Awesome shop, the guy is very nice! Never been there before and I got the small/ home town feel from there plus got there late and didn’t have the right amount so he said just pay him next day and gave me what I came for. I paid next day but still for him to trust a complete stranger was pretty cool cause I only had the night off of work to do my car. Thanks again. Just wish he carried stronger amps like 2k or 3k. But definitely would recommend this place 👍🏼

These SoundWerk ya-hoos sold meAn amp, Signal converters, 2 - 12s, Were going to make me a custom box for em, and installation for just under $1800.They wanted half upfront. I gave them close to $900.This was on a Thursday, they say well have you come in next week for install. Next Wednesday rolls around. I hadnt heard a word from them. So I ask whats the progress on the sub box? He says, Uhhh, We cant find anyone to build it for us. Im going to refund your money.W.T.F.So, If you go there MAYBE? You can get a system put in your ride.But then again MAYBE not?Dan Gardner

Reached out to them about a spearker install. I showed up to this place (first time) and Im meet with an attitude for asking where the inside door is. The installer Definitely needs a attitude check.

They only specialize in installation. They do not trouble shoot Electrical problems with the vehicle. They sold me a radio I did not need. After $700.00 I still have engine static on my radio.

This place is a rip-off. Don is a grumpy curmudgeon who is interested his bottom line, only! Not very communicable and makes you feel as though you owe him the favor of giving him your business. I had my stereo installed in all my cars at this location. Never had any issues. Always did clean work. So i reccomended them to my dad. He took his car in to have a stereo, sub and amp installed. Everything sounded good but when i got home i noticed a lot of the door clips were broke where he installed the bluetooth. The next day when my dad was leaving to the store his battery was dead. Never had an issue before having it installed. Now he has to unplug his battery before going to sleep so it dont die on him. Took it to ace alternator and they said to have them unplug it because thats the only issue they can see with it dying. Unpluged it myself and the battery dying stopped. Called soundwerks and they said they werent at fault and werent going to fix it. My dads whole panel fell off now because the clips were broke. Now all my dads wires are showing looking ugly.
