My son graduated kindergarten so took him to get a new game for his XBOX360. They only had 5 games for his device and only 1 that was age appropriate that cost me $ 39.99.

Its a hit or miss store. They recently told their associates to display all items they carry whether or not they are in stock. They were out of pretty much everything. They list of what IS in stock is much shorter...so ask for that one.

The mall gamestop is way better than the one by buffalo wild wings. Better employees, better attitude, and better selection. Unfortunately they close it down completely when covid gets worse. Their PS5 guarantees were a bit spotty as well but thats a reflection on the company itself and sony.

Both employees were unaware if you can use vc for ps4 on the ps5. Had to call my son to ask him which ruined the surprise.

Game Stop made my day by being the only store in the Yuba City, Marysville, or Linda area to have what I was looking for that day. I walked in, went straight to the checkout counter, asked for the product, and was walking out of the store all within 90 seconds with an affordable 1 year warranty. Thank you GameStop.

I did not receive my controller Ive ordered it last week and it still hasnt came in I cant go to the game stop because they closed down the store from covid 19 all I got to say Is that I havent received my controller and just got scammed. Overall its a very good place to buy some gaming products really recommend

Great place some games like FIFA that are not common in the area they new the info, told me all the info. My favorite place to buy games. I suggest it to any one who wants cheap and reliable games.Go to the one at the Yuba City mall perfect.

Very disappointed. I purchased a head set for my sons ps4, they broke in less than 2 months. They only gave me 5 dollars credit, even though I had the receipt and date of purchase from my rewards card. Had to purchase a new head set. Very rude and not customer friendly. They could have made this a better experience for my son.

You know something is wrong when you spend more time listening to preorders without letting you leave until they finish their long list of games than trying to buy a game. The other Gamestop in Yuba City is a lot better and the employees are nice over there.
