My experience with Cueter is and always has been perfection, everyone is so friendly and helpful, every step of the process was wonderful. This is the second Jeep Ive gotten from there. I wanted to like this place. My car was towed here 9/28/21 since it was the closet dealership. I just went to pick my car up today 10/11/21 about 7pm after a fuel pump replacement. I needed gas drove to the nearest gas station after about 10 dollars were put in I hear a loud rainfall noise and see gas all over the ground. They offered no loaners, no nothing. And had the nerve to change my plate cover to a Cueter one. What a joke! The waiting game begins again

My wife has had the itch for buying a new Jeep Wrangler for awhile now, After looking around online we seen one at Cueter that sounded like a good deal. She called to confirm last night that they still had it so we drove out to Ypsilanti from Westland to check it out. Most dealerships these days a sales person walks right out to greet you in the parking lot. But not Cueter! But thats not so big of a deal, So we decided to go inside to inquire about the wrangler. So we walked in the showroom and there were about 4 or 5 people in the immediate area but only one was with a customer. A few looked up at us but not one would even say hello. We waited another few minutes and thought its time to look elsewhere. Only after we left and were getting in our vehicle to leave did someone come out the door to try to acknowledge us. A few family members have dealt with Cueter in the past. I truly hope they got better service?

I have had my Dodge Ram in a number of time for repairs, big and small. The service has always been fantastic and repairs completed right the first time. They have the friendliest and most professional staff I have ever dealt with. I wont take vehicles anywhere else!

I had my 2007 Commander serviced here, Dominic the customer service representative kept me up to speed on the progress of the work. They had to order a part and he let me know when it came in and when my vehicle would be ready. They did keep my car longer than expected, but they kept me updated so I knew that progress was being made. I will be taking my vehicle their for my next service.

In the past I went through Cueter Chrysler & I was very pleased. These people went out of their way to get a NO MONEY DOWN approval WITH over $4,000 negative equity roll over. NOT an easy feat, even for the professionals. Nice, kind staff. Will take care of you. If its possible to get you financed they will get it done.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot on Christmas Eve, made the commercial true. Not only were Jerry, Randy and the finance lady extraordinary, they listened to me and gave me the perfect vehicle within my budget and my personality. Ive owned Honda sedans and was really hesitant, Randy helped me step out of my comfort zone into a Jeep I absolutely love. I would recommend this dealer and will return for future purchases. I just recently purchased a new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Unlimited! It is always stressful when finding a new car let alone a dealership that you find comfortable and offer great customer service. I visited other dealership and also did additional research before visiting Custer Chrysler dealership. I was impressed especially with my dealership Mr. Don Byrd. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Which I appreciated!

We’ve been coming to Cueter for all of our vehicles for a long time, and for good reason. They have always gone out of their way to take care of us, and our recent visit was no different. We needed to take in our daughter’s Jeep to get looked at, and the service department diagnosed and serviced the issue very quickly and professionally. Chad went out of his way to communicate with us through the process, even taking pictures to help us understand the issue. Another fantastic experience.

Dropped off my Grand Cherokee for an oil change and diagnostic for a leak coming from the font of my car. They told me the price would be $166 and I agreed to this($36 for oil change and $130 to check the leak). I told them the fluid that was leaking was red so it was either transmission fluid or coolant so to check both of those out. They called and informed me that it was transmission fluid and it would cost $2700 to fix. I told them I was going to get a second opinion since it was so pricy. When I came to pick up my car, they informed me that they did not do the oil change so I would not be charged for one. When I asked why they did not do the oil change they said they did not know. This was frustrating because they had my car for 3 days and did not do the MAIN thing I dropped it off for. All they had to say was sorry about that. can you bring it back another day? I then took my car to a friend who is a mechanic and he saw the transmission fluid leak AND a coolant leak. The coolant leak was an easy fix and he did it for free but he said I got lucky that I didnt lose all my coolant because the coolant line was hanging on by a thread. It is ridiculous that Cueter did not find this when I specifically told them to check the coolant lines. Additionally, my friend said it would be $700 to fix the transmission fluid leak ($2000 less than Cueter). Do not use Cueter for service. They will overquote you, not check what you asked them to check, and somehow forget to do your oil change. They are the biggest waste of time and money.EDIT: Chad the service manager reached out to me due to my poor review. He apologized for the poor service and made it seem like they cared about customer satisfaction. He even offered to refund me for what I paid for the diagnostic. It has been over a month and I still have not received the refund. I have called them once a week and chad has not picked up the phone or answered my voicemails. Do not think that because there are responses to the 1 star reviews that this means that they care about making things right. They do not care about their customers.

