John was so very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me working not only with my cars extended warranty but also manufacturers warranty to get all my needs taken care of and covered. We thought we had purchased a car yesterday, had a hand shake with RJ Sahil on a price and they took our check and ran our credit even though we asked them not to and they said they wouldnt cause its a cash sale. We were waiting for them to bring it up from Sacramento. We waited to sign because they wanted to charge us a 250 dollars to be able to return the car if we didnt like it. So i said we havent seen it, we will wait to sign then til we see the car. Was suppose to be in town yesterday. So we call before they close, said car will be in town first thing in the morning. Call at 1 p.m. to see and he informed us, they sold it. Sorry, someone was suppose to call. Thank you RJ Sahil. You are the kind of sales people who give them all a bad name.

The service provider I was given, Jhon, was very rude and unprofessional. I went 3 weeks without a vehicle, never offered a rental or anything KNOWING that was our only vehicle and me and my husband both work out of town. I had to miss days of work as my kids missed school due to no transportation. I had called multiple times every day as well did my husband, and we never received calls back and would always be told he was to busy to talk to us.

She explained everything to me and gave me different options for what best financially work with me which I truly appreciated because I didnt feel like they were just trying to sell me a pricey service since I didnt know any better. Worst place to get any service done on your car and for yourself. My lug nut key gets taken. No biggie, so I call and they told me to go pick it up. I get there they tell me to buy a new one. I decline but then later needed it incase i ever get a flat on the road. Go to order one and was suppose to pick up the day after. Get there to find out my order was never placed. I decide to cancel the order and never get my refund. Still trying to get my refund. Pretty sure they wouldn’t like it if I took $100 dollars from them and tell them I will call them back tomorrow but never receive a call back. Worst place to ever go to.

I called at 3pm to schedule an oil change. I specifically asked for an appointment that they could be confident that it wouldnt take too long. I was given a 4pm appointment. I drove from plumas lake to find out it would take 2 hours (which is actually 3 hours in service advisor time). And that was after waiting several minutes while the service advisor dealt with an extremely upset customer who had been sitting there all day.

I recommend Nissan to everyone. I went there for an oil change and the customer service was so great even though i didnt buy my vehicle there. I went back recently for a few issues and regular service. My car guy went above and beyond to get things paid for by the warranty and reduced my cost by more than $100. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. It shows that shows they actually care about customer satisfaction.

The service used to be great…..now the apparent new crew is horrible. I scheduled my routine oil change for the first appt of the day (it was 7 or 7:30am). I waited in the lobby until it was completed. The problem was I had to wait OVER 3 HOURS. Yes, I complained nicely but the 3 staff at the counter did not seem to care, merely telling me “it should be done soon.” While in the lobby, I submitted a complaint on the YC Nissan website and was contacted immediately….by a salesman who wanted me to trade in my car. I explained to him I’m not looking into a new car right now, I just wanted my car’s oil changed in under 3 hours. He said “I understand….but this is a really good time to trade in your car.”🤦‍♂️👎👎

Made an appointment earlier in the week to get a key programmed. Confirmed when scheduling that the part I had already paid for was there. Showed up to my appointment and they can’t find the key. Went to breakfast and came back to to ask about key. They had miraculously found the key but since it was past the scheduling time, I would be put on the walk-in waitlist. They told me it would be at least eight hours. They also don’t ship parts to other dealerships.

Update: 10.15.2021 - Service time is still bad. Other dealers get a simple oil change done in an hour or less. 2 hours is just unacceptable nowadays.I had previously scheduled an appointment for an oil change a week in advance. My oil changed lasted a span of 3 hours. I inquired as to the delay, and they basically said, they forgot. Also, on a previous visit for an oil change it took them 2 hours and blamed it on covid. I understand theres a pandemic, but thats not your customers problem, plan better if youre short staff so people are not inconvenienced and miss other appointments. This will be the last time we use this dealership.

I sold them my car on the 5th and was told they dont give checks on the spot. They told me my check would be at my house in a week. A week went by with no check. I call and am told it will take another week. Check still doesnt come. Call again and they say it will be any day. I finally call again after 22 days of waiting for the check to tell them I am filing a complaint with the DMV and my check is miraculously there even though they didnt call me to let me know it had arrived. Best part was when I got there to pick up the check they had the words CASH FOR CARS painted on the windows, but I was told they dont pay out people for vehicles on the spot.Would never recommend this place to anyone

Dont jeopardize your safety or waste your money. Was a loyal customer for years. Took the car in for an inspection & told all was okay. Almost two weeks later someone called to say our breaks & head gasket needed to be replaced. Good info to know after crossing the Tetons with my family. While the breaks did need to be replaced they tried to upsell the head gasket. Hope it was worth it for you.

My boyfriend had an appointment in the morning to get my horn fixed. When he arrived, they said he was not booked. He let them know he needed the car by 1:00 because he needed it for work. They said they would have it in time. He had to call in because they did not call him back till 3. We had to leave it over night. We picked it up the next morning. Worst customer service EVER. Went to look at a vehicle and could not find a salesman. Someone finally came out but had very little knowledge of the vehicle. Wanted to take it for a test drive but it would not start. Was told to come back the next day after they have the battery replaced. Went the next evening and it was still not fixed. It took a week to get it fixed and we were told it was just the battery. Come to find out when they attempted to jump start it they messed up the electrical in the dash. Each department blamed the other for the delay in repairs. After it was fixed we asked for the service order to confirm what the issue was and that the recalls were fixed. Of course this went missing and the blame went elsewhere. Was told they would find it and text me when they had the work order. Never heard another word from them. Would not be surprised if the recalls werent fixed. After getting the vehicle we then noticed that when they took the paper that has the specs and price of the vehicle off the inside of the window they scraped off some of the tint. They tried denying that they even had the paper on the window and after some arguing finally agreed to replace the tint. When we asked how long it would take we were told to ask the person in charge of the tinting since it was his business. Throughout this whole thing we were the ones having to reach out to get information and updates. Very disappointed and will never do business here again

