The pharmacy staff seemed like they were unhappy with their lives. I just moved to Yukon and every time I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy staff gives me such a hard time. I really dont know why. They sigh loudly and are so close to just throwing your prescriptions at you. Its uncomfortable to say the least. You can tell they are struggling. Their posture, the way they talk to you, lie to you to get you off the phone, make you wait twice as long to fill your prescription. Its been weird. This place is different.

By far the worst managed pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been going here for 8 years and in the past 2 years I have had my insurance double billed, prescriptions back ordered last minute due to out of stock causing me to wait weeks for a refill and prescriptions completely screwed up. If you want to send in a prescription at 9 Am and then go for pickup at 6 PM only to be told it isn’t ready yet because they are “short handed” consistently then this place is for you. Whoever decides management and assignment placing should really take a note from chic fil a or something because they have ONE person working their drive through during the busiest hours. I’m surprised they still keep business I will be switching to a different pharmacy seeing how medications are important and possibly life sustaining and these people seem to think not doing their job is ok and then to be completely rude. If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could give less I would. Absolutely the worst pharmacy in yukon. Cant even answer the phone and hang up while on hold. Horrible customer service. Obviously the manager couldnt organize a back yard bbq. What has this world gone to. Fire them all and start over.

I was on the phone waiting for almost half an hour and as soon as it was my turn they hung up on me, I heard the click on the the other end. When I called back I had the same amount of people ahead of me waiting that I did when I first called them.

Nastiest pharmacy staff in the area. Been on a med for 6 years that is for the rest of my life. They screwed up on ordering my meds and I’ve had to hound them to get it. They have the audacity to get angry that I want my medication. If my insurance didn’t require them I would go someplace else. Terrible store and terrible pharmacist

Dont bother paying ahead of time with the express pay feature. I stood for ten minutes in front of the express counter. The cashiers let two people without express passes cut infront of me. Sad.

The pharmacist Named Shonda over at the Yukon pharmacy was the worst pharmacist ive ever dealt with. I asked her the name of the manufacturer of my blood pressure and she replied verbatim “I already told you, do you want me to spell it out for you” and began to sigh then chuckle. I mean, is answering my question that difficult. The worst attitude and its a shame to have people on the front lines of your company dealing with the public in this manner. Ill drive 10 minutes out if the way to the other pharmacy from now on. She should not be dealing with customers if she is going to act like a child.

If I could leave zero stars for a review I would. This store needs an overhaul on their management staff. Tracy is rude, and her lack of compassion is utterly appalling. I walked in earlier this evening to purchase some cough syrup for my husband who is extremely sick, and upon arriving to the cashier, she had to call a manager to the front to deal with my transaction. My state issued drivers license is expired by less than a month (and due to covid, I cannot get it renewed until Feb), so the manager Tracy was called to the front. She was cold and rude about my id (I understand it is protocol), but I had no issues buying dayquil at this SAME LOCATION yesterday. I wouldve understood if she had just been nice about it. There were other customers behind me that were upset about her tone and even offered to pay for my transaction. She absolutely refused. I left. I returned less than ten minutes later with my husband so he could purchase his cough syrup, and SHE FLAT OUT REFUSED TO SELL IT TO HIM the minute we walked through the door. I am a 30 year old male, and my husband is 36, we do not appreciate being talked to like children. Tracy is an absolute disgrace to the image if your store, and should probably receive some type of sensitivity training, or further her management training. Because her hospitality skills are very poor. We are extremely upset about her lack of compassion and how she handled the situation. Will never return.

Wait time is horrible. I’ve waited 30-40 minutes in the pharmacy, 5-10 minutes at the photo counter and 10-15 minutes just to check out. They’re always short staffed and it’s definitely apparent that customers don’t come first. Only giving 2 stars for the 1 lady who is always super nice and accommodating when she is there and working.

Pharmacy is horrible. The wait times and they can never find our prescriptions in timely or correct manner. Also have to repeat yourself several times answering their questions because they just dont listen too you. Hope other peoples experiences arent as bad as ours have continually been.