The collision part of this company is completely horrible. Their communication sucks. Said will call back with updates and they don’t…had to keep calling myself! They took forever to order parts and when they did theh ordered the wrong part….part of it was missing. Troy is never in or helpful have to go to everyone else to get answers. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM!!!

This has been one of the worst and time consuming ordeals. I initially brought my Jeep Compass Trailhawk here for minor front end damage from a semi dumping stone on the expressway. I thought that because this was a Jeep Dealership Collision Center I would receive top end service and my car would be taken care of. This unfortunately was not the case at any point in my experience with Cueter.I was initially quoted 3-5 business days. It took 10 but I was patient believing they wanted to take their time and make sure my car was taken care of. I received a call that my car was done. Upon reviewing my car… almost nothing was done. In fact parts of my car were missing… the Jeep nameplate from my hood and the hood decal that is indicative of a Trailhawk Jeep. Most of the paint chips still remained. The dealership had been paid for work they never completed.So I brought my Jeep back yet again after promises this would be a better experience. Again I was told this would be about a week turn time and they already had the parts ready to go. I picked up my Jeep… 10 days later after me calling to check on the status multiple times because nobody follows up with you. I was once again told everything was done.This time my car looked great but once I arrived home I realized they never hooked my headlights, turn signals and fog lights back up. So again I had to bring my Jeep back.Four weeks Cueter had my car and with four separate trips the dealership failed me and my expectations every single time.I am beyond disappointed with this experience and will never recommend them to anyone. The client care is completely lacking and the attention to detail is not there. If you have a choice in where to take your car, DO NOT bring it to this dealership. Client service is not a priority.

Do not lease a vehicle here or at least from Tiyanna (however you spell it) because you will be lied to. I leased a used car and had mentioned to he that the key fob battery low light was still on and the tire pressure light was on but the censors didn’t read anything. I was told that if they did not go away that it would be fixed for free. That was a lie. I am leasing a Chevy Malibu so Cueter doesn’t have the equipment to program the keys. So finally was able to have the money to go get one at a Chevy dealership ($215 later) and I had them check the tire pressure sensors too because they’ve been on the entire time I’ve owned this car. You know what they told me? They told me that they aren’t programmed so nothing will show up so that means either A.) they forgot to program them. B.) they’re faulty and don’t work or C.) there is none on the tires. Idk how this passed the inspection they supposedly do. I shouldn’t haven’t to be putting in over $400 into a car that shouldn’t have been leased to me with these issues.

I recently bought a 2020 Gladiator. I was very specific with the color and features I was looking for and my Sales Associate Colleen Pisazczalski was extremely helpful! Would have been 5 stars if the wait for my vehicle was not so long. I dropped it off on a Monday and a technician didnt touch it for first inspection/diagnosis until Friday afternoon. I understand they were extremly busy, but I was without a car (warranty didnt pick up coverage of a rental until Friday) which was going to make the week very difficult. Once the technician had diagnosed the problem, servicing of the vehicle was completed by the following Monday morning; and there was a lot wrong with the vehicle, so having a technician spend most of their Saturday fixing it was a nice surprise. And not only completed, but completed very well and I now have a safe vehicle. Also my service advisor, Ish, was more than helpful and courteous during the entire time. He deserves so many kudos for the way he handled such an extordinarily busy week. I will always recomment Cueter to my family and friends.

I am pretty disappointed with the service center at this location. We have made 3 different appointments to come in and have our exhaust looked at. My husband went in the previous 2 times since I was working. He was told both of those times that they would need us to leave the vehicle with them for several days because they were backed up. Jump to today. I took the vehicle in today. We had a check engine light come on the other day, the code was for a stuck open thermostat. It cleared after several days of driving. When I arrived at the dealer ship, there was only 1 other car in the service bay. The young man working (I will keep his name out of this, he seemed nice and wanted to help), told me that they have cars that have been in since Monday, it is now Friday, that havent even been looked at yet and they would need to keep the car over the weekend, maybe longer. Unfortunately, my husband has an appointment on Monday for a surgery thats important so I didnt want to be without a car for an extended period of time. I rescheduled to bring the car back in Wednesday, which will give me time to call the warranty company to see if they will help cover a rental car with our vehicle being out so long. Previous places Ive bought cars from (this was in Texas), they would provide a loaner car. Of course, they also serviced our vehicles same day.Cueter, you need to hire more mechanics, or get a couple of used cars and turn them into loaner vehicles for people who could be potential repeat buyers for situations like these. This experience, 3 times, has left me with little faith in your locations ability to handle customers with great customer service. Please fix these issues, we love our jeep, and we wanted to get another one, and we will, but Im not sure if it will be from you.

