My experience w/Route auto sales was Exceptional! When I was shopping for a new vehicle, I passed Route 62s lot several times over a period of a couple of months. There was always a good selection of vehicles on display, & each time I drove through the dealership, I was approached by Tony; a salesman, who gave me his card, & said if he could assist me, to let him know...Shortly after meeting Tony, I saw a van that I was interested in, on display in the lot. Tony took me on a text drive of 2 vehicles I was considering purchasing. Once satisfied w/my choice,Tony walked me through the step-by-step process of owning the van I had chosen. He even gave me some helpful advice on establishing my credit worthiness. I am happy, & very grateful for my experience w/Route 62 Auto Sales, & their Awesome staff! I highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for the car of their dreams!

My check engine light went off right next to Route 62 Auto. Steam was billowing from under the hood so I pulled over. It looked like I needed a new radiator cap and coolant but I don’t know much about cars so I figured I would ask them if they knew a good mechanic.Brian, without hesitation, took a look at my car, got the parts I needed and Chris made sure I was good to go. They saved my camping trip and they did it out of the kindness of their hearts.I am so thankful for the whole experience.

We had a great experience with Brian and folks at Route 62 Auto Sales. Unfortunately, the day after we purchased our 2007 Saturn Outback the transmission. Brian sent it to a shop in Pomona for repairs and per the 90 day warranty covered half the cost. Transmission problems are a well documented issues with the vehicle and not their fault. They handled the situation kindly and professionally. I would gladly do business with them again and highly recommend them.

I bought a 2006 Ford Focus from Route 62 Auto. I explained to Tony, the salesman, that I needed a vehicle that would be reliable as I drive back and forth to work which is an hour each way. He stated We just got in this focus and it would be perfect for you. I bought the vehicle and the same night (3 hours later) the car seemed to be acting strange. First thing the next morning I called and Tony said he would talk to the owner Bryan that Saturday when he came in to the office. The next day the car completely broke down. I had it towed to the dealership. In my contract it states that I have a 90 day agreement that Route 62 will cover half of any costs associated with repairs. So, let the story begin.... After not hearing anything form Route 62 in a week, I stopped by where I was told that they were so busy they hadnt had time to call me. Bryan stated the car needed a new alternator. He had there personal mechanic install the rebuilt alternator. The mechanic stated that the car really needed more work done but that Tony ad Bryan only gave him permission to change out the alternator. He also stated he was not a licensed mechanic but had working on cars a long time. Once the repair was done I picked up the car and about an hour later the vehicle stopped on the freeway. Second tow back to dealership. Bryan had the car taken to Ace Alternator where they stated a new alternator was installed but that it didnt fix the car. They believed it was an electrical issue. The car was then sent to Diamond Automotive. Meanwhile, Route 62 Auto hadnt called me once....not once in this entire time to update me on the vehicle or even ask permission to go through repairs as I am responsible for half of them. I obtained legal counsel who sent the dealership a letter. Bryan seemed to not care much as I still have not heard from him. Yesterday I decided I needed to pickup the vehicle so that could get a second opinion. I wasnt even out of the diamond Automotive parking lot when Tony called to give me a update. Really? You havent called me once I the last 3 weeks of this lemon deal and yet the moment I pick up the car you happen to call me? This place is a total joke. After the first breakdown of the vehicle I immediately asked if I could return the vehicle as I knew if there was problems this early on it wasnt a good sign. I did sign a document that said I had a day to return the vehicle Cool off Period. Tony told me I could not do that as there were many stipulations involved with that and my situation did not meet those. TOTAL SNAKES!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a vehicle in Oct 2018. The transaction of purchasing the vehicle and picking it up was an easy process. Once the car was in my possession is when everything took a turn. Current month now is March 2019 and I still get to have up to date tags and registration for the vehicle. I’m the paperwork like any dealership you purchase the vehicle as well as tax, tags and title. Problem with this transaction after calling and writting multiple times is the staff is no help. They will give you the run around and say this and that and it’s on the way but nothing. The last words were they lost the title hence why no registration yet. They are filing for a lost title and registration will be on the way. Same run around that’s been happening for the past 5 months.Not only does the car sit and can not be driven because it has no current tags the PTU in the vehicle went as well after having the vehicle for just over 3 months. Of course this happens just after there warranty expired and it is 500 miles over the manufacture warranty. $2800 out of pocket to have a new one out in at the manufacture dealership. All in all horrible experience and would not recommend. Purchased a vehicle, spent an extra $2800 to fix it and still can’t drive because of expired tags. The tags and title were already paid for I’m not paying for them again nor can I because the car doesn’t have a title.

My mom bought a car from here 7 months ago and they told us they would repair the air bag for the passenger and I haven’t heard anything from them. I call and call and it’s the same story, so and so will give you a call or we ordered it and it hasn’t arrived. Still waiting for an answer

I went into route 62 auto sales not knowing what I was getting myself into. everyone says how much dealers like to get people, but with route 62 the trade is always fair. These guys helped me out so much today. really appreciate it THANK YOU ROUTE 62.

Vehicles are over priced according to Kelly Blue Book, which I looked up while on the lot. My husband test drove 2 vehicles and neither were great. We were still going to purchase because we were in desperate need. However, the financing they offer is AWEFUL! The APR was 23% and it didnt matter what my husbands credit was like just because he was a first time car buyer. We decided to get financed elsewhere. As we drove home, we found a car for sale from somebody in our neighborhood. My husband said this car handled SO much better than the cars on the lot, and it was less than half the price. Needless to say, we did not purchase from this lot. Our mechanic in town even warned us about the vehicles from this place.

Nothing but good things to say about tony. He got me approved and out of there into my new car fast. Best car dealer I’ve ever dealt with!!

Just like many other customers here, they claim they cannot issue a refund of any kind even if it has been a few hours. They dont follow up, i dont understand how they could approve me so easily. I took a chance and litterally risked all of what little that i had this year. I have no money, no car, i have been waiting for them to repair the vehicle. To even be able to really drive it.

I went in to sell my car and one of the representatives took my car for a test drive and put the car in low, not drive like youre supposed to. So he comes back and tells me the transmission is broken because its not shifting until 6000 RPMs. I think that its strange because I just drove it from 29. So I get in and ride with him and this is when I see that he has it in low. I tell him about what hes done and from there out it drives fine. Be he still tells me the transmission is broken and wont buy it from me. DONT BUY FROM HERE, EVERYONE IS CLUELESS.

I Do not recommend this place to anyone, especially military in which they take advantage of, they do not sell cars that are reliable and from experience they do not have them checked out as they should before they sell them. Im surprised they are still in business. Please if you are looking for a reliable car this is not the place to buy one going to a dealership will pay off in the end Im stuck with a car payment and the vehicle will cost more to repair then it is worth and I have had it for exactly 60 days and have put hardly any miles on it, and The owner is not willing to help get it fixed he is rude, disgruntle, and very unprofessional. Tell me when the last time you went to get your vehicle looked at and the dealership YouTubed how to turn the engine light off?? Well that is the business they provide again, please dont waste your time.

My husband Steve Speakman baught a 2000 buick lasabre .1st day had a major malfunction. Brought it back, they fixed it up right away and even washed and detailed it for him. We got a great deal and the car runs great!. It was the power steering pump! They replaced it for free! AWESOME ! Keep up the good work guys! Well send people your way!
