Very helpful, helped me find the color I wanted as well as offering all of the supplies I would need for it. As well as helping me figure out which would be the best developer for my hair type and color that I was using.

I was feeling really sick in my stomach in the store, while I was shopping. I asked a female associate to please allow me to use the restroom there. The associate took the time to explain that Sally’s did not have a public restroom, which I never expected, and while I was about to puke. What I did expect was the human nature to help me in a bad situation. Then she told me about the restroom next door in another store. When I walked into the other store, a male associate immediately recognized that something was wrong and not only let me use the restroom, but escorted me to it. I am of the no excuse for poor service when someone is in need. I hope they know that every product that they sell in their store can be purchased online as well. Boycott fit me.

Hours say 10am open and its now 1230 and theres still nobody here. Corporate needs to pay these people more money

The woman who was working there was and always is extremely helpful. It helps that she knows about textured/ ethnic hair and she can suggest products that work for my similar hair texture.

I found Sallys to have a fairly large selection of hair color and accessories and hair care products. Unfortunately, there are limited choices of cosmetics. I havent evaluated the nail polish and nail care section. The employees are helpful and courteous. There is ample parking and close to I-94. I think the biggest problem is that the store is too small for what Sallys can offer. Its worth the visit though.

I love everyone here especially Amber, they are so honest and helpful. They know what products are good and go out of there way to help and be attentive. Ambers hair is amazing. Thank you :)

Im actually thankful for the maltreatment I experienced at Sally Beauty today. As a person of color who has been lucky enough to improve his lot in life, its easy to forget that some store staff will always see you as a person who wants to steal merchandise. Im grateful that Sally Beauty helped me remember what it was like for me growing up in Tennessee in the 1980s.

Carrie was amazing! I got everything I needed to color my hair on my own, including a sulfate free shampoo! Would definitely recommend!

I went in here and the staff treated me like family and they worked as a team to get the results I wanted. I even called the store to ask them about processes I needed to do for my hair and they were super helpful!!

I usually dont do reviews but after going there yesterday I decided to write one. The staff here were all at the counter and wouldnt even take me to the item I was looking for. No one helped me they all talked at the counter. I work in customer service and I find that extremely rude that no one took the time to see if I was doing alright. I decided to take my money elsewhere. Sometimes they have nice employees but I decided it was not worth spending my money here when I can go to a location with a more helpful and friendlier staff.

I was looking for a particular brand of shampoo and conditioner and the young lady whom greeted me when I first came in was very helpful. She helped me find what I was looking for and also, helped me with my rewards and coupon. Very good experience

Staff here are super helpful! They are quite knowledgeable about products and will give you a quick consult to help pick the right ones for you. Great prices and selection.

How many times do I have to say, I dont need any help. Staff follows you around the store and pretends to look for something 13 inches away from you. Dont be a person of color because theyre really going to watch you. Its absolutely ridiculous and I will never go back in this store again. Might I add, theyre not even well versed in all their products. I honestly thought I was being punkd or on an episode of What Would You Do.

Very helpful and patient. I purchased some liters of shampoo and conditioner as well as haircolor. It was a pleasant experience. I dont frequentthis location much but i believe i am going to start as it is near my salon suite.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. If you can avoid this store please do so! The white girl with short hair was extremely rude, I politely asked which affordable shears she would recommend n very rudely she replied what do u mean... and I repeated my self saying whats the cheapest one you would recommend, she just pointed at some like she was so annoyed... she was just over all horrible and very condescending when I asked her very simple questions and I asked very politely, I wasnt rude or anything.. there was also a few more things that she was extremely rude and unprofessional about.. Most importantly I provided my phone number to get my student cosmetology discount and the girl didnt even apply it and it was so obvious that she did that out of spite.. as if I wasnt going to notice... bottom line is Im contacting corporate as well to report her because this low level of customer service should never be acceptable by this company and I thought it was so disappointing because Sallys is one of my favorite beauty supply store and I have never ever in my life experience anything like this before.
