Always so clean and as well stocked as any other store right now. Love the fresh produce, and all the food is always amazing. The workers are friendly, fast, and always look like work is not a pain (unlike some stores)

This is the Aldi closest to my apartment and I love shopping here. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I get the impression that they all work together well. (You all know the feeling when you go to a grocery store and the managers and workers hate being there - it just makes it so unpleasant. Ive never seen this here!)I always choose Aldi over Meijer, Kroger, Target, and any other grocery stores in the area.The only negatives are things that they cannot change. One is that I wish they could be open until at least 9pm because I tend to have time for shopping later in the day. I know this isnt up to the workers, or even the managers so I would never hold this against them. :)The second is sometimes the one or two items Im going in for arent in stock. Once again this isnt their fault. With the pandemic and shipping days, its just the luck of the draw sometimes.This is a good location - would 100% recommend! 👏🤩

There is usually only one register open with a crowd of people around it because they have no idea where the line is supposed to form. Kmart had more organized checkouts than this place. But hey, the prices are good!

Ive shopped at Aldis beginning in the late the 70s, at the Toledo, OH location. I have always found quality essentials at a reasonable price and helpful and friendly employees. Welcome to Michigan Aldi!

Dont forget to bring a quarter to get a cart! Aldi has good prices, all your basic grocery items, the food is good and I prefer shopping at smaller stores- so 5 stars. I can find most everything I need here and every few months I make an extra trip to a large grocery store to get things Aldi doesnt have.

Aldi has always been a favorite of mine, this location deserves my same appreciation. The prices are always great, selection is always wide and the cashiers are always polite and quick. Let me not forget to mention the seasonal cheese selection, just love it.

Be ready for the Aldi nuances, but they try to pass along the savings so seems like a decent tradeoff

I have given this location 3 tries. It is beautiful. Great product. Unfortunately, every time I go to this location the boys who cashier literally throw my purchases into the replacement cart (not mine) so hard they break the boxes that they fling them onto, & damage my groceries.I am fully aware of how aldi works.. I cant make it easier to ring my groceries, loading the belt appropriately so my purchase doesnt get damaged.... bread last. My loaf of bread exploded open! It has to be poor training & young men who have clearly never grocery shopped in their life. I will stick to driving out to the westland location when need be...ugh..I was so excited when this location opened.

The worse place to go shopping. Ítems are usually out of stock, not internet in the store, so you get in Narnya because you wont be able to use your phone. The only good is the staff, the rest the whole store is really bad

This is my favorite store ever to shop at. Not only is it super affordable (all Aldi’s are), but this particular store is very clean. They’ve only been open a year or two, but they’ve kept up with it and the stock is usually pretty good. Also parking is super easy and I usually find a spot close to the door.

The store is quite small and they carry limited items. However, I was able to find most daily use / grocery needs. The fresh produce / herbs section was lacking but otherwise not too bad for a quick in and out without spending a ton.

Nice clean store thats on par with the other ALDIs in the area.Great selection and the variety of things they carry has really come a long way from when we first started shopping here. Ill go out of my way to hit Aldi for what we need. Prices cant be beat.

My one and only grocery store

Its best to go first thing in the morning mid-week. The prices are low and the store is neat and clean. This store gets lots of traffic so the shelves are almost empty of popular items by the evening.Ways to improve: there isnt someone there mandating masks prior to entry. I saw several tweens in the store without a face covering today.

The prices are sometimes lower than similar stores. However, the store appears to be severely understaffed - for example, the sanitizer dispenser was empty during my last few visits. Additionally, the shopping carts are not pre-sanitized; so if my quarter is not clean, it will spread the germs to whoever gets my cart at the checkout. Despite the pandemic, the carts are still being swapped at the checkouts. There is no signage to mark where the checking out customers should form a queue. The queue is currently being formed in an one-way aisle that has the direction arrow going the opposite way. The wait time for checking out is much longer than necessary because most of the times only one checkout is open.

This is a newer store and is clean and well stocked everytime I have ever been in it. I was able to find what I needed and was out in a few minutes. Great prices, great people who help and always something good to buy.

Aldi has excellent prices on staple foods, a nice rotating supply of luxuries and carts that cost a quarter. Everyone knows that, but they dont get enough credit for treating their employees right. They dont torture them by forcing them to stand, and they got PPE and well made shields immediately after it became clear they were needed. Bravo

A new Aldi. And Ive enjoyed the interaction with the employees. They are knowledgeable. While its still new, I feel its missing a few things other Aldis have. Its like the selection never fully arrived.Its always smelling clean and freshly washed.Online ordering has also been pleasant from this location.

They arent really a typical grocery store in that they have an eclectic mix of things for sale and not the usual name brands. Nice meat and produce prices. The store is fairly small but clean and well stocked. The carts cost 0.25 and they dont have bags so byo

Aldi has become our new go-to grocery store this year. Great prices, quality products, very clean, and streamlined traffic flow with good compliance of Covid safety precautions.

I was really impressed with this store. My girlfriend and I were excited because we didnt know it was so close to home. Everything was great until Marlon at checkout. Completely rude. Seemed like he was asleep. Tossed groceries into cart without regard to those being my items that I am about to pay for. I shouldnt have to check all my items to make sure something isnt punctured or broken to stain up my truck or home when I get there. This kid needs a day off or something because he doesnt want to work. Ill give this store another shot because it was a beautiful store. Hopefully they get rid of this guy. He is worthless.

Very nice and clean place to shop

Cashiers could be more personable. I had a small empty box to put my groceries in and the cashier put items in the cart next to the empty box. It would have taken no extra effort to put in the box. I do like shopping at Aldis for the convenience and the size of the store and choices available. Not all the cashiers were unpersonable. Some do need some coaching.

Need to give wifi access to instacart customers. Aldi cost me a tip because lack of cell service

What can I say this is a great Aldie. They have great prices and the store layout is great compared to other Aldi’s. It’s always very clean and the staff is very friendly. This is all they go to all the time and I’m glad it’s such a good one.

Great sale on oranges and apples, though I did also buy a variety that had a lower regular price. As with any store double check fresh fruit, first bag of oranges had 2 soft/ bad ones, so I grabbed 2 other bags that looked great.Double check for stickers with reduced prices, I grabbed a loaf of Fit & Active wheat bread for under 80 cents after the dollar off, which I put in the freezer.

Perennial favorite for price and quality

Wow the new store is great, quite a bit bigger then the one we always do to. Grand opening is tomorrow we went today soft opening and they will be ready for the big day tomorrow, will fir sure go back there again when on that side town.

I love to go to Aldi to get something quick and healthy but this particular location is horrible. There’s always just one lane open and it takes forever to checkout even if I have to buy just one carton of milk!!

Good value on decent quality products. Aldi used to be lowest cost items but now it appears to be focused on higher quality goods at lower than average prices. Since the shift I have not purchased anything at Aldi that I didnt like quite well.

All Aldis are great, but this one is top notch. Clean, easy to navigate, friendly staff, fresh produce, well stocked. Im so glad that Ypsilanti finally has an Aldi location and this one surpasses all expectations!
