Thought I would try this company since they had pretty good reviews. Called and we were told that a repairman would call back so we waited all day and no call back. Called a second time and was told again that we would receive a call back and again no return phone call. Got fed up and called Mescher Door Co. since they have always been reliable.

Technician was on time. That is a plus. But there were other flaws. I asked if they could me first before heading out, there was no call. When technician got here, told him the remote doesnt work. He press the button a few times and replied, yes it doesnt work and said I need to get a new remote around $170-$180. I was upset becuase before I asked for service to come out, I told them my door opener does not work and want to know if they could repair it. The person on the other side said yes. When technician came out, no fixing but to get a new remote that would just cost me about the same amount for replacing the whole thing. Called the office, The office thought that I needed my garage door to be fixed. I explain to office staff that my problem is the remote not the door. they said they have no time to talk about this and management will call later. Office Hung up and technician just left. Poor quality service to pay a service fee when nothing is done.

I choose garage door repairs on Google reviews and my experience with these guys went terrific. I have saved the contact number of tech and would surely again install a new opener when I had money. Thanks.
