Highly recommend this bike shop. I stopped in this week with a problem I didn’t know how to fix.They fixed it within minutes, gave me much needed advice, and only charged me a few dollars.

Went to Sonoran Cycles today to get my bike adjusted to my height and Matt was a huge help! He really took the time to make sure my bike was a comfortable fit and addressed any concerns. Their customer service has set the bar and I will be back for any bicycle needs!!

As a travelling bike nerd, Im always on the look out for new local bike shops. And, Sonoran Cycles is truly a gem in the desert! They are definitely a top shelf shop, with a large selection high end bikes and components. But, dont let that scare you away; the gang that runs the place are great. Theyre super helpful, full of local knowledge and easy to talk to. So, if youre looking for a patch kit or tube or, a new Niner or Surly check them out. You wont be disappointed.

I originally took my bike to a local competitor to get it fitted to my size because the frame was technically too big for me. The competitor assessed the bike, stated that the chain was shot and that the bike was simply too big, wouldn’t work and that I would need to buy a new bike.Fast forward a week later and the guys at Senoran were able to chop my seat stem, swap the handlebar stem and it fits great! Riding comfortably. Furthermore, they said my chain was actually fine!Would recommend

My experience couldnt have been better! I came for new and different tires. Matt listened to my reason (better grip in sand) and took a lot of time to show and tell me about the options. I was so impressed that I asked him to do a general check of the bike as well. In the end I had a new shifter system as well as tires and I am so happy. The shifting is so much smoother.Another plus is that a coffee house with fresh baked scones, muffins, etc is next door.I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Recreational Rider: Ive been to all three bike shops in Yuma. Sonora Bikes is by far the most honest and helpful staff of all three. I was going to be charged parts (about 90$ + labor(told200$) ~300$ at a Mr. Bs. Sonora Bike did it for about a third of the price. I came to them bc they were the only shop in town with available components. Other shops didnt have them available...also Sonora had the bike ready the following day. (Mr Bs had a 1-2 week period) From now on recommending Sonora Bikes to EVERYONE. Thank you Sonora Bikes staff.I wouldnt be so harsh on Mr Bs. (Javier is AWESOME) but another employee recommended ordering a new bike part for an issue i had with the bike...he didnt even looking at the bike. Big discrepancy in customer service and fees.And the 3rd bike shop, cant even tell you the name, just poor poor customer service.

These people that run the bike shop are so friendly and knowledgeable. I am a first-time mountain biker and I went in to have a simple tube change and left with so much insight about my bike. Matt spent extra time helping me and answering a lot of my questions. When I walk into Sonoran cycles and chat with the owner and the tech, it always had a community family feel in there! It’s a very humble atomphere. I will definatly recommend this shop. I told two co workers about Sonora cycles and they went down there and both bought bikes and they thought and felt the same way I did about this bike shop. Awesome place!

Many people consider this as the best bike shop in Yuma, and that is saying something. Never get talked down to. Always get questions answered politely and fully. Oddly enough, they have to find larger quarters. Love this store.

We called around several places while we were visiting Yuma to get a beach cruiser and a BMX bicycle tube repair Des. one place just had an answering machine and never even said the business name another said they were closed yet this one was open. We stopped in at a competitors bicycle shop as we pass it to get a price for the two tires and it was astronomical. I was able to get two bike tires tubes installed for only $20. The owner who was the technician was very friendly knowledgeable and had my tires ready within an hour. If you come to Yuma and you need a bike repair this is the place to go. side note if you look at the only one star review for this bike store its by a woman named Anna Thompson. when I was looking at other bike stores in the area I noticed she had one star reviews for other ones also. I dont believe theres much Credence in her reviews it sounds like shes trying to make these bike stores look bad and not pick on the other one

Service at Sonora Cycles is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and committed to the customer. I brought my bike in for service as I noticed noise emmitting from the bottom bracket. I was worried my bike would be out of service for some time but before I knew it, I was notified my bike was back in service and ready to be picked up. Thanks a ton Shaun and Matt for tending to our needs.

Went in with a general idea of what kind of road bike I wanted, And not only got something Ill have a lot of fun with, but also below what I wanted to spend. Just a fantastic shop.

Visited this shop, then called about a bike rack. The visit was brief, but he didnt seem helpful. Then when I called asking about rear racks, he didnt have a clue what I was talking about. He actually laughed at me when I didnt know a term he was using, but that was because he thought I wanted a trailer. Trailer, rack - yeah, I can see where the confusion comes in. Hey, dude. Ive done more on a bike than u ever have or will. When you treat potential customers like idiots, they dont become your customers. Females- stay away from this one.
