They dont have a very big selection of shoes⁷

Went in at 6:30 to purchase a pair of $160 shoes for running and walking. Gate was closed worker said they closed in 20 minutes but they were allowed to close gate early. This was Tuesday 4:20-21.

Its all about customer service for me. The young lady Jordan didnt greet myself, my fiance or my son while we were looking at shoes but a gentleman and his daughter(granddaughter) walked in shortly after us and she immediately greeted them and asked if she could help them. Thank you Finish Line for being right next door so we could spend our money there!!

I ordered some shoes Red converse all stars for my sister on September 3rd, 2019 online, it said that the shoes would make It to her by September 11th. I called her today sepember 25th and she told me she never received the shoes. I called costomer service and they said my item has 2 different tracking numbers and if I didnt received the shoes by Now they might have been lost. 22 days later still no shoes. Foot locker is supposed to be a top consumer store but Finish line is way better at least I get my shoes no later than 4 days. So now I have a refund scheduled which will take 3-7 days ..im very disappointed FOOT LOCKER she really was looking forward to getting those shoes too..

The store is no e; a bit pricey.

I drove from Columbus and they had a mixup with my pair of Retro 11s in Nov where my reserved pair were sold,and Tim the store manager made things right w/ me on a very popular release a few weeks later!

Poor selection and staff is rude.
