Went in for the 35k service on my truck. The service tech rotated my tires but didnt rotate the sensors, so now my air pressure display shows my back tires and front tires reversed. I only go there when Im in the area which I will try not to make a habit of apparently. Staff was nice and the appointment was fine overall, but what a pain...

I love their service department, always kind, personable, and informative. I know when I pull away from a service, my car was in great hands.One star off for the bathroom door design. I dont know who came up with that idea, but you can see what someone is doing in the stall even though the glass is frosted. It doesnt feel private at all.

Came in for a 5k and Frank was my Service Advisor. He listened to my concerns and performed the service along with feedback on other services I needed or was going to be needed in the future. Frank was wonderful, he kept me updated with status and ETA. I will be back next month for new tires and will remain a happy customer due to the level of care and support Frank provided me!

I’ve been taking my truck for service to this place ever since I’ve moved here two years ago. I will never return after yesterday’s incident. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I arrived, I was told the service rep who I made the appointment is not working so I had to see someone else. The truck got its oil changed and washed. They put in conventional oil instead of synthetic. They didn’t bother to see my truck has been transitioned to synthetic two services ago due to high mileage. I will not bring my truck here for oil ever again.

I had an issue with avery loud rattling sound from an unknown source. They had my car for 2 1/2 days with multiple people trying to find the cause. It came down to splash guards being PART of the problem. They were unable to totally element the noise. Because of this I was not charged for the the time spent trying to locate and correct my problem. All I paid for was an oil change. They went above and beyond with their customer service. I would recommend this dealership to everyone