Saw at least 3 people stuck in the parking lot during this ice storm, why would they not salt or scrap the snow up? For as many elder people who go to get prescription and the employees leaving at night, that’s troublesome. Every place around closed and open is taking precautions

Every single time I call in a prescription it is never ready on time but today takes the cake. I talked to a person on the phone to get it refilled at 3:00. They said it wouldnt be ready until 4:00/4:30 and I said thats fine, Ill be there at 4:30. I got there at 4:35 only to be told youd didnt call it in until 4 minutes ago, you are going to have to wait at least 30/45 mins. When I got upset and said I could show her my phone where I called it in at 3:00 I was told that isnt possible, because her computer shows something else. So now Im waiting yet again in the horrendous drive through line to maybe get my prescription, maybe wait another hour because God only knows if theyve decided to fill it this time.

They have great service you can find any thing you need. If needed help in the pharmacy just ask for Lisas she is very helpful and she is always smiling and happy with makes you feel better about yourself I give her and the Walgreens crew a high 10 you cant go wrong here

I have always used Walgreens regardless of where I am residing and I especially have always appreciated the Walgreens on Garth Brooks for their professionalism and their friendliness. People that are complaining about long wait times or rude techs, we all know theres two sides to each story of course. And when were waiting for meds that are supposed to make us feel better, we can be a bit irritable even though we may not realize were being that way. I would much rather take the time and wait and get my CORRECT prescription verses fast service and the wrong medication in my bottle. People need to step back and prioritize. These people are doing a good job and they are doing a big volume. Why are they doing a big volume? Because they are a good pharmacy. The fact that theyre open 24 hours a day is why I get my prescriptions filled there even though I live in the city. These people are always concerned about me getting my medications on time or if I havent been by to get them on time because they bother to learn whom their customers are and that they are getting the medications they need on time. This particular pharmacy has to deal with two of my doctors offices in Dallas. Although we are all capable of mistakes, there are often many breakdowns in communication when everything is done through fax or email on prescriptions that may not have been correct from the doctors office or maybe need a refill to be called in.So maybe the ones that are so impatient should go somewhere else and see what happens. If your service is very fast, most likely they dont have a big customer base, and theres a good reason for that. If you go to another pharmacy that has a lot of customers, youre not going to get it any faster than you do at Walgreens on Garth Brooks.

They do not keep competent, well trained cashiers. I have been shopping here since the first day it was opened. I live 3 blocks away and often walk. Typically, I but 2, 20-packs of Dr. Pepper. Except you get a price break for 3. You get 3, 20-packs for the price of 2. But I cannot carry three home. I’ve tried before and they all broke open. So the damn cashier wants to argue with me that I need to go get another twenty pack. She literally refused to take no for an answer. I can only carry two. I tell her three times I’m only buying 2 and finally I get mad. Two times should have been enough. She gets mad and refuses to check me out. AT WHAT OTHER STORE DOES THIS HAPPEN?????? If I could put a negative five I would. Oh, the pharmacy a/k/a the ripe off machine. I asked the pharmacist, “Why are you the most expensive pharmacy in town?” He says because they are open 24/7, not even denying how expensive they are. How expensive are they? I’m diabetic. My insulin at Walgreens is $150 a vial. The same insulin at Walmart is $25. So they rip you off $125 for a $25 vial of insulin.

This Walgreens is unbelievably terrible. They are slow, they tend to be rude or unhelpful in any way and are completely clueless about whats going on in their store. I dropped off a script at 11:30 a.m. and was told it would be ready at 2:30. My husband went to pick it up at 6:00 p.m. and they didnt have it ready because they were out of stock. It would have been lovely if someone had bothered to give us a call or even let us know at the time of the drop off. Ive been trying to get through to their store for approximately ten minutes now (no one is answering, par for the course with them) and I am beyond frustrated. To make matters worse, my husband asked the kid working the pharmacy how much my second medication would be and if it was ready. The kid said hed be right back with that information, left and then when he came back completely forgot who my husband was or what he wanted. Come on, Walgreens. The Mustang one is infinitely better and helpful. How could your store so completely miss the mark? It is nothing but a waste of time and space at this point.

