A 5 star rating would’ve been given if it weren’t for the fact that their shop hours stated on the web and what is on the store sign are not the same. Took my 9 year old there got a bonus after homework was done thinking I had an hour, nope they closed at 8, just as I was pulling up.

Fun 4 All is a great comic and games shop. They are always helpful if Ive questions about comics, back issues, game releases, and the like. They receive a broad selection of new comics every week, and theres no pressure if I want to stop by and browse. They are happy to keep a reserve box for customers and set aside specific new releases as they arrive. Theyve always been happy to place special orders if theres a comic, tabletop RPG book, or something else they didnt have in stock.

This is a smaller unassuming shop I really like it because I feel like its organized well as far as trades and single issues go it looks like they have a nice game room set up in the back. Every time Ive gone here the customer service is excellent and the selection is great. Ah there are things here that I havent found at vault for example stumptown and I was really pleased that fun for all had this in stock and because they did I have been able to continue reading the series.

If you are looking for older comic books (pre 2017), then go somewhere else. But they do have quite a large selection of new releases. Unfortunately, the new releases are on shelves that force customers to bend the books as they are looking through them. This creates deep spine ticks, so collectors beware.If you are looking for anything else... card games, magic, pokemon, etc... then this is a good place to go.They staff is really friendly and helpful!

Dont come here if you like your own hard-earned money, because youll be charged for 3 times the raw price on just about any magic single. MTG singles are organized through a set of binders with priced out paper labels on the proxy display card; this is a problem because the raw market prices of these cards are constantly fluctuating and patrons end up getting severely ripped off with outdated prices. Also not a great overall atmosphere as the manager was scolding the employee assisting me for the entirety of my visit. Bad selection, bad prices, bad customer service.

Ive shopped here for years, before the Pokemon hype and everything. It was always clean, friendly people. However, recently they have become sheep with the Pokemon hype and now charge $125 for an ETB of Hidden Fates. You got an order of 200 and you cant even sell them at a fair price? Whack. You lost my business with this. You for sure got it cheaper than $100 so for you to take advantage of the people that BRING YOU BUSINESS - is terrible. Please introduce better business ethics if you plan to stay in business. I will spread the word of this.

I come here for mtg. They have a huge variety of sealed and singles but they overcharge and dont update prices ever. And if you say something theyll get defensive and from one of my experiences hostile and told to leave. The usual excuse is they only have one guy who does price changes and hes not in. I get not adjusting price for a week incase its a minor fluctuation and comes back up but theyve had cards that dropped and stayed there but they refuse to update prices months later. Example a card around $40 dropped to under $10, never went back up but 4 months later they still want over $40 and say the price guy hasnt been in. If he hasnt been in in 4 months, he dont work there and you do it. As for other products they over charge a bit like how you can grab a pre-release set spindown d20 for $.25-$1 pretty much everywhere else but they want $2 each. They have a huge variety of sleeves at msrp so if you just want sleeves theyre ok. Overall they have 5 star product variety with 1 star management. And if you want singles its like dealing with a car salesman.

This has become my go to place for magic: the gathering recently, and they have a very large amount of sealed product and a decent selection of singles in store. I havent actually played in an event since they moved locations, but it always used to be a good environment. Staff there is always friendly and helpful. If youre looking for a good game shop, you cant really go wrong here.

Prices are overly high, and staff seem reluctant to review prices. Granted, seemed helpful, but when you would question the prices and range of products they became defensive and questioning toward me. Every experience I have had their has been like this, my last time is my last time.

This is a very fun place to go. They know their regular customers by name. They have a very good knowledge of all comics even the childrens ones. They can order you any comics you may want and will even keep a box for your subscriptions weather they be weekly or monthly releases. I also like the fact, that, while I thought I would be judged for liking the Disney Princess comics, they instead recommended it saying that it was good.

The guy at the counter literally followed me around the store the entire time I was browsing and then when I finally went to make the purchase which was pokemon cards he wanted to ID me because I went to pay with cash first but was 4 dollars short so I had to pay with my card. He was clearly seeing if I was the owner of the card because he compared my name from my card to my ID which is absolutely completely unnecessary and honestly none of his business. I cant lie Im not going to be back into this place because of the guy with long curly blonde hair. The guy gave me weird looks the second I came in and shadowed me the entire time without even asking if I needed help and no one else was in there just us two. Not a good way to treat your customers who go in and spend hundreds of dollars, first and last time customer here and Im telling everyone I know to stay FAR FAR away from this shady place!!

Excellent selection of board games and board game expansions. A decent selection of RPGs as well, although as a store not dedicated to gaming their selection is great but only for a few main titles.Youre not likely to find much outside of the Pathfinder, D&D games. That said, they are happy to expand their selection if you have a game you love. Everyone that works there have always been polite and knowledgeable. They have a nice game space in back plus a fair selection of the usual game and comic store extras like action figures, minis, and nerd gear. I dont collect comics these days but they seem to have a decent selection with a good stock of graphic novels and collected issues.

My review is written from the perspective of a board gamer. I hear they have a weekly game night, but it falls on a day I am unable to attend. Their game selection is decent, but most of the games are sun damaged.They charge full msrp, but even they admit that they dont really cater to the board game community. Service is really nonexistent.

Fantastic LGS. Worth making a trip to for locals, or if you just want to check out some comics or look for a new board game to try with friends and/or family. Staff is friendly and knows their stuff, place is well organized and trade ins from my experience have been more than fair.

Not bad, its a bright atmosphere, decent supply of nerdy stuff and snacks. Wish they had a better variety of table tops to work with, but the place is geared toward fitting in card tournaments and not as much other game formats, like DnD which I think is done better on a round or square table. But I never judge comics places too harshly. They work with what theyve got, always a commendable place that undertakes this effort for nerds and geeks alike.

