Seen so many people waiting without anyone even saying. I will be with you in a moment. Sure helps to be acknowledged that they see you are waiting. But then again nobody is about the customer anymore.

Car in and out on scheduled time My mechanic was very pleasant

I needed a new Battery for our car so we thought Walmart because it was the closest place to us. I was checked in and told to hangout in the store we will call your name when it is ready. Over an hour later I came back to find my car had not been touched yet. O.k. I am 70 years old and it is not so easy to be on my feet that long. Finally after bringing this to their attention they had someone work on it. Almost two hours later we were back on the road. With as many people as there was working in this shop I could see no reason for the delay. Take your chairs and lunch, you will need it.

Walmart needs and experienced tire guy. Cant believe they took 3 guys to try and change one tire and couldnt do it.

Great staff and fast service

Had to wait nearly 40 minutes before anyone was available to check the car in. There was one other vehicle in the shop. Automotive parking lot was virtually empty. One guy was in the shop a couple of others were outside smoking and chitchatting. Once they took the car in for service, we did our shopping and meandered around the store killing time. I finally told my daughter surely the car has to be ready by now. We went back to automotive and no one was around so I walked outside and my car was parked a short distance from the door. I tried the door handle and to my surprise it opened and an even bigger surprise the keys were in the ignition. Imagine that! No one around outside either!I went back inside, keys in hand when a man finally appeared and asked if we needed help and we said we needed to pick up the car. We paid the bill and I very nicely let them chase their tails for about 15 minutes trying to find the car keys and figure out how it got locked. I guess they dont lock your vehicle when they park it even though they have signs up stating they arent responsible for theft, vehicle damage, etc. I finally took pity on my daughter who was about to have a melt down and asked what the issue was. One of them said we seem to have locked your car and misplaced your keys. I innocently pulled the keys out of my pocket and said oh these???? I found them in the ignition of my unlocked car in your parking lot and I couldnt lock the car with the keys in it. I dont see us taking any of our vehicles back there again.

These folks are hard workers are very good with the customers. They installed 7 tires for me on my trailer. Hard work. However they need to learn what the colored dots on the sidewall mean. I had to leave a tag on each wheel so they would Aline the light spot with the valve stem

Once again, this morning while visiting the auto/tire center, associates were thoughtfull and considerate addressing my concerns even though I arrived with paperwork from the wrong vehicle. Holy hot damn the world is getting better! My long unanswered prayers to the unseen yet felt CREATOR OF AHHHHLLL are finally being answered! Rejoice! 5*

Very poor service. The first time I called, they didnt answer the phone. The second time I called, they put me on hold without answering. The calls were made between 7:10am and 7:20am.

Decent prices

Auto department need more employees. I went to the auto part to get service. Need 4 tires for my car and 2 tires for my son car. The mechanic there saw me. And just ignored me. I was there since 5:20pm and left there by 8pm. Bad service!

2 hours for a simple tire rotation. Wasn’t even that busy. Tried calling on the phone beforehand and the line doesn’t work

I Bought a set of tires and they fixed me up in about 1 hour and even gave me a great deal for disposal of my old tires.

Great place to spend the night I in an RV

A good retail department for automotive things but the service department is hit and miss... sometimes you get prompt, quality service but just as often youll get terrible service and indifference from obviously untrained and unsupervised staff. Not Walmarts focus and it shows.

Do Not Go Here! The s-l-o-w-e-s-t moving workers Ive ever seen! Three cars ahead of me, a man tells me 1 1/2 hours. Bad? Yes! Worse- 30 minutes later when it got down to one car ahead another man tells me 2-1/2 hrs! I said What the---?? How is that possible? I dont know.. Ok, so wheres the manager? So I go inside talk to the manager while he looked at me with glazed over eyes and his mouth hanging open, I would have gotten a more intelligent response if I had talked to a tire. He didnt seem to understand or even try to answer my question. So, seeing Im not getting anywhere with even the manager, I leave and go to Pioneer Express Lube on Fortuna and it was done in 12 minutes! Close to the same price as Wal-Mart but comes with a free car wash worth $7! Only thing I didnt like there is that they try to sell you extras. But the service was good and fast. But DO NOT patronize this Wal-Mart Auto Center until they get better employees and management! Worst lube place Ive ever been two in the 50 states and the 8 countries Ive lived in! As for the Wal-Mart store itself, the workers are very friendly and helpful and its a very nice place to shop. I have reviewed it separately from the Auto Center.

They generally do a good job. They get butt hurt if you come to late in the afternoon for anything that might make them stay late, which I can understand, but we all have issues.

I took my car for an oil change and after my car being there for 5 hours we found out they didnt even touch my car. They didnt call to let us know that they couldnt work on my car. Bad service

On this particular day they were very helpful. Usually they are understaffed undermanned and take quite a while to get something done

Had the oil changed in my diesel truck after I got home Found Out Boy wasnt on a dipstick took it back to him they said its my fault they filled it it was 3 quarts low out of 8 quarts

The staff were efficient with my problem looked after complently, my only question was after it was determined that the flat tire was not able to be repaired and was replaced by a new tire why was I charged for a new hazard fee when the original tire was covered by 100 percent road hazard fee.

Waited 2 hours to get an oil change kept asking on the progress of my vehicle and I was answered with a ”almost done” every single time . And I called prior to showing up and nobody picked up .

Waited 30 min before anyone asked if I needed help, a worker just looked at me threw his soda in the trash and walked inside!😡 I will drive to Pacific way better service!
