I stopped in to take a look around. I liked the two styles of motorbikes I saw in the size I was looking for. They didnt seem to have much stock in the Quad department but that could be an issue with getting products due to shipping issues and covid, etc. I just dont know. The sales crew was very friendly and helpful.I especially liked the Honda Monkey, which I guess originally came out in the 1960s and now theyve brought it back with a different look.

Carolina hooked it up.. I got quotes for a SXS in Los Angeles and from Ride Now in Chandler, Liberty beat them all.. I filled out the online quote and she called to see my offers and what exactly I wanted and beat them all.. I waited a month to pull the trigger and still honored the quote.. Stephanie in finance was awesome too, she made the purchase smooth and painless.. My Polaris Heros discount was expired and they were still able to honor it with no issue.. Definitely will purchase next SXS from them..

I would give the entire process a very high rating. I am pleased with the quality and the value at Liberty Motor Sports. Service was excellent. I hope my new Polaris performs as well as Liberty Motor Sports did. Just in case, for peace of mind, I purchased the extended warranty. 😀

Worst Service Department Ever. I suppose this place stays in business because of the limited choice in Yuma but it really is a shame that they treat customers so poorly. The service dept employee was completely nonchalant and nearly rude every time I called. The first time I called I was treated as if I was a bother and the next time I was told I would be called for a pickup of my Can Am and it took over a month. When I finally received an call and was given a day for pickup it was a no show! Unbelievable. After calling and nicely speaking to the service dpt employee with the same I could not care less attitude I was told I would be called the next day by the guy who was supposed to come out and again I received nothing. I would advise anyone to go further afield to get your Can Am and dont plan on getting any decent service from Liberty.

Bought new 1000 razor, got delivered with no owners manual, no belt kit and missing floor plugs. Started to ride the day of delivery and had grinding noise in front. They picked it up a couple days later and I called to get status but had no call back until I wrote this review.. Very disappointed. Paying for a razor I can’t use. They were happy to push us to make sure we do a review after the sale. Update: They got back me finally. They are going to return the Razor to me. They said yes it doesnt sound right but you have a warranty so run it.They were to busy to get to really service it and get it back to me before the holiday ride we have planned. Not the plan I was looking for but that is their plan. I hope I dont break down on the trail. This is the nature of owning UTVs. Sure they break down but dont expect an unresolved issue coming off the floor new. Other than this Liberty has been good.

Professional dealers, offer the lowest possible price for a used bike, try to find fault with tires or something else.

Bought a brand new ssr pit bike at liberty because usually when you buy from a dealership they hook you up with whatever you need after but as soon as your 30 day parts warranty is up they wont even tighten a chain for you. liberty motorsports is a terrible customer service dealership. Think about this if you are wanting to buy a new machine it would be worth it to go to a legit dealership even if they are farther out

Got XP4-1000 back after nearly weeks, same problem, rear skid plate had oil, and the clutch cover never put back on, called to have picked back up and told I need to be placed back inline.... So if you dont get it right you start back at the end of the line. I gave one start so I could submit this!

I actually thought about going to San Diego or Phoenix, but I went to Liberty Motorsports on Sunday to check out what they had in inventory. I was quite surprised with the amount of equipment they had on site. I returned Tuesday to look at some of the options. The salesperson, Brandon, that assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained various options and units. Once I decided to purchase, the process was quick and painless and everyone was pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend going there if you plan on purchasing any ATV/UTV, etc.

Took our Can Am in for its 250 miles maintenance. Told them that there was a knock sound in the front.Meanwhile husband has googled more information about his CAN AM. Joined a Can Am Forum, knows exactly what the knock is as it is a common issue with this model.After them having for over a week, had to call them to check in on it, was told its in line to be washed. Okay call me when its done.Next day dont hear from them. Call them again told in line to be washed.3rd day just showed up and its done? Pay and leave.Get home, read through completed work order, nothing wrong found.Husband walks right to the part shown through forum and sure enough that part is still loose. He fixed it himself.As a Motorsports service center, kinda surprised that the mechanics dont keep up on these forums.
