Pretty disappointed in this location every time I have visited. The shelves are always in disarray or empty. Boxes of merchandise are always out in the floors or thrown into piles in a corner of a display rack. Today, ALMOST ALL of the Halloween decorations were either off of the shelves is in the piles of sealed boxes as mentioned. The lines are always incredibly long with only 1 cashier working and at least 1 person sitting in the office, sometimes more. The only reason I am giving 1 star instead of 2 is because the cashiers are at least polite when there is chaos ensuing. The most often excuse given is that staffing is a problem. However, I know of 2 other locations that have the same staffing issues, and they at least keep the shelves and floors tidy. Hopefully they can step up their game.

It was horrible! Un-stocked, filthy, and the bathroom is horrendous! I love my Dollar Tree in my town 15 minutes away. It is clean always, stocked always and the bathroom is cleaned and stocked. I do not get how one store in my town of Mustang Oklahoma is a model store and the one in Yukon Oklahoma is just shameful and nasty. I would gladly take pictures to show you the world of different in 2 stores 7 miles apart. It is absolutely a management problem you should look into. I will give you my phone number upon an email from you if you need anything more from me as a consumer. I was embarrassed for your company and if you had seen what I saw you would be embarrassed too.

Its ok for the most part. They have a problem with low staff so theres constantly empty shelves. If dollar tree paid their employees more than this wouldnt be an issue

But they need to keep an eye on the cashier...she was texting on the phone while ringing up my order...she gave me too much change back... she is lucky I was honest enough to give it back to her... not everyone would have... hope her draw isnt too short today!

I shop here often for greeting cards, gift bags and such. I went today and was totally shocked at the appearance of the store, nothing was restocked. Nothing was picked up off the floor. Ive lived in Oklahoma all of my life, and have lived through many tornadoes. On a tornado scale, this store was struck by an F4 tornado.I have never in my life have shopped in a messy store like this. The man at the register was the only one working, There were 2 young employees ( one male and one female) there laughing and cutting up, then disappeared into the office together, not coming back out to help the gentleman at the register.I hope someone from corporate makes a surprise drop in visit to see this mess. I was there at 1:30 p.m. on a Monday.I would hope that shoppers would be more courteous and pick up anything they drop, but this was horrible.I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree, just hope it gets cleaned up and organized soon.

Have not got to go in. Months. Finally. Someone paid for my groceries at a grocery store so I had the money to get things I have needed love dollar tree

Talked to some of the employees there and apparently theyre so understaffed, one person stocks each day and its impossible to finish. These 5 stars are for yall. Please give yourself time to breathe at the end of the day. Im sorry your management is absolutely garbage.

There was trash everywhere and they were out of a lot of items. When we checked out the checker said nothing to us, was rude, dropped one of our items, pointed at it and put his hands on his hips acting like it was our fault before he picked it up. He was extremely rude and hateful. Do not recommend going here since they have poor customer service.

Just made a purchase and cashier couldnt print a receipt. transaction closed out after i paid and she and the supervisor said they couldnt print a receipt. I need the supplies but now wont be able to get reimbursement. Not happy with their service

GROSS!! Ceiling tiles falling down, merchandise strewn all over the place. Seriously looked like the place had been ransacked the night before. They were out of helium for balloons, the only thing I went in for; meanwhile, there were 50+ floating on the ceiling - most without ribbons attached. I did purchase a few items, only to have them placed in a huge trash bag because they were out of shopping bags!? Not to mention the over-sharing cashier who Id venture to guess was high on something. The whole experience was disgusting and Ill never go back.

I always enjoy shopping here with my family esp my kids. Not just becz if the affordable pricing, the location, the friendly staff but also the product they carry. They will always have my business no matter what.

This location is a lot cleaner than other locations, most things are really great for the price although a few things you would be best to pay the quarter extra to get a full size. For sure a great place to buy things youd like to sample before paying a lot. My fave things to get are organization things for a dollar of it breaks, doesnt work, or wont fit your not mad and can give it away or throw it away without feeling guilty.

Store shelves were cluttered, messy and looked fairly disorganized. Also appeared they were out of stock on quite a few items that we were needing. Not sure if well return for future purchases.

Those poor staff people need help!! Not enough staff for the volume of business and they do not deserve how rudely they are treated by people who have to wait in line a long time. They are doing the best that they can. They need more staff!!

A well stocked dollar tree. Its cheap and has your basics. There is usually only 1 checkout open but thats typical for a Dollar store.

I love this place. They have charcoal soap, chapstick & hand lotion for cheap. I go quite often. Their kitchen accessories are insane!!

I love it here. Everything is literally $1. I get my day & night cream here, my charcoal face wash & toothpaste, light bulbs, batteries, etc...their kitchen section is also amazing.

Im here on a tuesday at 7pm and the door are locked with all the lights on. wasted my gas and got my baby out of the car and into the cold just for no employees to be seen.

Kind of clean and items are unorganized. Bathrooms were out of order. The staff was very friendly though.

