Merris was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. Her customer service skills were amazing. Nolan was very patient after I could not decide if I wanted the tire and he already had it on the rim. He even reorganized my trunk to put my spare back in. Mavis was amazing!

My experience here was amazing!! I came to get 4 new tires and every representative was very nice and welcoming. I also told the representative Nolan that I had no way home & he offered to take me home & pick me up once my car was ready. I will forever be grateful!!

My experience at Mavis Tire Zachary was no less than I expected. The staff was courteous and professional. I have visited several times and there are usually lots on people trying to get service. Tre’Various Moore is a great asset to the company. Not only did he help me but I witnessed him maintain his professional demeanor while a customer was very rude to him. An oddity these days.

The Mavis Team are true professionals. Brought my truck in an hour before closing. They put new tire and balance on my truck and had me out of there in 45 minutes. Had a nail in the Side wall. Replaced the tire and made my weekend. Hats off to them and great customer care!!

Reggie was the only one left at the store, walking out his last customer. I purchased four new tires less than one year ago and had a blowout. I didn’t have road hazard and was not offered any assistance other than buying another tire full price. They insisted they don’t take responsibility and it’s basically my fault and not defective products. I can’t support any business that won’t stand by their product. I’ve never had a blowout before

I came in at 4:15 P.M. on a Saturday to get a nail removed from my tire and get it patched. The man working the counter said that everyone was gone and they couldn’t do it. They don’t close till 5 P.M., so why even stay open if you can’t do anything? I called earlier in the day to try to make an appointment to come in after work to ensure I wouldn’t have to wait and the women I spoke to said they would be able to do it with a walk in.

Very good service and always a fair price

Took my car here to have the pads and rotors replaced. They left off the pad retaining springs causing the pads and rotors to be worn out in a couple of months. Took the car back due to brake noises and tried to blame it on suspension parts. Took my car to another shop, showed me the issue and fixed it right up. Then to top it off they charged me for a brake flush they obviously did not do after seeing the black brake fluid in my car. Run away from this place as fast as you can!!

Made a visit to Mavis in Zachary, LA on 11/19/20. I had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which means it needed to be replaced. Rob was very attentive, and I picked the lower cost option of two. Wound up that they gave me an upgrade for a better tire as they were out-of-stock with the original choice, and did not charge me extra. Michael, Rob and the whole crew were very polite and expedient. The facility was clean and comfortable. Thank you Mavis Tire of Zachary, LA. I will return when I have future needs regarding tires.

I will NEVER again return to Mavis!! After giving them about $800 getting rotors and brake pads on my front and rear brakes I still left with my brakes squealing! No one knows what they doing over there and unfortunately Im cheated out of $800 dollars and will probably have to go somewhere else to get my brakes properly fixed.I would like to thank Mavis for correcting their wrong. They took my complaint very seriously and I was able to go back and get new rotors and brake pads, and theyre no longer squealing. I believe the managers name is Rob; thank you Rob for your assistance and superb customer service!!

Ed was absolutely amazing with helping me. He answered all of my questions and actually honored my warranty with literally no questions. I was shocked! He ordered my tire and had it put on in no time. Since this place is under a new owner, it seems to have improved. It used to take a ridiculously long time to get my car serviced. It took them two hours before to just PATCH my mom’s tire when it had a leak, but Ed seems to have really turned the place around. Now I am happy to go to them for my car needs.

Got in really fast although I only had a small problem. Got a rim put on a tire and the tire on the car. But the guys up there were very nice and it smelled very good inside. (: Give these guys some love and go to Mavis Tires!

Made an appointment to drop off my truck for oil change and tire rotation. Brought in the next day for the appointment for these 2 services. Got dropped off to pick up my truck they DID NOT do the tire rotation, said I could wait. NOT, that was the reason for an appointment to drop off so I did not have to wait. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!Within 2 hours of my post I was contacted by a rep at the Zachary location where I took my truck. Was told that they use a gauge to go by for tire rotation and that mine did not need to be rotated that the better tires were already in the front is why they were not done. 1st of all if I asked for a tire rotation as the customer, they should have done it or either called to discuss with me, not just take it upon themselves to not do the tire rotation. My tires have not been rotated since I purchased the truck and have 40K miles on them. The front tires on the outside are worn as where the backs are not as worn, they needed to be rotated! Bottom line, my opinion is the rep is just making an excuse for not rotating my tires as I asked them to do and that any idiot could see with their own eyes that they needed rotating and not go by some gauge! Now I will be going elsewhere for my tire rotation. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!Also, you see all these 5 star reviews cause they will give you $10 off your bill if you give them 5 stars at checkout counter! So they are buying there reviews!!

I had a very bad tire that was too dangerous to drive on. I went to Mavis to get it replaced. Mike was very friendly and helped me pick out the right tire for my budget. They noticed that another tire was severely damaged and needed replacement as well. I couldn’t afford to change both tires but Reggie helped me out extremely on the price and got me out of the door with both tires changed! I highly recommend Mavis to anyone that needs tire/brake service!
