New management has really stepped it up. Fair pricing and no issues with service or product. Its worth a call. The truck audits are spot on unlike some other companies. When you sell pallets to VPI you get paid quick and the count is on. I would recommend VPI for new, used, and custom

Horrible customer service!! Called to get prices on pallets and the guy could not help me, he kept saying Im I dont know it varies, and couldnt even give me a ball park range, when I told him I will just try another company he said sounds good. Dont spend your money with this company!!
