Nice new store. Need to learn where things are now!

Glad I could find exactly what I was looking for.

#1 arts and crafts store, in my perspective. Everything is well laid out, easy to find. Always have great deals, even more if you download their app. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

Very large facility. Server needed roller skates was working tables far apart. Food was usual Angry Crab good. Too many young children running freely throughout the restaurant.

I enjoy getting my yarn, clay to make my Afghans and Santas

Great sales associates that give good advice on all projects as well as explain all options of their services. Then take in account great sales and deals on decorations and picture frames. Great store love it.

Loved the new location it has more variety

Location is very convenient. I was able to find a few after Christmas markdowns, but Items seemed expensive, even at 60 percent off clearance. There was only one cashier working so it took a little bit to check out. But looking for crafts, they have a good assortment.

Did not have a lot of cross stitch items.

Tons and tons of sales and sign up for emails where you get great discounts. Wouldve paid almost $90 but with sales and coupons I spent $35.. And in the mall now! Awesome location! Wouldve paid $41 full price, got this for 18.86

Today was my first time going to Michaels new location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love Michaels and I look forward to my next visit. I gotta buy some more G2 pens. 😁

Every single time I go in to buy vinyl they are out of stock on items. I asked an associate in the store and they said that they order more stock as soon as the very last item is scanned. I explained to them that they should never run out of stock and that is not the correct way to do orders. It really seemed as if she did not care. The unfortunate thing is that here in Yuma we only have two places to buy vinyl (Micheals and Hobby Lobby). The Yuma Micheals needs to get on top of your ordering process because this is piss poor service. You should never run out of stock on any popular items in your store period.

They may have everything you need for crafting, but the customer service here is lousy as can possibly be. Still, if you need something crafty you can’t find anywhere else, this place probably has it.

I like the style since they moved to a different location. Not as big as the old one, but definitely upgraded. The recent checkout area upgrades look and feel very customer friendly.

Didnt have what I needed.....you have a very small selection of sewing items.....so I went to Hobby Lobby.No problem as Hobby Lobby is just down the street.

All the things a craft store should be but expensive. Glass etching liquid was $32 for a 5.6 ounce. Another craft store nearby by had same name brand priced at $22 for ten ounce. Guess which one I chose?
