Was great experience, I had a few questions about detoxing for me and help with increasing lactation for wifes breastfeeding. Went above and beyond with help making sure the product was safe for my babies nursing from thdir mom.

Great owner, selection, employees!

The Point System is a complete and utter sham!! Every time I go in I get told the exact same thing theyre not available yet,but theyll be there next quarter. Ive been shopping there since last year due to the herbal items they carry but cant seem to remember the last time I was able to actually REDEEM any of these so called points that they claim Im accumulating with the absurd amount of money Ive spent in the store. I will begin to look elsewhere for all my supplements, If it wasnt for the aforementioned items on their shelves, Id definitely be shopping at GNC. This place just likes to lure people in and lie to them with FALSE Hopes of points. Such a disappointment.

Horrible experience ever at a supplement store. There was a girl whos name started with a B and whom I made my purchase from that gave me a horrible attitude. I asked her along the lines if she was tense and she responded this is me everyday. I got my item and as I was leaving I herd a clipboard droped on the counter, she basically threw the clipboard down. I looked back and I guess she was having a bad day or something. Ill try to never go back there again.

All Vitaminshoppes basically have the same items, which is no issue. But this is the worst Vitaminshoppe Ive been to based on customer service. Im not from around here but was in Yuma for 4 months and each time I entered here, I never once got a hello or any greeting, not much of an issue but when someone else walks in the store right after me, they greet them. Why are potential customers not getting greeted? Is this customer service? On four occasions this happened, literally seconds after me people walking in and they get greeted. Is it the way I look? I am not from around here, (asian descent) Im curious as to why I dont get a greeting while others do. So on 3 occasions this actually made me walk out and just go elsewhere. I just get what I need from GNC right across from this store instead now. If its vitamins I just get it at walmart, customer service at this shop is trash, believe me. Also when I was leaving the Blonde lady (who also doesnt greet) seems to be very uninviting! Maybe the manger doesnt train his workers well?. Very disrespectful and not welcoming, never again will I shop here!