My experience so far involves the pharmacy department: they are extremely helpful and have a How can I help attitude. A gentleman with a manager badge asked me if I had been helped 3 times and I only had been there 20 minutes. The length of my visit was only due to my insurance company processing my doctors prescription. This manager also went in back to find out why I had to wait. There also was a frontline employee that really deserves a raise as his customer service skills are almost mastered.

Pharmacy sucks! Was told it would be 10 minutes to fill a prescription so I stayed and waited. 40 minutes later sitting there where the same lady told me that, she never calls me up to the counter to tell me it’s ready. Wife calls me saying she got a call that it was ready. Employee didn’t put me down as being a waiter even though she originally asked me if I was going to wait so they didn’t call me on the intercom, but the same lady could see me waiting in the prescription filling area! Will go to another Walgreens or CVS next time.

They have horrible service. This is the only Walgreens I have ever had a problem with Everytime I come to it!! I was in line before six cars and Everytime I was getting something they needed to see theyd help the next car so I had to wait even longer to be helped if I wentto another location I would have still been serviced they are never able to take my insurance even tho its the only one Ive had for 3yrs now and never had a problem before at other locations!!!

Rude pharmacy tech basically hung up on me. The cost of a prescription was stated to be twice what it was the previous time I had it refilled. Rather than trying to be helpful, she came up with an explanation that was unlikely. When I said I didnt want the prescription at that price, she hung up. Thanks! I think Ill look around for a CVS.

Generally a fairly decent experience each time I visit the store- however, something extremely outlandish occurred today. I purchased a set of hallmark thank you cards and upon returning home and opening these cards I found a piece of political propaganda from abolish abortion oklahoma. While I appreciate different political views from my own, this was absolutely unnecessary, tacky and of classless taste. I am considering switching back to CVS just because of how tasteless and tacky I find this. Wow..

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever dealt with at a pharmacy. There are 2 lanes to pick up your Rx, and the pharmacy tech was alternating between the 2 lanes, when it came to be my turn (after the car next to me was helped) I got completely ignored, and he even looked over at me and saw me waiting and still ignored me and helped the next car in the other lane (that had just pulled up). I was furious because it was obviously my turn, and I had spent 20 mins waiting in line. Then I tried giving them another chance by dropping off my RX there to get filled, and a week later they still did not have it filled, after I told them I wanted to pick it up the next day. These people need to get their s*** together!

What a bunch of lazy, rude pharmacy techs!!! Lisa the tech takes the medal of them all. Everytime we had her (LISA), we were treated in a rude manner. If I could give half a star I would. The manager needs to fire her. Her attitude seems to spread to other techs!

The return policy stated online is incorrect or should confirm more in detail. I wanted to return an item I purchased at another location. I had forgot my receipt and asked of they could use my rewards account. Manager was called and said not if I didnt purchase at this location.

After receiving the wrong meds multiple times in regards to my beta blocker, I was unable to fill a different prescription due to being given the wrong medicine again. Today I was on hold for 16 minutes, hung up on 3 times, all in order to try and receive a doseage on my 19 year olds sons heart medications. Which once again the tech was unsure of the Mgs. I understand working with the public is difficult but causing medication errors in heart meds in completely unacceptable. I truly give up on dealing with your pharmacy.

Theyve lost my prescriptions twice! I had to call the doctor to get another one and then they said they still had to verify with the doctor because I brought another prescription. THE ONLY REASON I did was because the idiots lost the first one. They were extremely rude!They also lost a friends prescription as well. We took 2 separate trips to pick it up AFTER they notified us that it was ready and then they said it wasnt ready. Apparently they had just LOST it so they were telling us it wasnt ready. So if you count on medications to stay alive dont get them filled here!
