Erin told me it would be done same day and he stayed late to make sure it was finished. They did a great job. He does what he says he is going to do for you and then makes sure to do his very best to make it happen.

Yuma Marine was awesome. My dad and I called from Mexico because we couldn’t find an impeller locally. Aaron told us he had the impeller and housing available. When we arrived, he quickly explained to us that we not only had to change out the impeller/housing but that we needed to flush out the bad impeller that had broken up into little pieces and made their way into the hose that cools the engine, inevitably saving us more time and money. Thanks Yuma Marine!

Showed up at 0800, Erin did not show up till 0830. He said the hours on his sign were wrong and he doesnt come to work till 0830 and his staff doesnt show till 0900. Asked Erin if he would take my jet ski back in March, he said yes but was behind a few weeks. He also stated he will not work on anything until he gave me a quote. That was a Monday and I made an appointment for him to look at it that Wednesday. He recommended using SandBar Storage next door and to give him my code. He did not look at it until 2 weeks later when I called him about it. Weeks went on calling and leaving him voicemails. When he did answer he would tell me that he hasnt gotten a chance to look at it yet or was too tired to do so. A month later, he said he looked at it and it was in his bay for maintenance. Over 2.5 months passed with him telling me what he found or fixed, only when I called him of course. I asked him for a quote and he said he didnt know yet. The most recent call we had, he told me he was working on problems that he had already told me he fixed weeks earlier. Getting suspicious, I went to my storage unit and noticed that it had never been touched/moved. I removed my jet ski and took my business elsewhere. He still has yet to notice or even call me about it. Save your time and go somewhere else. He seems like a nice human being but he is a liar. It seems like he needs more staff. More of a junkyard feel rather than a business. 1 star rating because I cant give him none.

The owner is THE BEST! KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERIENCED KIND & EVER SO PATIENT! even when you leave him shaking his head in disbelief as you walk out the door. REALLY DIG HIS OFFICE CAT!GOOD JOB ERIN!

Gate was open no one answering phone went inside to office immediately got ran out of place by a man who said OUT your not allowed in here get out wait by gate so rude no customer service left and will not be back apparently he has enough customers and doesnt need new business.

Yuma marine deserves 5 stars.,I have taken my boat on multiple occasions and am very happy with the result. I had to return for warranty work and they got it in and out on the same day for me. The staff has been a pleasure to work with. They recognize me and know my name. Aaron the owner always has time to talk to me. No business can please all of the people all of the time but from my time in the shop I have noticed happy customers. Give them a chance. I do not write reviews often but it is not right that I Google them to get their number and see such a low rating. I am very particular about my boat and they have taken care of it and fixed my issues quickly. I have had a great experience with them and will be using them for my future boat repairs.Alex

This is by far your go to place for anything for your boat and then some! I have been using Yuma Marine since 2007 locally as well as all over the states when Im not around, customer service and help this business provides is way beyond anything youd would expect from any company.I can call anytime and they are their to help me out with any issue. Ihave read some negative reviews on this shop that I cant fathom, the only thing I can say is maybe some people are hard to please and cant please them all! There is no reason this shop should have anything less then 5 STARS!Thank you too the staff at Yuma Marine for your professionalism, knowledge base, and awsome customer service as well as care, you guys are awesome! By far the best marine shop in town. I had a blown motor and Erin was able to save me a bunch of money with his knowledge and parts on hand. I have had other issues and he has fixed them at no charge and been able to keep me on the water. Aaron and Ramsey and their crew went over and above in customer service. Did a great job on our boat and went out of their way to take care of us.

When I got my first boat 2 years was sluggish and I needed a tune up. I called on a Monday. Erin saw me on Tue and my boat was running great on Friday.Since then I learned a lot while having fun on the lake. Many times those lessons landed me back at Yuma Marine needing repairs.Erin has always been there to get me out of a crunch. He has shown genuine interest in my family learning the tricks of boating and making sure my boat got fixed right every time I broke it.

Great service, nice people and good prices. Highly recommended. Only boat shop I will use.

I took my boat (19 Maxum with 150 Mercoutboard) in for a running poorly problem. They diagnosed it as a carburetor problem, gave me a reasonable estimate and fixed it for what they quoted. They found a couple of other issues and made recommendations that I took. They are very flexible for drop off and storage, an issue since I live in Escondido, 200 miles away. I have had nothing but the best experience possible with Aaron and the others at Yuma marine and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Worst business I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had boats worked on by private fly by night guys out of there garage, I’ve had my boats worked on by big names boat shops In Lake Havasu Az. This is far the worst customer service or marine knowledge I’ve experienced. They lied, took forever to do a lil job, did it wrong until I the customer pointed out what was wrong. They over charged 105$ an hr for labor is understandable but not when the mechanics have no idea what’s going on. Never again and I highly do not recommend this place. One more thing the owner just stands around barking orders at these kids.

The staff was super friendly, informed, and helpful. They have new boats as well as a few consignment boats for sale.

I brought Yuma Marine a small boat project, asked if he could do it in the next 4 months. Once or twice a week I tried to make contact- it was nearly impossible to do so. Near the end of the 4 months, I was told different stages of progress & parts ordering. At the end of our time period I just came to pick up the pieces. On that day when I arrived I learned that my project had just been disassembled & in speaking to that employee that is what his instructions were. It turned out that in all the phone calls, all the contacting, Aaron was lying about the job. I did receive a quote, which I had agreed to, he had assured me that it would be done.I am totally confused as to what went on. I would rate this business bottom of the barrel.

Agree with everyones reviews about bad service, expensive, work not done, arrogant, take your boat somewhere else. im in the market for a new boat now and i have to factor in that theres no reliable support or service here in yuma. Ill go to san diego or phx or ...anywhere but there.

Had a problem with my boat and went by on a Sunday which I knew hey were going to be closed but lucky me the guy was in there doing some work and help me out thank God LOL
