Ive had my locket for almost a year now and within that time it got dirty and smudged but I didnt know how to clean it or where until I called Paul Bensel Jewelers. I asked if they could and if it was any charge but it was all complimentary and I just had to bring it in. Everybody was so nice and it only took what seemed like only just a couple minutes. They were extremely careful and did not want to ruin my pictures polishing and cleaning the outside of it making it shiny again. Im so happy.

Had a diamond tennis bracelet repaired & was VERY pleased with the results. While I was waiting for the piece a certain ring caught my eye. I was not pressured into purchasing it. I didn’t really know what kind of ring I was looking for but the staff was super friendly and helped me out. They gave me tons of information about diamonds and materials that was valuable when making my decision. Liz was awesome when helping me customize rings to fit what details I wanted. She also gave me plenty of different options to choose from. I was able to have my center stone certified, which I was pleased when it came back higher graded than they originally thought! Overall a great experience, and I was able to get it done in the time I needed it.
We received a very warm greeting from the time we set foot inside the door. We received a very clear explanation of why my diamond needed a new setting. My wedding rings are 48 years old. Getting my mothers wedding ring fixed (rebuilt) had been on my parents to do list for awhile now, after 46 years it needed some TLC. Sadly my father passed away before it happened. While in Yuma to help with arrangements I brought my mom in to your store to finally make that dream happen. Lucia was so patient, understanding and professional with my grieving mother. The repair took about a week, start to finish. The ring looks better than new and it brought joy to her heart in a heavy time. The price for the repair was more than fair. Frankly, I would have paid anything to hear the uplifted tone in her voice when she saw her new ring. I want to commend and thank all that were involved in the repair of her wedding ring. I couldnt be happier. I was somewhat worried when I went in the store because my rings are 50 years old and very thin also missing a diamond. But the young man said no problem we can fix everything. They also had to repair the rings because they had to be cut off after I was involved in a accident. When I saw what they had done to fix them I just cried. Im so delighted with the young man that helped me and he had such conviction that they could fix them. My friend owns a gold a silver store in a different state and I have worked with them for years. Very ethical people. I moved and had a ring I was considering selling. 2.8 ct total diamond ring in white gold. I had it appraised twice before coming into bensels. Each time very quick very professionally done INFRONT OF ME. These ladies at bensels took my ring into the back for 1.5 hours and brought it back with all of the rhodium on the band gone. My white gold band is now yellow then they offered $750 for it. SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY HERE. Talking to my lawyer today.
