Tojo and his team were great! Got all the carpets replaced in my home for a great value! From getting the quote to the install, I had a great experience! The crew was quick and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. So wonderful to come home too soft and beautiful carpet! will use them again for future flooring needs!

Togo was very responsive. We had one room that had to be done right away and he was able to take care of it quickly and then schedule the other rooms for a few weeks later. One low price for removal, carpet and installation. Some mix up when we were hoping to purchase recycled content carpet, but he was understanding and tried to work with us to fix it.

I ordered 2 rugs made from carpet remnants. They had a great selection of carpet to choose from and the binding was done very well! I’m very happy and will definitely recommend to friends!

I will never use them for a flooring job ever again. First he could not get the right floor we picked out for the kitchen, he kept trying to tell us we ordered something else. Luckily we took pictures of the sample to force him to do it right. The total job was $7,400. He broke the refrigerator line installing the kitchen floor and refused to pay for damages that cost us $100. The transition piece on a brown rug and brown floor he used aluminum and white and one piece was missing. They looked horrible. Any floor guy knows you match the color to the toe kick under cabinets. He used the cheapest possible and we had to redo it that costs us another $300. Which he refused to make right. He is not professional, he smiled to my face and said he would match up the trim and it would look beautiful. It was horrible. He refused to make it right. Don’t use them if you expect quality, you will be disappointed, and it feels like a rip-off.

VERY Unprofessional!! Scheduled 3 different appointments with them and they never showed up or even took the time to call and cancel! A bunch of excuses and false promises. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Good price for the carpet but very bad installation, I spent around $8100 to do my house first and second floor and the basement and the manger of the store sent only one guy to install the carpet, and you think about it .....the installer got very tired and fainted and started doing the job any how any way....after he finished I found many bad spots that he didnt do a good at all and the manger gave me hard time to send somebody to get it fixed . good business but using cheap labor low quality installer .