I used to love this dealership for my maintenance needs. However on 5/25/21, they completely dropped the ball. I went in for an oil change and the multipoint inspection. I arrived at 11:30 and was told my car should be done around 1. At 1, they came to notify me that there were some issues with my vehicle. They said that my rear shocks were leaking, and that they were covered by warranty, they had the parts in stock and they could fix it that day, but it would take a couple hours. I didnt have that kind of time, and after much back and forth, including talk of a rental (that they did not want or could not provide) I chose to make and appt. for 6/3/21. Also noted on my inspection sheet was that there was a critical issue with my brake fluid. It said it was extremely dirty. They quoted me $169 to flush my brake fluid. I took my car to a mechanic friend, who checked my fluid and showed me how clear my brake fluid was.While checking my brake fluid, I noted that my coolant reservoir was extremely low, almost completely empty. I looked at my inspection form, it showed that the coolant was fine. When I called the dealership, they told me it had been checked and it was fine, and that I must have a leak and that they would look at it when I brought it back for the shocks. There is no evidence under my car of any leaks.I have requested to file an internal complaint, and was told the service manager would call me back, but at this time I have not heard from the service manager.

I have gone to Nissan for years now and have always been very happy with service but this time, the service was just below average. Not only did it take over 2 hours but I did not get an overview of what was done. I had to ask in order to get the information. Also, I got the tires rotated and they did not even bother to check the tire pressure. The lights came on as soon as I left. Also, I did not get a service sticker indicating when the next service should be and when I called, the person I spoke to seemed bothered that I would even ask.

Came in for an oil change and a multipoint inspection. Mainly wanted the inspection done to prepare for a long trip. Took three hours from appointment start time.After asking for my inspection sheet twice, they didnt have it and just said everything was good.My multipoint inspection magically came back spotless even though I had a check engine light on and knew of some other problems. Laziness.Two stars because although they were slow, they kept me updated with where my car was.

Yuba city nissan trys to rip people off. The told my mom she could get what she wanted a minivan with 2500 dollars down. She already told them she had bad credit and she could do the 2500 dollars down and 400 a month. They turned around after 2 days of sitting and waiting with 2 toddlers in the office that she had to put 7000 down. And they are very rude and unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would.

Poor customer service before the sale. We ran into multiple inconsistences dealing with the first sales man and asked to switch to a different one to complete the purchase. The first sales man kept trying in insert himself into the dealings even though we had made it clear that we did NOT want to deal with that individual.The day after the sale we discovered the touch screen on the radio did not work (Something we failed to test before the purchase). Luckily they were willing to help by replacing the radio and billing my 3rd party warranty plan $1,000! I Was told several times during this process by the service department that the replacement part would arrive in a few days only for it to not show up. This makes even less sense when you find out they are getting the part from another dealership THEY own thats 2 hours away. Process took almost a month from start to finish.3 months after the sale I tried to make an appointment for one of my complimentary Oil Changes. I wanted to schedule the appointment on a Saturday so I wouldnt be without my commuter vehicle during the week. I was told that I should schedule the appointment on a weekday as Saturday was their busiest day and they may not be able to have it done the same day. I scheduled an appointment for a weekday, as requested, and had my wife take the vehicle in. It took 2 hours, WITH an appointment... on a WEEKDAY... Seriously? Im sure they were dragging their feet since this was a complimentary oil change.I urge anyone reading this to be very cautious dealing with this dealership and recommend that they take their vehicle somewhere else for service/maintenance.

This people kept my car for nine days did absolutely no repairs, Jhon Solorzano, terrible communication skills, never return my multiple calls. I requested to speak to the supervisor, he never call me either no wonder the little man John has the same performance thats how the ran business there. I end up getting my car out of there but nor before I got charge 945.00 dollars for storage that I didnt need!!! By far my worse experience. Never, Never bring your car here!!!

Inside was hot apparently the AC is out, the chairs are vinyl making it sweaty underneath the legs and really uncomfortable for anyone wearing shorts. they did offer cold bottles of water to anybody waiting which I found very nice on a hot day. as a woman I am always leery when I take my vehicle in to have service done because I have gone through some not nice situations and have heard horror stories from my girlfriends, but they were all respectful and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of as Ive had happened at other places. as somebody that has always performed maintenance on their own vehicle it was nice not to be treated as just some ditzy female that doesnt know what shes talking about for once. they do offer shuttle service for anybody living locally that would like to just bring their car and drop it off and go home. They did over charge me which I did not realize until after I left the dealership but when I called them about it they made it right they added $25 to my one rewards account to be used on my next service, which was more than I was overcharged. Everybody that I spoke with was very nice, one of the sales guys even tried to find a charger that would work for my phone because I left my portable charger in the car and my battery was dead. the only reason they didnt get five stars is because of the uncomfortable waiting situation I was really uncomfortable while waiting for my car to get done.EDITED TO ADD after checking my rewards account I was never credited $55 towards my next purchase like I was told I would be given since I was overcharged. Very disappointed...Second update: I received a call from the service department manager Patrick. He was calling to follow up with me about my service and when I mentioned that I was overcharged but didnt receive the credit on my rewards account like he said I would, he not only gave the promised amount, he went over and above and added enough that my next oil change is on the house. He was a very nice guy and very thorough with his customers.