Im not sure how they stack up as a comic book store but they are an excellent tabletop gaming store. Very good board game selection and a knowledgeable staff who can be helpful without showing off, which is not always the case. They also seem to have an active magic the gathering scene and sell sealed product as well at single cards.

I always think its professional when you get a store clerk willing to let you video and do pictures plus a great review and 5 stars with just a friendly sure. If you are into card paying and into games this is it. Even puzzles.

I just visited Fun 4 All for the first time and I must say that they definitely have the best selection of comics in the Ann Arbor area and the staff is very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Im relatively new to comics and James gave me great suggestions on what I might like to read next based on my tastes. I will for sure be coming back in the near future.

Probably the best Comic book shop in the state. An insane amount of titles come in every Wednesday, thousands of trades, any MTG or other TCG product you could want, and a wide open section in the back for gaming sessions with other folks.

I have been a long time customer for Fun4All comics and games for a good 6 years and counting they have one of the widest selections of Comic books, card games, board games, figurines in southern Michigan I have ever seen. I have developed a great friendship with each of the staff members as well as the owner all whom are wonderful people and very knowledgeable of their merchandise. I havent had a single bad experience in the store. The regulars are very great people who want to have a good time and conversation for the things they love. It truly is a great atmosphere for all ages, family friendly you cannot go wrong. I highly recommend this store to anyone, especially if you are new to the hobby youre interested in. I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff is there and how passionate they are about what they do. Stop by make some friends and enjoy your experience. I promise it wont be your last visit.

This has been my local go to shop for over five years. They know who their customers are, by name, and it shows. Every time I’ve needed a recommendation they know just what I’d like based on what I’ve read. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

If I could give lower star rating I would. The man answered the phone with an attitude and is a complete prick. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Had nothing to do with the cards. Called many other places and never had a problem until the man gave me lip. Place in Canton bought my cards for top dollar. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fun 4 all had been my go to place for comics, role playing games, and despite my spouses objections, my home for magic cards.Experienced and knowledgeable staff, a diverse selection of products, and a staff that will help you find what you need. For instance, when I was looking for a good place to start with the whole batman mythos, they told what books I should read, what to avoid, and related books and characters.There is one small spot on the otherwise spotless record. There is one employee in particular who is not really good with women, casual magic players, or trans people. Other than that one person, the whole staff is very good!They have leagues, rpg groups, and a board that helps link people with others for specific games. I really love this, as I am always looking for games to play, and usually it is a less common game with a smaller recruiting pool.

My all time favourite gaming shop. Ive yet been to a Gaming store with friendlier environment or a more varied selection. Fun4All carries a diver selection of comics, card, board, and dice games, as well as a ton of really cool nerdy/video game memorabilia.Ive spent hundreds here and dont regret it--the place feels very friends & family style in its ownership, and eveyone working there is both knowledgeable and personable, in my experiences to the shop. They always seem engaged with their costumers and can either answer your questions immediately, or point you in the right direction.I would definently suggest this shop as a place to stop.

This is a great local spot for comics, collectible card games, and board games. I stopped in to trade in some of my old MTG cards and get something new.The place looks small from the outside, but its huge. The gaming area in the back can easily accommodate 100 sitting players.It was Sunday when I visited, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a full on MTG draft tournament going on in the back along with a Pokemon tournament happening on the opposite side of the room. In the middle, you had a good group of friends playing standard MTG amongst each other and another group of people playing practice games of Pokemon. Another table was playing a board game that looked like a super-cute version of Settlers of Catan, although Im sure they wouldnt describe it that way.The comic book section seemed solid, though Im admittedly not enough of a comic book guy to truly judge. Theres even a small manga section with standards like Blade of the Immortal, Lone Wolf and Cub, and Attack on Titan.The staff was super helpful and upbeat, especially considering the enormous task I gave them of sorting through a bunch of cards that spanned about five years of MTG sets but had no discernable order in the binder. ( I swear there was some logic to it when I first put them in the binder. ) They were the opposite of The Simpsons Comic Book Guy character so... Best Service Ever

I really enjoy the Wed night board game nights where you can buy a board game there for a discount or bring in your own game from home to play. The attendees are a good bunch of people. I also join in on the TCG tournaments they host every Fri evening as well. Theres typically 15-20 players. The prices are all full retail, so dont expect to pay online prices, but its great that they help engage the local nerd community. They do have a huge selection and even have some older or rare stuff that theyre selling for regular full retail, but its selling online for more, so you can get the occasional nice find. The staff lately has been really awesome and knowledgeable, if not a bit too enthusiastic at times :-P

The owner is sometimes the nicest guy and sometimes a douchebag. The employees are all pretty knowledgeable and helpful. They have a lot of comics and a large number of board games. If you play magic, they have a good supply of a variety of cards you wouldnt expect but its mostly FNM and Modern for the crowd.

There are so many racist and disrespectful people there who attend the weekly card game tournaments. I like to come to Fun4All to find some good cards for Magic and rarely play with some friends there. One weekend I came and there was a bunch of rude players who disrespected people of color and the owner/employee (I assume the older gentleman is the owner) did nothing to alleviate the situation. One gentlemen viewed my discomfort as I listened to his friend say some disgusting things about Asian women and he said out loud, and I quote I wish punk a** b**** wouldnt come here. I only speculate that he was referring to me but I am quite sure he was seeing as that I sat near to him and there were no other people in the general vicinity that would categorize as a punk a** b****If you want to go somewhere you feel disrespected and not safe, please by all means, go to Fun4All. However, there are better locations that have a more variety of selections such as Midnight Vault for comics and Get your Game On for Magic the Gathering.