I’m not someone that gives bad reviews lightly, I’ve been a long time customer of this dealership and it’s really gone downhill the last several years. This peaked when I went to sell a used truck the other day. The person I scheduled the appointment with was a no show, then without telling me prior they refused to appraise my vehicle due to the fact I didn’t have the title on me (no warning ahead of time). This is because they make you decide on the spot to take the offer or leave it like Kelly blue book is an industry secret. I went down the street to suburban and had a completely different experience, had an instant appraisal, got an offer that followed me home, called the next day to accept. Avoid this place

Hello, This might seem like a long story but it has an happy ending, I wanted a car but I didn’t know where to go so my uncle told me to go to a dealership, and see what they have to offer. So I call up there and I spoke to Colleen ( Sells Representative) who set me up an appointment and told me to come in the next day, when I got there I was greeted by Colleen herself and she told everything I need to know about financing a car. I told what kind of car I was looking for and what my budget, Colleen went straight to work find me the right car with the price. So she say we have a couple cars out front if you want to see, she show all the cars (with were fantastic cars) but then she show me 2017 Jeep renegade, I look at the car and she say you wanna drive it? Take it for a spin and I’ll check on your paperwork, so I took it for a short ride and Instantly instantly fell in love with the car.Came back to the dealership and she show me a couple more cars, but my mind was made up I wanted the 2017 Jeep renegade, so we went back inside and started the processing everything for the car. Purchased a Jeep Gladiator from this dealer. Overall a good experience purchasing my vehicle from them with a few things they can do better.1) They do a security feature in their vehicles; they don’t give you the option or not and I was told that it was included in the price. It isn’t. You will pay for it as it is on the invoice.2) There is a disconnect from what your salesmen says and what is on the final contract. I was told a few things would be paid for by the dealer (like my salesmen said they would cover the $60 tag transfer but again, I paid that). If I wasn’t trading my vehicle in (which they were true to what they said they would give me) I would have walked away due to all these little things that weren’t honored during our negotiations.3) When picking up my Gladiator no one knew any of the features; no one could walk me through the vehicle. Also, it came from another dealer and I was told it would get a full tank of gas. Nope. 1/2 tank.Would I buy from them again? I would try again but this time I would record what the salesman agreed to and then ensure what was different on the contract was honored or I would walk.

Had a lousy experience in Plymouth, immediately got connected by internet sales department to the sales floor manager, who listed to my wants and needs, and got me in the vehicle I wanted with a great deal. Don Byrd took over as my salesperson, and communicated very effectively and efficiently from step one to driving away in my new truck. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dodge, Chrysler, or jeep!

Back in July, I called Cueter and made an appointment to talk to a salesperson. I had every intention of buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler, but for some reason, this dealership didnt take me seriously. I had expressed my desire to test drive a two-door over the phone, but when I arrived, Ahkeem said they had sold their only two-door earlier that day. ...OK, since I was already there, I test drove a four-door (sure enough, I didnt like it) and asked Ahkeem to call me when they got a two-door in that I could test drive. I followed up the next week with an email... and then a call... and then I NEVER heard back. Instead, I was placed on an automatic text message mailing list! Anyway, thanks SO MUCH to Lucy over at LaFontaine Saline for actually taking me seriously and getting me my brand new Jeep Wrangler.

I’ve been looking for a well maintained, used VW New Beetle for a few years now and stumbled across one at this dealership. I was nervous to visit, as I think everybody is when car shopping, but when I first arrived, I was immediately put at ease by my sales person, Shelby Egolf. She was transparent, knowledgeable and kind. Never did I feel like I was simply a transaction and the hours spent at the dealership flew by painlessly. I had a oil change appointment set up a week in advance, They knew what type of car I had and what type of oil change I wanted, I get there waited almost a hour for them to come and tell me they did not have the Synthetic oil and could not do my oil change and when I ask for a Manger they said he is not here andthey would have him call me Im still waiting on a Manger to call me, I left work early for nothing I had to go to another Chrysler dealership to get it done.

We were a hour late for our schedule appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.Don provide us with exceptional services despite our late arrival to the dealership.He was thorough, pleasant and patient throughout the entire purchasing process.Don is the reason we continue purchasing our vehicles from Cueter dealership.

Recently we just got back our 2016 Ram Eco Diesel. The truck was at Cueter for emission issues. Would like to give a top rating to the customer service from Ish Hussein. He was very cooperative and kept us updated of the progress of the repairs.This was not the same for the service manager who never responded to phone calls. The service manager would be rated a zero. After having very little success working with another dealership, I decided to check out Cueter. I found a wonderful red Hyundai Elantra, and put in a request online to check it out. I recieved a call within the hour! About a week later, I was given the keys to my car.I worked with Eddie Woods. Hes a wonderful man and he will not stop until youre happy. The A/C in the vehicle wasnt working, but they were able to send it back to the manufacturer to get it fixed. Shortly after, it stopped working again and they were able to get it fixed a second time, all at no cost to me. I highly recommend Cueter.

