They had exactly what I wanted. Good prices. I was offered a free item after my purchase. That was neat. The only thing I would complain about is that sometimes when Im doing a curbside pickup order and I hit the Im here button in the app it doesnt alert them. On one curbside pickup order I had waited 15 minutes and then went inside and asked for my order and he said it didnt get through to him. Now I just go in and pick it up. It would be nicer if I didnt have to wait in line to pick up my order because I have a fractured back. There needs to be an order pick up area and an alert button to tell people youre there to pickup an order. Otherwise my experience was great

They have tons of craft items there... But you might want to check your local Dollar Tree before you go there... They try to sell items for seven times more than what you can get them for at the Dollar Tree.

Well I couldnt find any help to find what I was looking for until a very nice couple helped me but I still didnt end up finding what I went in for but I did buy a couple things and the price was 18 something and I gave her 100 bill and she gave me back exactly 80 so I know its only a doller and change but its still a doller and change. So there is that.

The whole staff here is super friendly, I got so much information that was really helpful, great selection of sewing project material, and they really know what they are talking about over there and get help you figure out what you need, Im super happy with my experience

Drove to Joann in Yuba City for a piece of fabric I can no longer get anywhere. It was worth the drive, the store is nice, and not too crowded.

Great selection of craft and sewing resources. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, several customers were not wearing masks. When I asked staff about it, they said management had told them they are not to talk to customers who are not wearing a mask about putting one on. If I had known about this management position prior to my purchase, I would not have gone to this store.

I did my shopping online last night and picked up in person this morning It was awesome! I just needed a few things to finish my craft project they happen to be Sunday night doorbuster deals. I was a little hesitant when I pulled up to the store to call it took a long time to listen to all their advertisement but you can press zero to skip right to the in-store person. I will definitely be using in-store pickup again!
The employees are nice, but their over all selection is what makes my choose 3 stars. If your shoping for fabric then the selection is great, but that where it stops. But on the plus side you can still get most of the supplies needed for you arts and crafts project

Friendly staff and thank goodness because I couldnt find anything myself! I do not shop here and there didnt seem to be any rhyme or reason as to how they organize their fabric. Luckily I found someone to help me. My only complaint would be...when did fabric get sooo expensive?! Pretty pricey.
The old Jones was awesome in enough, but since theyve moved over to the new place, they get nothing but rave reviews. Moreover, this morning when I walk through the door I was greeted by the most wonderful person who greeted me with smiles and was so helpful. She took a moment to ask me how I was doing and if I need any help. So, how could your day start out better at Joanns?All I need to do was one simple thing . . .come and get two new tassels for a table runner. I lost the tassel off of a nice table runner that we have at home that we all loved and hated to see get ruined simply because we lost the tassel on 1 end. So, off on an errand to Joannes, we found the table runner tassels simply by the young lady pointing out where the row was with numerous choices for the tassels--at reasonable prices. A short while later I needed to visit the ladies rose and the young lady again guided me to the proper section of the store. The bathroom was clean neat and well ordered. I was very surprised because so many places like this turn out to be more like stock rooms than restroomsFinally I took a few minutes to look through the silk flowers and pick out a few for vase that I have that was sitting idly empty. I, of course, made sure that I purchased the silk flowers that were on sale. I think the woman as a read through the check out for her help. I most definitely will be going back to this Joannes again.

I was really excited and surprised to visit the new Jo Anns store! Ive been a long time resident of Yuba City, and this experience was by far the ultimatum. You have multiple choices of every kind of stuff you can think of. They have a huge selection of everything. No doubts about that.This is the first time Ive been in the store. My first reaction that eyes were swollen of delightful and colorful items. Jo Anns is one of the best places to shop at for sewing supplies, crafts, home decor, jewelry materials, fabrics, knitting and more. I took a mall tour just looking around at everything, checking prices, and thinking about what kind of projects I want to do! Its amazing how creative and fun you can get.This place is awesomely unique for anyone.

I spent 10-16 minutes in the store just trying to reset my password so I could use a coupon. Ridiculous. They should make it easier like they do at Michael’s. I don’t have to sign in when I shop there. I am so frustrated with this process. It happens every time I’m here. Just make it fair so everyone can get coupons without submitting personal information!

My three year old great grandson was us when we were shopping, he thought he was in heaven. He literally drug us down every isle of the store looking at the beautiful fabrics & crafts. He was so amazed & he had never seen anything like it before. We were there for over an hour just walking every isle. . He cried when we left. Great selection of fabrics & crafts for all ages.

I enjoyed visiting on a quiet night, Tuesday, just walked in and git what I needed and got out with minium contact. They werent having any type of big sale, so that was a negative. Dales staff were all nice.
This store should be ashamed of themselves and their customer service. I was overcharged on every item by a young male cashier who preceded to argue about the price posted on the shelf. And then charged me $.30 more on each and every item I purchased.

There are Good Deals to be found at JOANNs, also be on the lookout for coupons that offer discounts as high as 50-60% off of fabrics, notions, beads, craft items, yarn, patterns etc. Their helpful staff, multiple stores where this helpfulness of their employees is consistent from coast to coast. JOANN employees also know what they are talking about. Many of us novices, and even some experts need hints or guidance in the arts and crafts, or sewing, quilt making, crocheting and I have found that JOANN Fabrics employees courtesy and helpfulness are the main reason that I continue to do business there no matter in which part of the country my travels take me.

