When I built my home 23 years ago I used a high quality set of water faucets by a company called Altman. When my valves started to leak and seize up this year I found that Altman had gone out of business. I found Auburn Bath International after may calls around and on google. They had replacement valves and were able to refinish my fixtures in polished brass. Samantha (Sam) helped me arrange everything even temporary replacement handles until mine were refinished. I have included before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company.Keith

I live in New York City and needed a 20-year old faucet valve. No plumbing replacement part stores in NYC knew what I was seeking. Called Auburn Bath. They knew exactly what I was talking about. They found the item that day in their inventory and shipped to me.Nothing could have been easier. Just amazing.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome I had with Auburn Baths International, especially with the professionals who are the CEO and Sam, who runs the operation. From my first phone call with Sam, I was really amazed with how quickly they were able to located a 24 yr old Newport Brass diverter stem part for my remodel. They sent out the part and I had it within one day. They have a department where they rebuilt the stem so that it perfectly fits into the valve behind my shower wall. I am a very happy lady and will highly recommend any homeowner or contractor to email or call them to find that impossible part you need in your bath. They have a huge inventory of older and discontinued parts for so many brands. One last comment. They are beyond fair in their pricing, and you can take that to the bank. haha.

We were selling our home and had an unfinished shower with Altmans rough plumbing, but no trims. Altmans is out of business and it was proving impossible to find the parts we needed, until we found Auburn Bath! An absolute angel named Sam, who really knows her stuff, was able to confirm what was needed, locate the rare parts with her contacts and inventory, and ship them to us in time to prevent ripping out of walls (and hair) before our closing. Sam really saved the day and along with Auburn, deserves a five-star rating as much as any I’ve ever given. Hooray for Sam! The Best!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just ordered and received a part for my Legacy Brass co sink fixture. Legacy Brass went out of business and I looked everywhere for a replacement part for the pivot rod for the sink stopper (which was a non-standard size). Sam helped me out and I had the part in a few days. They are excellent!!!

Auburn has a little known service: refinishing bathroom fixtures. We sent faucets to be re finished and they were returned in a like new condition. The pricing was fair. For us, this was a perfect solution to return our high end plumbing fixtures to their original condition.

I converted a bedroom to a master bath in the 1980s and installed two matching faucet sets in his and hers sinks. They were Raphael faucets with ceramic cartridges. The worked perfectly until one faucet cartridge broke in January of this year. I visited y 85 year old local hardware that has a world of old parts and they begged off, saying there were just too many versions of ceramic cartridges over the years for them to keep up with them. They sent me to a plumbing specialist warehouse but they didnt have them, nor did two other large Atlanta area plumbing supplies. The original dealer who sold me the fixtures is still in business and they recognized the cartridges but no longer had them. They recommended Auburn Bath International. I sent photos, got a call from a guru who identified them and offered a hot and cold pair and I bought them and the one I needed worked perfectly. This month a faucet on the other pair broke, also. The second faucet I bought did not fit so I sent photos to the guru and he identified the second pair as a later model event though the faucet looked identical. I bought a pair of cartridges for that one at about half the original price since they were more recent and apparently more marketable. The cartridge fit perfectly and both sets now work like magic. I love this company and the service they provide!

I had a small plastic part on a shower diverter break and the faucet is from a company no longer in business. The expensive option would be to open a wall and replace the faucet. I sent Auburn a picture of the faucet and the broken part and they were able to identify it and ship within a few days of initial contact. So, for about $20, it took care of my otherwise very expensive problem. Very prompt and courteous service. Sam was great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

In September of 2012, I ordered replacement sink cartridges by phone from Auburn Bath International. When my plumber arrived a few weeks later we discovered I was sent bath tub cartridges, not sink. I called Ms. W. (the only person who ever answers) and informed her I would need to return them and that my plumber would get the correct cartridges for me. She said nothing about needing an authorization code to do so, but I discovered that myself on the web site and called her back to get the code, which she gave me. I returned the cartridges along with the invoice as instructed and with a tracking number from the post office. I checked a few days later that delivery had been confirmed. When I did not get a credit on my VISA I disputed the charge of almost $200. She replied back through her bank that I had never called her and that she had no record of a return. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and she did not respond after 2 letters. I have now gone to the CA State Attorney Generals Office. I hope to save anyone from the same experience I have had with this dishonest person.

I purchased Andre faucet and shower hardware 9 years ago in Huntsville, Alabama. Since then Andre has gone out of business. I had a lever diverter that started leaking and could not find a replacement part anywhere. I was going to have to tear up two bathrooms to fix my one shower because they shared the plumbing wall. I started to call venders that use to carry the hardware and luckily called Auburn Bath international!! They were amazing. I dealt with Sam who was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The part came quickly and my diverter was exactly the right fix. I would highly recommend them!Harriet F.

Just ordered a thermostatic cartridge, locally I was told it was not available and I should tell my client that they would have to replace the shower body. Twenty year old custom shower, was not gonna be pretty. I e-mailed Auburn Bath, had a reply with in minutes, called and ordered the cartridge. Thanks Sam!

We called Auburn Bath for simple parts. The owner/CEO called me and before I could get Hello out he started yelling at me so loud my co workers in the office could hear him. With horror on our employees faces I had to put the phone down and tell my team its OK, just a disgruntled caller. The owner of our business came in and took the phone call from me, as it was beyond what I could even take in. We all heard this CEO/Owner of Auburn bath yelling through the phone that he is the CEO owner of Auburn Bath for 16 years and he drives a Ferrari. And on and on and on. All over a simple part I was asking for. Yes, Im a female and according to the CEO of Auburn Bath for 16 years and drives a Ferrari, I was wording my questions incorrectly. And he did not like it. The owner of our business, apologized to him (owner/CEO for 16 years of Auburn bath and drives a ferrari) for upsetting him and explained we were just looking for help, so sorry to bother. Yet, the owner/CEO of Auburn Bath who also owns a Ferrari was not taking the apology. Scary stuff guys. Its freaking plumbing parts. That was a phone call I NEVER want to experience. The owner/ceo of Auburn Bath is completely unprofessional even with his Ferrari!

My shower needed a new thermostatic cylinder. The original co was no longer in existence. Pam at Auburn worked with me and sent the correct part. She asked for pictures, measurements, descriptions to make sure the correct part was sent. She sent two of which one was the identical part. She immediately refunded on my Visa the cost of the unused one. We live in a remote part of Hawaii so I have given Auburbs name to the major plumbing companys. I want to thank them again for if i could not find the part, my beautiful travatine shower wall would have had to be broken to put in a new major part.Thank you, Pam.
