioning, on a 93 degree day. The gentleman working in the mens department was very knowledgeable and helpful, great prices and discounts, very clean store, over all I would rate my experience a 9 out of 10

Great place to get clothing!

Only had 2 pairs on khaki colored shorts I wanted. Neither in my size. The whole table had 8 pairs total.

So sad seeing our JCPenneys going down hill within our mall. I sure miss the old fashioned customer service that JCPenneys used to offer. I must say I am not a fan of the self serve they have gone to and I feel it shows they arent putting any effort servicing the customers any longer! Follow Sears was not a good choice!! Retail stores are going to become a dying thing very soon. In my opinion JCPenneys is in the dying realm of things already which is a darn shame because they used to be a wonderful family oriented store back in the early 70s.

Went to the mall to shop for things on 10/28/2017 and went to J C Pennys to shop in the mens department the young girl cashier around 3:26pm wasnt helpful at all she didnt help me with my purchase at all she just didnt show any kind of pleasant customer service at all. I talked to the management and she said she was going to talk to the girl but didnt seem that pleasant enough.

This is by far the most popular store for me to shop at.My favorite styles are available in my size range.I dont know where else I would find it all.

My friend was made fun of for her size and rude comments were made. I called to complain and the manager said it was a misunderstanding but yet when we left the store the girls started laughing like it was funny.

I love the reward program and their clothes and kitchen products! They always have a nice selection of mens big and tall ! Always have cute kids clothes! I can always find something in here, the only problem I have is they dont have santa decorations they never have if I want to shop for santa I have to go somewhere else.