This is my go to place for small last minute party items, gift cards, holiday/seasonal decor, balloons, toiletries, cleaning supplies, toys, gift wrapping bags bows tape tissue. They do offer light snacks and a few pantry items and some freezer items. Easy to get in and out most of the time. The best part everything is a dollar unless otherwise marked. So very inexpensive especially if you are on a tight budget. This location is organized and well stocked most of the time. They recently took carpeting out and put vinyl floor tiles in. They do offer shopping carts and or hand baskets to carry all you can. The staff is pretty nice and helpful. Occasionally they are overwhelmed and seemed a little stressed but they are generally very kind. Be kind to them.... Pay them a compliment... It will go a long way.

I’m actually surprised at how many good reviews this store has. It’s always very busy, messy, shelves look like they’ve been ransacked, stuff blocks the aisles, long lines and I always expect the item(s) I need to be out of stock. The staff is always friendly but that’s really the only positive thing I can say. If you want to see a neat, clean, organized and well stocked store, then I highly recommend the Mustang Dollar Tree.

Staff is really pleasant. Biggest plus is that it caries frozen items.. The store needs to be better stocked but I am sure it is because of the profit margins. You cant sell everything for $1 and have the store neat at all times. Now a days maybe it needs to raise to $@ to have a neater store. Still cleaner than the Dollar Generals around here

Lady name Vicky was very rude! No hi, thank you, or have a nice day! I really don’t care for any type of communication. Every dollar tree I’ve been too, always have been really nice to me! It shocks me that people have hatred in themselves. I will continue to bless and pray for them!I went in line in back of another lady which was very chatty with the cashier. normally in hawaii People would want to be nice and put down the divider. since I wanted to put my items down I attempted to grab the divider and the cashier with a dark soul in her eyes looked at me and push the divider were it was unreachable! In my mind, omg I have to deal with people like that, such a shame..shameful..really shameful!! I mean I waited for the lady in front of me to move to the paying area and her item was already down before I place my stuff down.That’s what it is for to separate your stuff with others, I successful got it and put down the divider.What’s weird is that she was still ringing up the person in front of me items, she looks at me and removes it! Wow really! Shameful! So I grab it and put it down behind my items, so the other person can put her items down. I was trying to stay calm, but boy I was so shock!When she started scanning my items, straight rude attitude! I was quite surprised! I felt kind of sorry.I’m from Hawaii, where we have aloha! But I’m a bit sad I had to experience this! Felt like I experienced some racist event. Sad, I was with my kiddos and I hate for them to see people’s hatred and negativity!I really don’t understand why she treated me like that, maybe because I am Asian or is it that my skin was dark? Who knows? Went to the store in Yukon Okla. Had to select on the reader if I wantd a receipt or not. Guess the cashiers cant ask anymore and the one that took my money had the worst personality I have seen in a long time. All she knew how to do was point. I heard her talk before I got there. Oh well.

This is a great place to pick up little things like gifts for gift bags or small household items such as cleaners. Nothing is over one dollar. The cleanliness could be improved and sometimes they have more customers than associates to check out, but all in all, its an easy trip that I usually enjoy.

I rushed to the Yukon Dollar Tree, arriving at 8:51p.m.. Relying on them to be open until 9:00. All outside lights were off, no one in the store to be seen. Closed, right? Well, after texting a friend to see how late they were open. As l started my disappointed drive back home, someone moved in front of the store. I circled back to see two ladies. Both employees l assumed. (9:57 by my phone) I said, what time do you close? To which they both replied were closed now. Why are all your outside lights off?One of them said I dont know. To which l replied I drove all the way here and it looked closed, so l decided to text a friend about how late Dollar Tree was open when the pair said SORRY!Wasnt very service minded in my opinion.

Good variety of products for the price. Very few employees in the store and the store is usually clean but was dirty today. Lots of boxes and metal box transport carts parked in the aisles blocking customer traffic.

My reply regards the Dollar Tree in Yukon, Ok. They have treated me very good. Looked for my order. Brought it to the cashier, because I am handicapped they carried it to my car and put it in my car. I go there quite a bit for your wonderful cards and bags and other items, they are courteous and always help me. Thanks Dollar Tree

I love how awesome Dollar Tree has become over the years. The only issue I saw was that they had big sections that were empty. It just so happened that what I went in for was out of stock every time.

This place is amazing. I shop here at least twice a week. Their prices are great and their staff is friendly and helpful.

Love Dollar tree, but never just spend a dollar. There are always so many cute items I just cant pass up, and their $1 gift bags are so pretty and cute I just have to pick up several in case an unexpected occasion pops up.

Amazing what you can find. Many things you might not even know you needed. Went for a battery came home with a battery, Sunday newspaper, eyeliner, and hard to find Butter Rum lifesavers.

I usually go by there and grab a bottle of water and sometimes a couple of other things always find something interesting. And usually something I need and lots of time something I dont need. Lol!!!

Terrible this. Place has gone down hill in the past few weeks. Shelves empty,store dirty,constantly getting told we dont have it when they wont look in the back and you can see hundreds of boxes of stuff in store room. The only useful manager in this store for the past year was Eric. When I asked if I could speak with him I was told he no longer worked there in a hateful and rude tone by some woman named Beth who claimed to be the manager. If this is how you run your stores i will shop elsewhere.

Cheap! Great to run and grab something quick. Dont buy the cheese though. It wouldnt melt like real cheese and tasted like plastic.

Everythings $1 which is awesome. Store can be very cluttered sometimes and is usually messy with lots of stains all over the carpet. Sometimes you have to dig around to find what you need.