I love the atmosphere at JOANN Fabrics. The store is bright and welcoming. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. Its selection of items is extensive and they normally have what Im looking for. I like to stretch my dollar and JOANN helps me do that with their sales and coupons, which are excellent. Ill admit, I sometimes visit the store just to look around and get new ideas for projects without purchasing anything.
Excellent service and plenty of yarn and crochet needles. Yarn was on sale, an added bonus. Friendly checkout.

Im definitely a craft store fanatic & although its no Hobby Lobby the do have great stuff. A little over priced & the manager-short gal with dark hair-was so rude... Stereotyped me and accused me of stealing. When I proved my innocence by emptying my pockets, she still was rude and kept her attitude and wouldnt apologize after humiliating me. Will never go to that store again!
Found the exact color and tone of thread needed to repair a khaki beige sweater. Check their coupons too!! I happened to use a half off coupon for my spool of thread 😊

Typical JoAnn, decent sized store, slow service, but thats not the fault of employees (corporate doesnt give them the payroll hours needed to not be chronically understaffed). Extremely tight aisles though! Two of their tiny carts have to rub against one another to pass in the aisles.
Went in there twice very time I was not a happy camper. They offer all shorts of discounts and what not, but when you go to the register, they have told me that it was placed in the wrong place. Twice that happen to. And them stickers purple, orange, green..etc. is complete BS. Dont fall of that. They offer sweet, sweet percentage off, but on the stickers that are never there. Its pretty piontless.The place is kept clean for the most part, but then again it is a new store. The decor is simple and to the point. They have pretty much everything you can ask for. But be careful its not cheap. Its rather very expense.Staff is a hit and miss honestly, there will be days when you get someone nice and then when you get someone not so nice.Overall this is not a place for me. I give it a two 🌟 because they know how to hook you in. With there sales boards every where.
If you have the right coupons, then this is a great deal store. Good fabric selection. Good yarn selection. Not so great stitching selection. Expensive flosses, not stocking Aida or other needle point fabrics. Jewelry making items are hit or miss. Million times of one item instead of a few choices of many items. Still have to go online to get most of what I need.
I really like the variety of craft options available here. Just about any craft has an area. Plus they have snacks and drinks! Their prices are reasonable, and their sales are superior! If youre on one of their many lists (text, email, snail mail, or just access their website) you get even more savings via coupons. Their bathrooms and store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy going here every time.

This JOANN Fabrics is amazing. They have someone to talk to on the machines that is not available at all stores. The fabric select is good. And the variety of items throughout I absolutely love.
Very excited that they had a chair for handicapped customers and their coupons make their products an excellent deal. They did not have what I wanted but they had something comparable and helped me get the craft finished on time. Also customer service was amazing with all of the coupons she helped me use I got a half off everything.

I came here with a friend and was so impressed with this newer location and the amazing selection of fabric and craft supplies that I came back again the next day to get something I had seen there the day before! I have shopped at Michaels before because it is closer to me, but it is nice to know Joanns has some similar types of things, in case I cant find what I want at Michaels.

The obviously have a very large fabric selection, but they have a lot of other things in regards to crafts of all types. My daughter loves the art supplies and my son loves the melty beads.
Its always about customer service for me and these ladies at the Yuba City Joanns are always friendly, helpful and almost always very knowledgeable. And it is Joanns... so if you are creating something, chances are they have what you are looking for.
Went to get paints as a new painter. The lady at the register wasnt a painter, but called someone to the front to help me out and make sure I got the right stuff! Great customer service, always love going here.

I found it difficult to find items I was looking for but this was my first visit to this store location having just moved from Oregon..I was impressed with the variety of yarn colors and types. I will be visiting more and will get to know the layout better.
Im an avid quilter and they this is my go to place for fabric because of all the deals your get with the app. This place has a good selection of fabric however, the one in Roseville had a lot more. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

I tried to give this place multiple chances but I despise going in there. I just left mad again and my phone notified me to leave a review. How fitting. Not only can I never find what Im looking for, but the dull workers with absolutely NO personalities are of no help. They rarely walk you to where you are going. If they point..and you get there and still dont find what you are looking for then too bad. Then, if you get to the counter and the girl actually asks if you found everything and you say no...they dont really plan on helping you. I rarely write bad reviews. They deserve this one. The only time Ive been happy with anyone was a sweet woman at the seeing place. Not even an employee. She heard me griping amd she helped me search because there wasnt a single staff person on the floor.

I used to love JoAnns, but the girl I had to ask for assistance from was so rude... She would not leave where she was to help me (even though another girl was there also) and was no help with my questions about measuring fabric. The aisles are so narrow, you can barely fit a basket down them and the store layout makes no sense.
Fun & lots of selection for crafts and sewing! The only drawback is the prices of new merchandise. I have to wait for sales to afford them.

The selection is fantastic and the coupons are always worth it, but the customer service and clarity of prices left a lot to be desired. I had to ask several employees for assistance and could never get a clear answer. The prices on the fabrics were not correct in many places and some signs had highlighter on it--I wasnt sure if this meant they had it or did not, and neither did the employee.

Jade is friendly, efficient, and cares. I appreciate how she doesnt make a fuss about folding fabric but does keep from wrinkling the fabric. Only one less because the employees were overwhelmed and unable to keep the store organized. They had an abundance of business and this was my first visit here.
I can usually find what I want except for twill. Apparently this location doesnt deal with twill. No big deal. The checkout process is a bit ridiculous. Takes about 2-4 mins a customer per cashier. Which stacks up when there is one cashier and 5+ customers
