I took a fan to be checked by this company. Often, you hear from other companies that just do not want to deal with fixing fans or looking into fixing them. Often, other companies rather sell you a new fan. Gloria and her husband took the time to figure out what the problem was with the fan. They fixed it and the charge was very reasonable. They have a great variety of fans, light fixtures and many many other light supplies. I highly recommend this company. Furthermore, Gloria and her husband seem very humble and helpful people! High quality for price.The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! But, this is higher tier product than what you will find in places like Lowes or Home Depot. Dont get me wrong, I understand that you usually get what you pay for.

My experience was much different than other reviews posted here. Overall this is some of the worst coustomer service I have ever experienced. We originally picked out lights out in July and the last one was finally installed March 5th. In all fairness it was just one final light that was on backorder but at no point did Arizona light take responsibility for the delay or make any attempt to make it right. In addition to being 78 days past the close of our house my wife also took time off work for the install. The worker showed up, hung around for about a hour and said he had to go to the shop and get the fixture and would be right back. He ended up not returning with no phone call or anything. During the install of other lights many were put in the wrong rooms and one was installed with the glass cracked. If any attempt at all had been made to accept responsibility or compensate us for the situation this negative review would not be nessary. I understand stuff like this sometimes happens but the coustomer service is fully within their control. I ended up giving 2 star instead of 1 because our initial meeting went well and they were very helpful and knolegable. Im not sure what changed after that. Their light fixtures are also very nice and we are pleased with them. I would not recommend this business unless that is your only option.
