I brought my truck to have a system wired, I didnt want to do it. Have brought my truck back 2 times because installer has no clue what he is doing. Still have problems, but dont want this dude touching my vehicle. I do my own work, this guy needs to learn how to use crayons.
Got a new stereo and sound system installed in my 2010 car. Only took them 3 hours with no problems, had great prices, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend!
Customer service is horrible. Guy was talking to me with an attitude for asking 2 simple questions. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

They charge over 30% extra than what the items truly cost, the installation is poor and dont consider storage when installing the items, had a blown out speakers that supposedly comes with a lifetime warranty, but when I took it in the speaker was never replaced as it still makes crackling sounds, also no discounts for buying multiple speakers, subwoofer, equalizer, and more. I will upload a picture of my receipt when I retrieve it back home
TL:DR: They messed up and tried to blame it on me and I find out that the work they did do was shoddy and had to be replaced. The lady that works there is super nice, I dont think they were trying to rip me off just bad at what they do.I waited a while and was trying to decide on whether or not I would post a review about the service I received. I decided against because I figured all is well that ends well, but it turns out it didnt end well. So here is my review. I take my car in their to get an amp replaced and they inform me that my sub is blown and it is what caused my amp to go out. I tell them okay, well lets get a new amp and I will think about buying the sub. So the technician rip out all the cords to my unit and decide that they are going to wire everything in my car through this new amp. But it turns out that the amp they want to install isnt big enough to support all the speakers in my car and they dont understand how to wire the speakers into the unit. So when I comeback to pick up my car and they explained that I only have 6 out of the 10 speakers in the car, I am miffed. Because the amp in the back was only for the sub and the speakers in the back. The front is supposed to wired to unit. But I digress, I inform the owner that this does not work with me and after we discuss it a bit, I agree to come back the next day and they will get me set up. I come back the next day and I believe everything is going to be fine. They wire it up, tell me I need replace my door speakers and replace them. I think everything is working great. Pull out and go to get my car washed. I try to roll up my windows and they will not come up. Drive back, inform them of the problem. The technician informs me that it must have been like that before I came in. Thankfully the wonderful lady inside tells the technician to look at it. He opens up the door and says he sees nothing wrong. I reach in touch the back of the newly installed door speakers and tell him that I can feel it touching my window. Amazingly, he takes out the speaker and we test the window and it works. He informs me that he needs to put in a different spacer and that if I wait 10 minutes it will be ready. Great. I leave thinking everything is fine. I decide a while later that I want a sub, I go to Charos because I didnt like the way that the whole thing went down. They install the sub and inform me that whoever did my wiring messed it up. They were surprised it worked and that my speakers in my car werent blown. So I had to pay for the wiring job which they messed up. Like they had spliced together wires to go to the back amp instead of running them through the unit like we had talked about. So they had a four channel amp running all 10 of my speakers for no reason when they could have run some of them off the back of the stereo unit.
I have bought several systems from Sound Depot. They always do great work and always at a great price. I appreciate the fact that I can trust Ken and his team. The times I had an equipment failure, warranty was easy, got new equipment on the spot. This is the place to buy in Yuma.
They are a Service center for Intoxalock. Despite the many, repeated short comings of the Intoxalock interlock, the staff of Sound Depot have been nothing, but beyond helpful and courtious.
Excellent service. Waited on me as soon as I walked in. I told the salesperson what I needed and she showed me a couple of possible choices. They installed one quickly, explained how to work it and off I went. Great service.I love the stereo and the bluetooth works great with my iPhone.

Scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance, was told day of its canceled...showed up waiting 20 minutes before they even opened.
Had some work done here ( twice ) before, really pleased, minor stuff, speaker issues, wanted a blue tooth and map installed in my 09 Silverado, so I came back for round 3 .I think it was Danea, anyway, she made a recommendation, for a Planet Audio PNV9674, very pleased overall and I think I would give 6 stars for quality, price and overall workmanship to the Sound Depot !!

Have had several things installed in my truck by them. But had to replace stereo once for mal functions and stereo now wont keep time correct
Spent a couple grand on a system, they did not install the amps i told them too, could not get the hum out of the speakers even after adding several filters, they had to replace the crappy planet audio amps several times, the crappy ssl deck a couple times, the back up camera was junk, the last camera worked but they did not make the connections watertight and it fried the camera driving in the rain . Only reason i would go back is i like the memphis audio brand, i will buy the speakers and amps and have someone else do the install since they are the only memphis dealer in town