Salesman and manager were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They explained things well and presented options in an excellent manner. They were very kind to my son, who is 7, and he left the dealership with a coloring book and puzzle which he enjoyed at home. This is my second buying experience at Cueter and I will be back, not only for reasonable offers but because of the exceptional staff at the dealership.

Lousy service!I refrain from posting negative reviews.If I cant say something nice,then I keep quiet.Not today,though.Suffice to say I will not be going back to this dealership.I do not feel I can trust what the service people tell me.Always ready to fob the most expensive parts and services unto an unsuspecting customer.I have no issues with people working on commission trying to make an extra dollar,but be honest and put yourself in the customers shoes.

Avoid this place they will rush you into doing paper work and getting the car you want is NOT guaranteed. They sold the car I was going to purchase and lied about it still being available. They didn’t tell me until I was five mins away what was going on and that another salesman had sold the car. BIG waste of time very disappointed. Wish I could give zero stars!

I came to this dealership because I was very frustrated and unhappy with the poor service I had received from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Farmington Hills and Im so happy I met Donald Byrd. Although the Durango I originally ordered was stuck in the Chrysler lot somewhere, Donald kept me updated regarding what was going on so that I didnt have to constantly call him. Although I didnt get the truck I originally ordered Donald was able to get me almost exactly what I wanted and I do love the truck I did get. I will definitely recommend/refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to contact Donald Byrd cause hes the man! THANK YOU DONALD BYRD!!!!

If you are looking to buy a car, I wouldnt go anywhere else. This dealership goes above and beyond. Helped me with a really difficult situation when I ended up with a lemon from somewhere else that ended up in the shop for months. They searched for a new jeep for me and brought it in from hours away. The sales agent Don and sales manager Jason were so kind and fought through the hectic process with the FCA. There was no obligation for this dealership to help me, but when I asked, they did not hesitate to agree to help me.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. This dealership try to click bait consumer on their false eprice amount on Autotrader. The best part is that they wont even honor the price. The attached picture show the amount of $36,959, but when you contact the dealership the vehicle is $41,809. This is a crock way to get consumer to drive to the dealership or chat with a sale rep. Next time if you make a mistake own up to it!

Great buying experience.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change (and yet another 2 recalls on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica...thats a different complaint). Picked up my vehicle and my light grey trim was covered in oil. The seat was adjusted in every which way possible, including a significant back recline. The steering wheel was also adjusted. The AC was changed, set to a very low temp and on high. The tire pressure gauge was showing on the dash panel (instead of the MPH) and all tires were showing a different pressure, one tire was registering low...clearly the tire pressure was not set as indicated on my receipt. My vehicle was with the service department for a full day. I question what was done with my vehicle. Extremely dissatisfied.

Was new to the area and looking to buy a new Ram 1500. Originally picked this dealer to test drive one and the sales representative (Zach M.) seemed upfront and honest. They didnt have a truck with the exact features I wanted but said they would look and see what they could find. Meanwhile, I test drove a vehicle and tried to negotiate with another dealer which didnt work out and I was not impressed. Went back to Zach and he found a vehicle, initiated a dealer trade and helped negotiate the price between myself and the dealer. Compared to other dealers on a similar build, their advertised Employee Price was more of a discount as well. First dealer was 10.7% compared to Cueters 12.9%.Long story short, I was not eligible for discounts from the parent company Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) because of my line of work (pretty suprised and should be changed... ). Although this wasnt the dealers fault, I still wanted part of that discount as we agreed upon a price that was in my range. I went to pick up the vehicle and finalize the deal and met with the sales manager (Justin S.) for the first time. After some talking he was willing to basically split the difference of the discount we were expecting from FCA which is what I was hoping for. DISCLAIMER: I did not go in here demanding an employee or friend discount, the dealership as well as myself both learned I was ineligible together so they knew I wasnt trying to scam a discount.Ended up with about a 13% discount off MSRP only having $1500 in rebates. I applaud the Dealership on their ability to reach a deal, Zach for his hard work and honesty along the way, and the sales manager for being professional and willing to negotiate. Zach was probably the single best vehicle sales representative I have experienced dealing withThere was a seal for the sunroof drain on the truck that wasnt installed correct from the factory and the service department is fitting me in today although they are full they said. I was also missing the bed extender that comes with the truck because of the Bed Utility Group and RamBox storage but they wrote up a We owe you and I have no doubt Ill get it shortly.Overall it was one of my better car buying experiences and so long as the maintenance department has a high standard too, I plan to not only buy any future FCA cars here but to recommend friends do the same.
