The employees are very helpful. They apply the protocol for covid 19. The merchandise is a bit expensive. However, on Black Friday there are very good discounts. You can order online from your home or with them in the store. You can pay with a credit or debit card or cash. The designs are very cool although most are for young people. It is definitely a youth store.

This footlocker needs to be shut down if this is how they run their business. And hopefully if not it can get corrected and the person not work there anymore. I came in looking for a pair of new nmd’s as my old ones have worn down. (White pair)I asked the guy for my size to which he went to get the box and when he brought the box to me it had one shoe and grabbed the one off the wall. So I thought okay.. never seen a store handle it like that.About to purchase my new pair and there’s a red skid mark/ stain on the top of the shoe that I didn’t put there so I asked him if I did purchase anyway could I receive a discount since I did not dirty them.. I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager and got told he wouldn’t give me a discount either. I even asked if they had another pair. Same size in the back that was clean. And was told no. This guy laughed it off. Was really rude and just downright did not help my experience here. I’ve never been treated so bad in a footlocker before it honestly diminished the name of this store location. And personally lost my business unless this can be fixed. Ended up ordering a pair and adidas is offering 30% off right now anyway. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

Went to but some shoes from there for my husband and we had ask for his size the guy came back from the back without telling us they didnt have his size so my husband ask him what is your name and he had a shoe in his hand and covered his name tag I seen his name before he did that and his name was Chris. I think that was unprofessional since I go into foot locker all the time to get shoes but now I would not be ever returning

Staff were ignoring me. Even though there was only one more customer due to them being more concerned about their personal issues that they were discussing. which made them ignore me even more. When asked a question would only respond with nah. Not coming back!.

It’s a great store but can y’all and every other store there update your hourly schedule?? Drove all the way over there because it said it closed at 7 on Sundays but once I got there everything was closed by 6 🙄

Decent place. Ask for any of the ladies, they are far more polite and willing to help than the elderly gentlemen. The elderly gentlemen who was helping me seemed reluctant, and a tad impatient but he did his job competently, which is more than you would expect from a place like Walmart. Other than that, a good experience.

The sole employee the night i went was more concerned with conversing with friends than to greet or welcome my son and I into the store. At no time did he ask us if we needed help. This was the first time Ive stepped into a Foot Locker in about 8 years......I was not impressed.

They got an oo selection shoes and clothes but I wish they had the shoes that are really hyped up like Concords but other than that its a godd place to get Jordans bikes and vans

Your average footlocker, not really a great selection in my opinion, but also not something within their control. You could probably find the same shoes cheaper other places.

Bad selection. Not much to choose from. Everytime I go in the service gets worse. I ask questions and sometimes no answers.
