Ordered parts took them 3 hours to get back to me, ordered from there competer

Visited there twice to get an estimate for a hood graphic. 1st visit to leave design, 2nd visit 3 weeks later to find out why I had not recieved est from the 1st visit. Told me nothing had been done on it yet but I would get the est within two weeks. Now two week past that 2 weeks I still have not heard anything.

It would be so nice if anyone there would ever answer the phone or return a call. Impossible to speak with anyone. Guess they dont want my business, too bad because I would have given them more than the simple job I requested.
