I always enjoy coming here because the employees are always nice. My partner likes to talk to Brian a lot because they both play the same video game, haha. Anyway, since I take a lot of medication, either my partner or I stop by the pharmacy a lot to pick them up. The people there are nice, too.The store isnt perfect, but who is?

The pharmacy has NO type of concern for customers. Talk to one staff member and they said they would take care of my need in 5 to 10 minutes. So, I waited 20 minutes to call back to see if completed the answer was NO and I have to wait another 20 to 25 minutes for they could work on it. All I needed from them was to put my Rx on hold to another Rite Aid that had my medication on hand since they did not have it at their location.M9/23My Rx was order Tuesday and I still have not received my Rx nor anyone called back. Guess they figure its not them without their meds.9/24So glad I switch pharmacy.

I just recently found this Rite Aid. They have a great pharmacy. Everyone that I have talked to is very friendly, especially the young Chinese pharmacist. She is busy helping customers all the time so I haven’t got a chance to ask her name. She is very friendly and professional and patient in answering my questions. Best of all, she gets things done very quickly so I never need to wait, definitely recommend this Rite Aid!

I’ve been able to schedule COVID tests with ease here, with little wait. Good organization and cleanliness and WONDERFUL service, from Cameron specifically (very very courteous and helpful) and others.

The pharmacists who work here are fantastic. The store needs updating though.

New management is terrible I’m never going to this store again

Its your average drug store, nothing particularly special about it. Kinda pricey, but thats all Rite Aids. However, I can say that the pharmacy manager, Sara, is very nice and very helpful. Shes friendly, fast and even called me at home to let me know about a problem with my script, instead of making me travel all the way there to find out about it.

I had a simple prescription filled yesterday. I had two medications filled. Two pills each. And they were put into the wrong bottles. I took the incorrect dose of both medications. I will never have prescriptions filled here again. I also was told they would be ready at 3:15pm when I called at 3pm. They werent ready till 4. I sat in a parking lot for an hour for my prescriptions to be wrong.

About a week ago I went into this location and the cashier was upset and cussing out loud. The manager came out and asked multiple times to stop that behavior on the floor but she continued to carry on. I felt very uncomfortable and could see she did not value her job. She did not respect herself or anyone else. This is what this generation has come to. I go in there today, the same cashier and another guy that work there were so preoccupied with their cell phones. It looked so unperfessional. The one cashier that is Caucasian, is so friendly and nice. He engages with the customers. I dont know the other two name, that is why Im describing them. The young lady is tall and slim, fairly new and the young man is heavier set. Both are African American. This makes you not want to come in your store. Get people that want to work and value their work place...

Your Standard Pharmacy Store. Bought A Couple Of Things At this One and The Workers and the Staff were very nice and Courteous. I Recommend This Pharmacy if you are in a hurry thats For Sure .

You guys should allow employees to put in a store card when people don’t have rite aid cards. We’re in the middle of a pandemic have some compassion.

Rite Aid is disobeying state guidelines for Covid vaccines, refusing vaccines to individuals with hypertension (a state qualifying condition for the vaccine) - this condition is not even on their list when applying for an appointment, forcing vulnerable people to be rejected.

Update: there were obviously some issues going on last time I cane here, I did end up coming back for another covid test and was in and out on my lunch break. Both times, results came back within 3-5 days. Also, both times, staff was professional and polite. Everywhere has bad days, they have shown that is not the norm for them.Will take forever to wait in line here for a covid test. Even with a scheduled appointment, have barely moved, 1 hour and counting. Find sonewhere more organized if you need to get tested.

I was waiting in line yesterday and there were two customers together checking out cashier was chatted up with them, one of the girls forgot something and went to get it, I must have been standing there five minutes I put my things on the floor and I walked out, the cashier followed me and he said he had to put things the stuff away I said go ahead then he started taking pictures of my vehicle I believe in customer service Ive never had any good customer service at that store Im sad to say

Great for a quick stop. Right down the street, super convenient. Employees are nice.

When I was in there today. One of Their employees was rude and disrespectful. She also talked down to me. Also wasn’t very helpful. Her name is Charlotte. I will never go in there again.
