Customer service is always on point. Majority of time always have newest shoes an amazing sells. Employees always try an get you what you need no matter what. Even if they need to ship it to your house. Always amazing experience

Went into return a pair of shoes and yuba city’s store manager in the mall was very rude and disrespectful. Was just trying to see my options on a pair of shoes I bought 2 weeks ago because the stitches came out. He also told me to “have someone come see me if u need to” pretty much telling me to have someone come fight him. Very immature of him and NOT professional at all. You guys need new management. I’d give 0 stars if I could

I ordered four pairs of shoes and shipped them to this store. I tried to return them but Brenda, one of the store managers, said they couldn’t accept it because they didn’t carry the shoes in their inventory. I called customer service and they said otherwise. I ended up getting to return my shoes in the store but you could tell Brenda was irritated throughout the entire process when it EXPLICITLY states that you can return any shoes ordered online in any store. Brenda blamed it on customer service though and that actual store policy is different, which ended up being false.I think that either the employees here are either poorly trained or just plain ignorant. As I tried on my four pairs of shoes, one guy even made a loud comment saying, “oh this dude ordered four pairs!! Haha” it was loud and obnoxious.Never coming back due to poor attitudes and the employees I saw were ghetto.

Employee very rud I try to return my shoes with my give recive they ask me for my original recive. Very stupid asking for the original recive. His name was Josh. Never coming back to this store.

Bought my son a pair of shoes they sold me an 8c & 7c i called they said nothing could be done because he had worn them. They then proceeded to say my son was dumb because he should have noticed mind you hes 2 years old. I wasnt asking for a return i was asking to buy the other mismatched pair so i could then have both pairs instead of one i cant do anything with. Horrible customer service. No resolution i paid $60 for a pair of shoes i cant do anything with
